We have been on this level for a few days we can get thru it. We need to know how to get thru it.
Again! Kia is freezing up at the end. GET RID OF THOSE ADS, PLEASE. Could YOU PLEASE do something with the KIA ads? They freeze and we cant continue with the game. But theres ads that you have to watch to get a boost or a bomb, especially to save your level, and the ads freeze. It says reward in 5 seconds and you just wait and wait and nothing. We have to close out of the game and restart it. We do like when we are setting up petopia. We like the growing crops and the market, we miss those. Id rather the setting up a petopia opposed to the map or just seeing the one pet. We also miss the turtles and when we went up the mountain and had to rescue the 36 turtles which were behind the mesh.

Fun game. We dont mind the ads especially to get extra boosters, however the Starbucks 5 second ad freezes/crashes the game every single time. Super annoying. Our reason for 4 starts is you have to pay real money to use some of the earned prizes.
This game often freezes and some of the levels are very difficult to pass without much options.
Im not getting seeds to plant which will allow us to grow plants so we can get coins.
Its frustrating because the ads dont play and then force you to quit just to get back to the game. We wish they would fix this because we waste time watching ads only to not be able to use the extra turns.
We made it to level 1502 throughout the last 15 years. We had at least 10 boosters of almost every kind and some a lot more. We just started playing this again after two years and all of our boosters have disappeared. Also, we now remember why we stop playing this. We need an anger management class after playing, which defeats the purpose of playing a game when theres no joy in it.
Too many of the advertisements don’t work- cant return to game. Have to turn phone off to get rid of it. Than start over again – not fun. One day Ill give you more stars….. When its all fixed.
This is a fun game dont get us wrong but it does not pay out like it says. We have been 1st in line for money to be put into our cash app for almost 7 months now. All the adds we watched to get to where you have to to be able to withdraw and you finally get there and you wait over 7 months and still no money in our cash app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!n.
When we try to open the app, It shows a few seconds of the Petopia event, then BOOM! It crashes! We wish we could rate it zero stars.

Why does this game keep getting stuck on the ads and wont let us play the game.
We love the game but we miss the map, we do enjoy the dog on screen but the map was more fun. Also, when we get the special events with the dog, it doesn’t last how long it says it’s going to be. Otherwise we love the game!
We absolutely love this game, but we are having some issues with the adds. We keep getting adds that dont count down, so we have to forego the level Im trying to play and log out. Please fix these adds. We have been on the same level for several days and cant actually play it. When we try to help people on our team with levels, that they are stuck on, we have the same issues. We LOVE this game! Our very favorite, but since you added Petopia, it no longer works properly. Its buggy, freezes and crashes at the most inopportune times! It is terrible to be one level away from tge top of the mountain, and have the app crash, undoing all of your work! Dump petopia! Does anyone even like it?
The event work, but only for a little while, and we have to keep resetting the game for it to work and for it to keep getting our boards why we don’t want to keep resetting our game.
We’ve been playing this game everyday for several years and, for the most part, enjoy it. What we DONT enjoy is how it freezes up. Almost every time we get to higher levels all of a sudden it freezes up for many hours, sometimes days. There have times when it never unlocksvery frustrating to have to start all over. Right now during winter Petopia just as the rewards are going to be given, you guessed it, its locked up. Im fed up and will be looking for another game. Too bad, but Im done! Update now a couple years laterthings went pretty good for the most part until lately. All of a sudden in the past week when we get to where we need a bonus more often than not we dont get the bonus, we get nothing! The screen freezes and we lose all the progress we’ve made. VERY frustrating! Im up to level 2649 and now Ill have to remove the game and start over or better yet find another game. Hate too cause we’ve been playing this for several years.
This game was a lot of fun, with various challenges mixed in along with the level by level progression, but we have reached a point where the levels are taking us weeks to complete. It is not fun, say, to try to gather the red blocks needed to release a puppy from his cage when youre stuck on a level you cant complete, so you never get credit for the blocks you have gathered. For a time, the game awarded increasing numbers of extra moves after so many failed attempts, which was great and made some of the ridiculously difficult levels possible, but that policy was changed. The worst is when theres a Petopia event, and we spend the whole time the event is running stuck on one level, so we miss all the fun of adding pets to our city, building neighborhoods, etc. It is so frustrating, it takes the fun totally away from this game, which we had enjoyed for years.
Its a solitaire game that will not move the timer. There is one at the very top, in white, which NEVER gives you the extra help. We finally just quit. Too frustrating.
We chose to help someone, we did and now we are stuck at a lower level. We were at 800+ level. We also was stuck with a game after choosing to watch a video. The game would not let us exit. We had to turn off our phone to get out of it. We think that is illegal to have to download a game.
For well over a month we have been trying to collect rewards and send help to people and it keeps saying oops try again.

