We have leveled out at 725 and was wondering when new cities/levels would be added. It has taken us less than a year to level out and we love this game so much. There really isnt another one like it.

This is one of our favorite games. Our only complaint is that we have to wait a long time for new levels. Im at level 725 and Im waiting again. For those folks who say that they cant get past certain levels, we say you can. Sometimes it takes a while and you might have to play on for 9 bars but it can be done. King please give us more levels to play.
We have completed level 751 with 3 stars and finished the city in 4 th place. Now it won’t move us to the next level. We’ve already requested help but received a generic email back that says look on YouTube to see how to complete that level which doesn’t help us in any way. Please contact us and fix this. We have spent a lot of money on this game and we want this fixed.
We like the game but every time we complete hard level it makes us do it again and doesnt recognize we already beat it.
There are too many instances when the winning move isnt or cant be made. You can buy the extras but with the exception of the Hammer you have NO CONTROL how they are used. Ill try 2 or 3 times then just exit. It is too apparent the game has determined you WONT win. Not great programming of an app. Go back to the drawing board King.

Really love this game but lm stuck on level 107 we play it everyday Im going to have to delete it we cant get any further than 107.
Highly addictive game. The only issue we have is the amount of time you have to wait before levels are added. We have been waiting for a month now.
We played candy crush for years until this game. We deleted the candy crush app after a few months of playing this game. Its fun and addictive. BUT the new levels take forever to come out. And its been a week since we finished the game and still no updates :( we have spent a fair amount on inapp purchases so hopefully it wasnt all for not.
We have cleared all levels till 650, but just cant proceed further. Request to the developer, reply please. We have tried reinstalling but it has not helped. Thanks.
A month ago we would have given this 5 stars. However, Im on hard level 596 and becoming discouraged. As you progress to the higher levels you find yourself stuck. Its as though you need to buy extra help to complete it – or close the game and leave it all together as we’ve been doing. And if you please . . . UPDATE Scrubby Dubby!
Same type money grab game. Impossible levels to beat without some kind of booster, ie purchase at end of level to finish it off. Im convinced this is done on purpose. Also the ask friends for lives and the refill for 9 gold bars pops up at the same time and same place, and doesnt ask you to verify we have clicked on that stupid refill lives multiple times on accident. Our fault but we can almost guarantee you this is placed here on purpose. Very tactless move. Its an ok matching game and fun, but again as many people have said you cant beat levels without help. Also certain boosters are rendered useless and yet it still uses them.
Game keeps freezing up when we leave it and come back to it. Bug?
The game is ok but can improve, what is ridiculous is in order to release your gold from the piggy bank you have to pay that is so greedy. You could give bonuses and don’t hold the piggy bank gold for hostage.
Overall this is a good game which we have been enjoying. But the first game on the Santa Monica destination is flawed so that it is impossible to beat. 3-4 moves in there arent any pieces left and the game tells you no moves available. Since there arent any pieces to shuffle, there isnt any way forward and it ends. Please fix this bug or come up with a way to choose another destination. Thank you.
This game was great at first, then we reached a certain level (I cant even remember which one), and we simply could not beat the levels in time to reach the key to unlock the chest with power-ups. There is no way we are using real money to purchase power-ups, but thats obviously what the game wanted us to do. So we deleted it. We dont mind a challenge, but a game gets really boring if after at least 6 weeks you dont even get the satisfaction of winning a few power-ups. This was after an update, too, so we think the designers just got a little too greedy.
We really do love this games and its graphics, but Im so frustrated right now Im thinking about deleting it and every other King game we have. We have been on level 580 for what seems like forever. We’ve tried it at least 200 times, and probably closer to 300 times without luck. We were sure there was a glitch somewhere so we deleted and then reinstalled the game on both of our devices, and our reward for that was losing ALL of our boosters. We’ve looked at walkthroughs and videos but nothing works. Please….. Help us!!!
We’ve reached a level and now the game freezes. Tried everything but nothing works. Guess Ill need to delete the game and reinstall unless someone has a suggestion.
We just updated this game and when it comes time to claiming rewards we dont receive them. We wish we would never updated because before we really enjoyed the game.

