Not much of a gamer, but this one game takes our mind off the stress of the day. Just a lot of fun.
One of the best games. No p2w solid difficulty and fun.
For whiners saying cant get credits fast enough, they obviously have no idea what theyre talking about. If you play everyday, you can easily amass 10,000 credits in a couple of weeks. Not to mention the Warp Gate gives valuable ship upgrades Id say 20% of the time. In fact, we got a 45,000 Apex ship for the Trinity from the Warp Gate! Also, THE GAME IS FREE. That being said, we have all 100 ships, 1300 upgrades, 9 Apex ships-all without spending any $!!! (I did however gladly buy all the extra ships for Phoenix 1, so we have supported this amazing developer before ) Speaking of 100 ships- we think the game originally released with maybe 20 total ships. So over the 3 years its been out, theyve updated the game dozens of times. Releasing an additional 80 ships while also tweaking the gameplay to closer and closer perfection. We think theyve perfected it but we’ve thought that before and they always raise the bar with every update. Hands down BEST game on iOS. Period.
There are a good amount of galactic shooters out there on the market, but this one is different from all the rest for all the best reasons. It doesnt take much to realize how much hard work and care the developer’s put in to make a high quality and fun game. From the visuals, the graphics, the complex mechanics that require strategy to win. The sound design. All the details come together to intrigue you to a the best sci-if cosmic experience.
They must have spent a lots of time iplaying the stuff. This is truly & really a relaxing easygoing game Ill play for two hrs a day till limits more too.

How do you get infinite credits.
We dont usually rate anything on the App Store, but we just had to show our support for this game. This game is so simple but complex at the same time. The only thing we wish there was the ability to customize your ship, But the variety makes up for that. We do also wish we can directly see the leaderboards instead of at the end of the mission. Please add more ships! This game deserves the praise.

The game has so many fighters to choose from. It also gives some challenges unlike other games which make it too easy. Theres also promotions and demotions. Play this game!
Honestly, we were truly bummed out when we had switched to android a couple years ago and couldnt play. Its one of our all time favorite mobile games in the genre and to be honest, in general. The graphics are amazing, the ship variations are constantly evolving and the leaderboard system keeps you grinding. Its a phenomenal game that you dont even have to pay for to truly enjoy. But if you do, kick them a few bucks, its totally worth it!
This is just a wonderful game, we mean like who does not like this game? We just like fighting enemies and obliterating missions.
Speaking to the devs here. Can we maybe get some balancing patches? Some ships are just too weak to even be viable. The Corsair has such a cool, unique third ability with the mini gun but it needs a buff. Same with the ship Aurora. For its weapon to be that slow and no homing capabilities it should be doing much more damage. Just a thought. How about beefing up some stats of ships? You have made the greatest game on the store and it would be awesome if it wasnt the same 10 ships always at the top of every leaderboard. For shield missions its always the Phoenix, Proximar, Jeria and Exarch. Thats the list of elite shield breaking ships. Just asking for a little balancing. Please and thank you.
The game is a lot of fun. There are no annoying ads and can be played wo spending money to progress.

We’ve been playing this game for almost 3 years now over this time we think we spent about $300 in upgrades but its been entirely worth it. You dont know until you dig deep how rewarding this game can truly be if you are a space shooter fan it doesnt get any better than this.
The thing we love about this game are the hundred different combinations of arsenals and how no matter the ship, it will be good if you fully upgrade it. Meaning, there are no bad ships. We love how there is diversity within each mission and how you can go up against the same ships(or different) and it doesnt get old. We just wish some things where different. First of all, some of the missions are very difficult(which we understand; its a game, thats the point!) but it shouldnt take us over 30 tries to beat one mission just because one wave requires too much luck to beat. Another thing we think should be changed is the amount of coins we get per day. Currently the maximum is low in our opinion. But we understand why it is that way so If you were to ask us, they should add rewards to certain places on the leaderboards of each mission. For example, the top 500 should get so and so amount of coins and ect. This would make the game more competitive but also very rewarding for those of us willing to try. Meaning we get more coins the more we play. Another thing that should be worked on is player interactions. Maybe add some way to directly compete or even work together with our ships (which would honestly be the coolest thing ever!). We understand this would change the dynamic of the game but it would still be cool to see. Either way, this is one of the best games we have ever played. Nice job Firi Games.