Get rid if the adds you send more time watching adds then you do playing the game. The temu add is enough to drive a person nuts. Its all junk from China.
We love this game we’ve had no issues the only thing Id we miss the old animals, we loved having pigs and pandas and puppy the new ones are just puppys and kittys we wish the animals would go back to the original.
The game is taking long time to load and shutdown on its own. Takes 3 minutes to get back to the main screen after winning a round. Its like that on both iPhone and iPad. Love the game needs another update.

We like this game but the last time o played it was something like 2015-2019 we dont remember. Im a little disappointed bc we noticed the game isnt how it used to be. Theres new pets instead of the old ones, the way you look at the levels are different and the entire game is just different. This game can be fun but we miss the classic game :(
Level 6305 doesnt allow an attempt before closing out, using lives Can this be updated?
We are playing this game for years . But now levels are so difficult to pass without any help. How to pass level 5801 without any booster? We are staying weeks now on levels And we prefer when was a map that shows levels not just only page with a dog . Disappointed.
We have played this game off and on for a few years and we liked playing it but with all changes to it in our opinion its not worth playing anymore and truly disappointed with the way it is now.
The treasure chest is such a waste first we didnt even work then when you finally get 35 stars all you get is 2 hammers and 2 hours of life like are you serious.

This app has been glitching for the past couple of days now. We have uninstalled & installed back just to lose all of our rockets, balloons, keys, paint, hammers, etc when we installed the game back just for it to still not be working so we can continue on to the next level. Love this game but sometimes it has issues Yesterday we were playing and the game went black when we clicked on the challenge so we shut it off figured it would come back. Just tried it and it is still black we can uninstall and reinstall but we will loss everything it will put us back where we were but we will lose all our rockets, balloons etc there needs to be a way to get all those things back when something like this happens.
About 2 months now we are unable to access your store. We can not even use the coins we have, much less buy more. This is the only game that this is a problem. From the update on 3/23/23, what’s with the new login numbers?
We were playing mystery mountain and got to the top level we didnt even make one move and it said get a cherry bomb. Totally not right. Also we are up in the levels like 3600 and they are so ridiculously hard there is no way to pass without spending money. Probably going to take a break until you stop being so greedy. This is the first complaint we have ever made on a game hopefully the issue will get fixed soon.
Pet rescueGame has not loaded for months. We followed all the advice we were given, and it just does not load.
This game cheats Im playing one of the events and it with help the animals on the game so that we would intentionally lose the level.
Why are you stopping us from playing Pet Rescue by inserting this annoying game? We dont like the whole feed your pet thing. But this is really too much. Im not building a space. If we cant play Pet Rescue so be it. We have other fun games. We choose what we want to play.
We won the daily challenge and it didn’t give us the gifts, other than that we enjoy the game.
We played this games for years until political statements were made by the use of flags. They have a right to put whatever they want in their games and we have a right to no longer play because when we play a game we want to get away from all the crap in our day and the news. We dont want political things in our game.
We made it to level 1700 and something and we have not been able to get our levels back we need help thank you.
Thank you. The camper is parked outside the cabin. Fireplace is a nice touch! Theres a dog by a camper van in the snow . But, how do we let him inside? Seems kind of mean, when Id let him in to lay in his puppy bed and keep warm as we read a good book with hot tea.
