The original Zombie Gunship® is one of the most popular
games on the App Store. We received many awards from many people, and it even hit #1 grossing in the charts.
Unfortunately, this April 1st… Limbic lost all the original code and artwork for Zombie Gunship® due to an incident with a soft-serve ice cream machine, mail-order nightvision goggles and Mike the intern. Most of the engineering team is still outside crying while rocking back and forth.
So, Zombie Gunship Arcade is basically the best we could do to get things back up and running. We probably should have known that floppy-disk backups weren’t the way to go…
So get out your tokens and get ready for some classic style arcade fun. And here’s your warning; this game is hard, just like all the old ones used to be.

We've downloaded and redownloaded this app three times and after hitting start its just a black screen for a minute then the scoreboard appears. Please fix this. Waste of time.
It'd be cool if you let us choose which skin to use if we bought the "Disable Ads" IAP. We like to change things up when we like :P.
Awesome simple and just stupid hard, great change we enjoy both of the zombie gunship apps.
This is a fun and challenging game that we are sure is a response to flappy bird. Even though this game is good, we loved the first game so much more and we believe that Limbic should continue to update and improve that game, as we feel there is room for improvement. Thank you, Limbic, for making some great games but the best you will ever make is Zombie Gunship.
Best simulation of AC-130 on the App Store… Next to the actual ac-140 game Limbic made…. Basically all we're saying.. Is there are two good games of an AC-130 on the app store both made by Limbic and we want more.
This thing is crazy addictive and a lot better than flappy bird.
There are surface similarities to Flappy Bird (the aircraft moves the same way, you find yourself often accidentally tapping one time too many or too few), but beyond that, it is a different strategy. If you play Flappy Bird well, youll probably catch on to this sooner though. Like Flappy Bird, youll probably score low and even think the game is super hard. Well, it is a challenge, but now we can get into the hundreds pretty much all the time and over 1000 quite a bit. Got just over 2000 once and our record is over 3064. So stick with it. We still dont know what the last two Achievements are. Probably number of Zombies killed in a round – all the others are (intervals of 50, 100, 150, 250, 500, 1000, 2500. Im guessing the next one could be as high as 5000 so we may never get there.
We're sure this game is great, but after the title screen it just shows a white screen then a game over screen. Not about to give one star because of this so we hope it gets fixed.
Pretty fun game for what it is. It sure would be nice to be able to remove the ads with an IAP like this app says there is.
This game is surprisingly harder than flappy bird.
Please, change it back to the original one, this one looks like a low level logo icon, you guys can totally do better than this.
This game is not compatible on iOS con you fix that.
We cant play the game cause it says the developer has to update it.
All we see is a black screen with a white strip and then it's game over with 136 as our score.
Like others, we're having the problem where the screen is blank white or black, the music plays, and then when you touch the screen, game over. If you guys would fix it, we'll play it. We'd like to try it, but.

Didn't work on iPhone 5, 6, or 7. We tried it because we liked the other Limbic gunship game. The other one is great. This one has a grid of static where the playing space should be. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. IT IS A WASTE.
Downloaded this game three times and all we got was a blank screen with music.
It's broken. Don't bother downloading it.
Like the title says, this game is straight up broken. Doesn't display any graphics, just a white screen and sound. Don't bother.
Once we try to start the game, the screen is blank – sometimes white, sometimes black. Touching the screen causes you to lose and a restart and status box pops up. Reinstalling doesn't change the bug.
Perfect if you want to listen to fast paced music and watch a black screen, that if u press u die and get the chance to restart playing the black screen and fast paced music. It seems it works for some people, not on our old iphone 5 we guess. The black screen is great tho.
It is just a white static bar when we open the app.How do we play.
Was a challenge then poof it turned to crap.
App won't load screen just white screen.
All we had was a solid black screen, we couldn't play it!!! It's not that we're no good it's that it wouldn't work.
Horizontal Bars scroll down screen and we can't see anything but it plays in the background.
We downloaded it and when we press play the screen goes black and if we tap the screen it sends us that scoreboard.
If you start playing you will notice that it goes really smooth before you start but after its worse than a scratch game made by a drunk two year old.
How does this company make a great game like Zombie Gunship and then this junk one.
You tap the screen to shoot and gain altitude.. Don't tap and the plane falls like a rock.. We guess the objective is the take out the zombies while avoiding humans.. Sounds ok.. But in practice.. It doesn't work well and was deleted after a record 45 seconds.. It's made by Limbic so we gave it an extra 30 seconds.
We expected better from Limbic, this game is unplayable. If you really can't stay away, at least know it's faster to kill the app then to suffer the ads.
Great game, next time don't save your work on floppy disks on April 1st. Cheers to this great game.

Never got to try flappy Birds, from our understanding this is flappy Birds zombie gunship edition. Good quick and frequently frustrating game, but fun for when you need to kill a few minutes. Personally have been a fan if this developer since Tower Madness first came out. Suggestion to add some power ups or "forgiveness" for blowing up those easy to kill humans.
We have not tried the OG Zombie Gunship game but we guess you are supposed to shoot humans in that one and it carried over here? Well the idea translated poorly and makes this game ridiculously hard. Like Flappy Bird hard. We have to shoot to stay afloat but the humans come right when we need to fire off another shot. If you decide to try it out then good luck fin finding a decent rhythm.

Have separate flying and shooting taps because if you don't shoot the humans you crash and if you fly you shoot humans.
It's a basic and hard game where you need to click to fire and fly at the same time while avoiding humans. It's like flappy bird but tapping makes you shoot and fly. Our conclusion: Don't bother buying the game because it's hard and stupid.
What is this. Flappy Bird Zombie Edition?, more frustrating than fun.
We get the whole flappy bird thing. It's really kinda early-2014 at this point. We'd rather see dev effort go to add ins for the excellent real Zombie Gunship which hasn't had any new content in a while.
This is lame when there are so many other good games around.

Love the original Zombie Gunship so this is a nice touch.
This game is really hard at first, but once you get the hang of timing the shots, it's actually fairly easy. After 20-30 minutes our high score is 701.
Insane difficulty…frustrating…but so addictive.
Having fine with it. Nice take in the flappy formula.