We didn’t know mobile app store games can have these graphics?!?! Even if im just starting out, theres literally no adds from what we’ve seen, and the games fun as heck! We LOVE THIS!!
We’ve been playing Phoenix 2 for years now, and every time its been updated, its only gotten better. The gameplay is exactly what it advertises, the visuals have been amazing since day 1, and the developers have consistently proven to want to improve the experience for their players. They listen to their community and make improvements based on the feedback. We’ve watched them balanced overpowered ships and we’ve been here long enough to have made the transition from one daily mission to three. They keep the experience fresh by adding new abilities with new ships, and theres so many ships to choose from that the game never gets old with all the strategies and combinations you can make each day. The best part of the game by far is that the developers never once push in-game purchases or ads into the game. Rounds end without any ads, theres no pop-ups urging you to buy credits, nothing intrusive at all. Theres a page for all of those things and you never have to interact with them at all if you dont want to. Im absolutely a loyal player and we intend to continue to be. Id go as far as to call Phoenix 2 the best mobile game we’ve ever played, with confidence.
Great game overall its fun. Grind it out enjoy the game play, just dont expect to even get close to the #1 spot in the rankings. Developers will tell you that these top players in every ranking are legit there is no way that is true all the time. Sure maybe someone legit will sneak in there, but for the most part its always the same cheaters and you can tell after a while who they are. 4 stars for game play. Dont bother with rankings. Dont waste your money just grind.

While we dont have any major complaints about the game we do have some suggestions. First: when you select the specialist missions its a bit annoying that its make ships you dont have as option to play with on those missions. Second: we think its a bit extreme to make the apex forms cost tens of thousands of coins while everyone the most expensive upgrades dont even cost three thousand coins. Third: we think all of the original ships should be the default ships that you get starting the game or at least be available to buy. Fourth: we think you should bring back the feature that allowed you to buy ships you dont have rather than solely relying on the warp gate to get new ships Fifth: we think it would be amazing if we could play and save levels we enjoyed playing so we could play them while we wait for the next days levels to drop Sixth: also we think it would be cool if you could sell the ships that you dont use for coins so that you can use them on ships you do want and use frequently. Also we think it would be amazing with as a multi player All in all its a great game and would definitely recommend playing it.
Like the title says, you can only receive a few hundred credits per day, assuming you complete all the missions, and all of the last few upgrades for every ship later in the game require 1.5 to 3 thousand credits.
Love this game but if you dont play for a day or two then you get demoted.
When are we getting an upgrade or overhaul?
This game is awesome and we love it, its one of our favorite games that we play, but we would like it were you could exchange like some type of points of like 50 credits and make it where you could pay 500 credits to activate the warp gate and we say 400 cus its random thats allI would change.
The game should give you more credits so you can actually get something good. The best ship is in the shop but we are only 368 credits off. Otherwise the games okay.
Please dont play if you get mad easily. This game makes us rage quite hard. If u are someone who is very calm, we recommend this game, but for us its an anger generator.
One of our all time favorite games. But we just cant go with all the changes theyre making. Some of it is just ridiculous. Its almost as if theyre making changes just for the sake of making changes.
Love the gameplay, but wish it was less p2w, especially with the apex ships. Coins are given fairly liberally but the inability to just buy the ships you want and instead have to wait for them to show up in the shop is pretty annoying and sours the experience for new players.
The game itself is okay, but the Barrier and Laser Storm Auras seem too weak even at their max upgrades.
While we still do not like the way the revives work now, we have gotten used to it. The bigger complaint is we cannot play on our iPad; the top of the screen is inaccessible. Try fixing that in update.
This game seriously needs to be reworked as far as having the same weapon in someone or the ships we feel all of the ships should have there own unique power and effects the graphics are amazing but to many of the ships come with same weapons Systems which is Woek and most of the ships are weak and have not that much power you need to make it that you can power up the ships more And new boards to play just change the game place too repetitive would love the game even more.

We’ll start with the game is fun and has pretty good graphics but that is where it ends. You can only play three missions per day which net very little upgrades. And then as you advance you need specific ships to play certain missions so you get even less missions??? The only other benefit is the warp gate but that does NOT give you more ships each day. Overall unless you have money you want to immediately dump into this game, don’t waste your time.
