Freezes on receiving free gift, so upsetting.
We bought the Phase 10 pro edition a long time ago. We hadnt played in years so we decided to put it back on our phone. We had no idea that it was no longer available. They have this version instead. We dont like that we paid for the old version and couldnt get this version for free as a replacement. We also dont like that it seems to be lots of stuff popping up on the screen in addition to ads every now and then. We just wish we didnt have to buy this version to remove ads. But, we guess thats most of the games now a days anyway.
The frequency of ads takes away from the game. We are going to delete the game, its takes too long with all the ads.
Phase 10 pro was removed and was given free game to replace it, this is already a free game! We should not have ads for this one as we already purchased the one without! You the. Get to charge more money to remove these ads! What a great free game!
We bought this app several years ago. We paid for it. The so call replacement is terrible. Time consuming with silly games, purchases on the app as well. This is terrible. We wish we could get our money back.
Ok we just downloaded the game yesterday and so far it is fun with no flaws (so far)
Fun to play without using wild cards but it would be nice to have a chance to win more of them on the Prize Wheel. When is the Coming Soon game ever coming?
Why does the print have to be so small? We cant read so probably wont play very often.
Is this game still being developed or something? The coming soon spot has been there for a year. The pets screen doesnt really work. Where the heck is Brazil? We’ve collected everything and the only things left are from a place that doesnt even exist in the game.
Easier phases and lots of extras in the game. Slow load screens, magical pets you get, and other distractions. Meh. We had a paid version of Phase 10 that somehow converted itself into. This.
So we bought phase 10 we forgot how much, to get rid of the ads. Now that game is no longer available, and was told to upgrade to this game and we have ads again.

This is such a downgrade from Phase 10 Pro. Its animated and definitely not like the original version. We wont be playing this. Its kiddish.
The game is driven toward using the in game cheats. Id suggest something different.

This game isnt even close to being Phase 10 its such a joke and only has 6 levels please just delete this from the game store if its going to be this awful.
Dont purchase this app. It is totally different from the original version and you have to use token. The old version was AWESOME. If you wanted to make a different version thats fine just do a different app and leave the old version alone. We HATE THIS GAME NOW. It does even get a star.
We paid for the Pro version of Phase 10, which this is not. We think refunds should be given, as this is far from what we bought and the number of ads is absolutely unbearable.
This game attempts to be phase 10 and its definitely not. The computer players are way too skilled. Half the time theyre going out and you only got one turn. The ads are ridiculously long and after every single round. We dont want to see the same crappy games over and over that we dont want to get.
You mean to tell us we paid for the no ad version of phase 10 pro just to be put money because you used a game that you didnt have licensing to? Its incredibly awful. Where is our refund?

We purchased this when it Was the pro version. The free version has been updated and is so much better than this game. We feel cheated that we wasted money on this one.
Bring back the ACTUAL phase 10! The old version was great, and all the variations of phase 10 were so fun! This is the worst app update ever you completely got rid of the game!
This kids version is horrible, bring back the original game. The brilliant idea to make this a cartoon was crazy! We do not like this upgrade.
We bought phase 10 pro so we wouldnt have to watch ads. Now Im forced to get the update we didnt want and its playing ads again. Coins are stupid, and we dont care about pets. We just want what we bought in the first place. We want a refund! Total bait and switch. No thanks. Zero stars if we could.

Other phase 10 just wants endless purchases in order to enjoy. This one is much better just needs more downloads for online matchups to happen faster.
When do new roads get added? We’ve been playing this game for over a year and when we get to the last road; the next road says coming soon. We would think in a years time a new road would be available. How many times does one have to get to the end before a new road is available?
Good game. Occasionally glitches – hasnt happened in a while tho. Requires deleting account and redownloading so you lose your stuff and have to start all over so thats why we gave 4 stars.
The game is great but why did they change it from phase 10 to rummy?!?

This game gets boring after 5 min of play. The computer players always seem to have a wonderful hand in certain contracts, which is impossible in real life. Make the computer players more life like with their hands and stop dealing crap cards all the time to player. Again, you should imitate real life hands.
This is terrible. We purchased the Pro back when it was Phase 10 (so we could get access to all 10 phases) and the game was great! Simple and straightforward. This new version is awful. We want to play a card game, not an adventure.
We dont like rummy its doesnt interest us there no excitement to the game. We want our regular phase ten. You could have given us a better game.

Stay away from this game there are no multiplayers, you cant beat the robot players unless you put a lot of money in the game. Stay away RIP OFF.
We’ve never written a review on the App Store before but feel compelled to here. Can someone tell us how we PAID for Phase Ten Pro and now am not allowed to play it? Why instead do we have to download this off brand garbage? Give us back our game, we paid for it you twats.
Bought phase 10 pro. Went to play and it said they had a new update. Ran the up date and ended up with passport rummy. We cant even get past the main screen. We call that getting tricked by a business.
