We love the game been playing for over a year. We just got a new iPad the game is doing a upgrade. It keeps loading and loading even when its at 100 % it keeps loading and blinking for two days now. Please help.

It logs us out. We cant play for more than 5 minutes until it logs out and resets all our progress. Awesome game though.
Ok so we used to play this game as a kid without logging in and it was so much fun. But recently we’ve decided to redownload it and we were having so much fun !! The thing is though it keeps kicking us out and resetting all our progress !! This is so annoying. And this message keeps popping up about our log and telling us how to exit the app. Idk if this is on purpose or not to make us log in but there isnt rlly a way for us to log in. We dont know our Facebook account and our apple sign in doesnt work. Pls fix this !! Its super frustrating bc we love this game and want to keep playing it !!
We absolutely love this game. We’ve played it since we were 6, but we recently downloaded it again. We played it on our other device and it kept kicking us out and deleting our progress. We thought it was just the iPad, but its doing it to this device too. We’ve had to reset 5 times already and its so annoying to keep rebuying all our stuff. For some reason it kicks us out of the game and restarts even after signing in with our apple account. This is so irritating. Fix this soon pls bc its not worth playing if this keeps happening :/ 1 star.
We love the fact we can customize wallpaper, flooring, furniture and the looks of our Pet Buddy in this game. We also like how easy it is to play the game.
We really like playing this game but could you make its so you can earn more green cash because all the good stuff costs green cash and thats hard to earn. Also could you maybe make things a bit cheaper? But overall its a really fun game.

We love this game, its amazing and easy to play. One thing we would like better is that you could sign into an account an other way than Facebook. It could be Instagram, apple or just an account. Keep up the great work!
Cute game but almost every feature costs money such as almost all clothing and wigs. The nicest furniture or backdrops also. They have monthly bundles which also cost money. Very little in this game costs coins. Need to really fix that big issue and stop being so money hungry. Then maybe we will return to the game.