We try to pass level 402 for 2 days. We spend all of our collected and not solved!!! Delete.
We have never seen a game cheat as much as this one. We are clearly about to win and balls will move for no reason. It was fun while it lasted!
We like the style of gameplay, and havent really run into any impossible levels yet, but it has issues. First on our list is we have differing diamond counts. For instance, we just beat a level and it said we had 32 diamonds. When we get back to the level select screen, it says we have 29 diamonds. If this is by design, at least explain what crazy math its using. The other big thing is when we switch destinations (like Paris to Mrida) the game locks up and has to be closed and relaunched.
We love the game but hate that there are rarely any bonuses / incentives. The only way to earn boosters is to chase a key. This is all well and good for the challenge, but if you want any goodies, theyre forcing you to purchase. No matter how well you play, a little boost over the rough patch would be appreciated.
We enjoyed this game, but its been a long time the diamond counter disappeared. It came back once and gone after that… You guys wont help unless customers purchase? Thats our question. King care wont care our issue. We sent message many times, but it just send us to "king care". Our account is not connected to fb account and fb won’t change it to our e-ad we use for this game. We cant believe this is the first game we spent money on and they dont add new levels! Its a great game when you can play it. So disappointed!
The computer changes your moves mid game when it predicts you getting the upper hand. Worth ZERO STARS. A game is supposed to be you using your mind to figure out the best direction or choice to win not the computer actively trying to make you lose. Underhanded tactics and whoever wrote that code is a disappointment as a human. Lack of opportunity to get power ups and gold bars is also lack luster. At least TOON BLAST doesnt skimp on powerups and you can actually help other ppl. Lame game.
We are on level 3830. Is that the end?
One of the most inconsistent games we have played. We are deleting this game and will never play anything by this company. Do yourselves a favor and get some actual testers for your game, think about what you are doing, and think about your customers that are actually playing your games. Pretty evident that you are in this business as a pay to win model.
We downloaded this game thinking it would be a good link-three game but its a lot more than what it seems. Not only are there powerups you can create, but, there are different game modes and level types for ultimate fun. Also probably the best for most people, NO ADS!! So we highly recommend downloading this and we can guarantee this will be your new favorite link game.
Level 3549 will not release the third diamond. Can someone fix this please.
We love the game but when we reached level 3549, the last Diamond disappears up off the screen when it should drop. One star because we cannot proceed for 3+ days.
The game is fun, but, there arent enough levels to keep the entertainment going. We have been stuck without anything to do for weeks… We also dont seem to be able to go back and play anything except the last few levels… Not cool!
All of a sudden tonight our lives are being wasted when we win the level.
We love playing this game. Its fresh and challenging and addicting. However, we’ve earned more gold bars than our little piggy bank can hold, but we only have 4 available for use. How do we access all our hard-earned gold for extra moves and bonus items? By paying for them. We have to pay actual money to collect items that we’ve earned through playing. That is the greediest money grab ever. Im in the 200s on levels and its starting to get difficult to finish in the allotted moves. If it gets to a point where we cant go on, Ill delete before Id pay. What a shame.
Really liked the game, but it is constantly saying no internet connection. Thinking strongly of deleting.
Really liked this game for while. Some levels were hard but were beatable with about ten or twelve tries. But level 163 is unbeatable. After about 40-50 or so tries without success we have given up. No longer fun. Very frustrating. Dont know why the designer makes an impossible level. Time to find another game.
This game is fun until you get to higher levels because you have to pay money to get past these levels. So we continue to play if we are bored but we wont be spending any more money.
King games always start out fun but then it becomes so difficult to pass the hard levels and the fun is gone!!
Boring! Passing a level takes a lot longer than other other king games and we mean a lot longer. Who wants to play the same game 100 times? We only play this game when we run out of lives in the other king games.
Im at level 349… All was going great til that point. Have been at this level now for over two weeks. Guess its time to delete it and get a different game.

We love this game as in REALLY love it. Of all the King games (most of which we also love), this one has the highest production quality and most unique gameplay which makes it so very addicting. So why the three stars? Because as so many others have mentioned, this is the one King game that is such an obvious money grab with regular levels becoming almost impossible to beat without throwing money down (hard levels are pretty easy though). So unless you like playing the same level night after night waiting for fate to deal you an easy board (which never happens) the only achievement you unlock is a new level of frustration. So, no thanks. We dont have the time, the money and certainly not the patience for games like this no matter how charming they are. The AppStore has a plethora of worthy alternatives which leave us with a smile for us to keep playing a game which just leaves us with a scowl.
After a few weeks of "no connection" now it won’t load at all. It crashes immediately after starting. It’s a shame because this is one of our favorite games.
