Community Insight:

Amazing game, we like everything about it. We just think it needs a ratings and player update obv they cant get the real player names but some young players who have become better stay the same rating. Still great game ovr.

All im gonna say is how do you serve and good games.

As a huge fan of tennis and pixel pro golf, we had high hopes for this game. The more we play and want to make the most of the games features, the more we feel like this game is a grift. It feels like 90% of the features are pay-to-play only and the ads are CONSTANT (about every two games WITHIN a match). After losing a frustrating game the last thing we want to see is a stupid wordscapes ad. Ive considered paying $5 to unlock everything but Id still like to see the developers offer more to the free user.

Controls are a lil hard to control, and you get add mid-game. Cmon.

In theory it works, but they somehow almost never do what we want, like it works in the tutorial but not an actual game.. Also theres a ton of ads.

Ive been playing this all the time and we love it. Its difficult at first but now im just him at it.

All the people here complaining that its too hard or that they cant return serves made reviews before taking the time to actually upgrade their player. This game is fantastic, but like any good game, it takes time to get good. If you get mad that its touch to return and touch to move you should probably go do the tutorials anyways; you should never be hitting the ball by touching, at least swipe up to hit the ball harder. The drop ball is actually so OP we dont allow ourselves to use it because Id win every game easily. This game is difficult at first and can be frustrating because you play people way better than you, but thats how real tennis goes too. Pretty soon and youll be able to upgrade your character enough that you can easily win majors and have the best tennis career of all time.

Add online pvp please. Fun game.

Great game but we wish there was a difficulty setting because sometimes it is too easy and,or too hard.

The tutorial is ok but you should be able to see the controls in the pause menu. This game has s much potencial but tiene os dificultades yo play.

Bought the full game because we loved the previous games but this game isnt as intuitive / fun.

This game is bad because your player likes stopping instead of running and has the reactions of a sloth. This game makes us want to throw our phone across the wall.

It works, the game is cool and encompasses a lot of real stuff and the controls are great, however, it is so unbelievably frustrating to be winning and then boom, stupid bug ruins the game. At least 50% of our serves get hit back and are impossible to return regardless how good our player character is, or the seed of our opponent. We can not even get past the round of 32 due to this service bug, we lost three tiebreakers due to free points. We understand that in real life, points happen on returns, but its stupid that our skill at the game holds no bearing in whether we win or lose due to over half of our serves being returned out of our reach. Please, stop the bug and its a 5 star game, indubitably.

The touch to move but also touch to hit is awful, the ball could be right on top of us and we touch the screen and our character runs off in the other direction, also opponent should not be able to make served that the player can not reach no matter what, even with max speed. Also ads after every match is too many, youd think with all of the ad money they could make some simple fixes.

This game does not make any sense. Whenever we serve and we score,it doesnt count. But whenever they score on a serve, it counts.Didnt even play this game for a minute and we already deleted it.And we didnt even mention the excessive amount of ads in the game.Do not waste your time on this game.

This is one of the worst games ive ever played. Its fun at first but half the time your swipes or taps dont register so youre just stuck losing certain points no matter what. With several updates this could really be a great game but its just lacking as of now. We love pixel pro baseball so we really hope they can turn this game around.

So bad we actually wrote a review the mechanics of the game of so bad its beyond belief. Please get other jobs.

Game has terrible control makes it impossible to play at higher difficulties.

This game is so fun and addictive. Ive been playing for weeks and even though we havent bought anything, this game is still so fun. The games normal mode is just the right difficulty, and we, as a 93.3 Hughes in our career, we feel challenged by 85+ AI. Playing against Nadal in the French Open final was genuinely one of the best experiences Ive ever had in a mobile game. We, as a 93 actually play at the same level as the other 90+ players and dont just dominate every tournament. Ads arent even bad.

The career mode is very entertaining, but gets less fun later. Overall, pretty good.

We only say almost good because of little gripes we have about the game that make it more frustrating than fun. Number 1, the controls are terrible because if you want to hit the ball harder you have to swipe and if our hands are sweaty than it wont work half of the time. The reason thats a problem is its supposed to be a MOBILE game but we have to have the correct temperature in a place to play it well. Number 2, the ball tracking is also terrible. For example, our character will have to run all the way across the court to get the ball and then they just randomly stop half way through for a quick second than keep running. Sometimes this isnt a problem but other times it can cause you to get scored on. Also, when the ball is hit short, instead of going diagonally to get the ball, the character decides to go across and then up to get it, but by then its too late. Our last gripe about the game is that, when we got to higher tournaments, for some reason the 151 rated player which we would destroy in lower tournaments, for some reason aces us 3 times and puts up a great fight. Although we have gripes about the game, there is also things we like being the news section, rivals, seeing your character level up and playing with the big boys, and the amount of detail but other than that, this game frustrated us more then having fun.

We really enjoy this game, the controls are great, but after a while its annoying because 1. Serves are impossible to get to and 2. Opponents have ridiculous serve returns, meaning its hard to serve properly. If the dev can tweak the opponent AI this would be an insanely addictive game.

Pretty solid once you learn controls but sadly a few issues with your player randomly stopping and not moving or several consecutive aces even when it seems you could reach a serve make this game much less enjoyable and much more frustrating.

Horrible game couldnt even play it most things cost money dont waste time.

Terrible movement controls to the point nothing we do matters. Very unfun would not recommend.

It really is a good tennis game, but there are some frustrating things. Twice a match our serves get hit to where we cannot reach them. When you are trying to win only one game through service it becomes very difficult to overcome. Second point of contention is in tournaments when you are ranked #1 overall and you have to play #2 overall in the very first round of a grand slam. In real life they would set up the bracket so they wouldnt meet until the final. Seems a simple coding fix for the developers.

The game is pretty fun, but we have similar gripes as some other reviewers. Im having a consistent issue with not being able to return in play serves down the centre line. Our player runs to the centre and then stops and turns around when the serve is playable. Occasionally, we return it, but Ive lost games, sets, and matches due to this bug. Running to the centre and the stopping on balls hit to the far side is frustrating, too, as others have mentioned. Also, if your player can earn money, there should be a way to spend it. Like new and better rackets, shoes, clothes, etc.

Ok first off, we don't know how to serve. Whenever we try to serve we get a fault then we get up getting a double fault and the bot gets 15 it ends up hitting net or below serve point we also need help with the movement. Is there a way to turn on joystick because we can't play without that. We get aced 4x then we lost. So im pretty mad. This game just takes alot of skill to master without the touch controls. But anyways keep up the good work pixamo.

So many problems with the touch controls. If Im too early our guy will turn and run away from the ball not hit it. Charge shot being a flick and normal return being tap makes it so that if you barely move your finger after tapping you return it without adding power and your guy hits it like 2 feet. Id love a stick and button control option. Id easily raise the ratings. Also, Im not trying to sound condescending but, theres a huge difference between a good challenge and artificially increasing the difficulty by giving the opponent unfair advantages such as making the opponent serves impossible to get to, Ive had opponents ace us 4x in a row because our almost maxed out speed character couldnt get to the ball. The game IS enjoyable, but then come along the frustrating parts which makes us want to put it down.

After every match there is an ad. Just to many.

Dont know if Im dumb or its a bug but cant change name as theres no way to close the keyboard after changing name.

Love the graphics and the challenging AI opponents but sometimes they hit smashes and dropshots so far away from your players position that it is impossible to run far enough and fast enough to return them. We hope the developer can improve this aspect of gameplay so it doesnt happen as often.
