On Jan 15 l bought $2.99 and $2.99 and $4.99 worth of coins. Each time l bought them the buy posted ok. But we never got the coins but they took the money off our account. Now we have no coins and no money. This is the third time we have written to you but to no avail what is the problem.
We enjoy playing the game but we do have some reservations. We very much dislike that it only awards you a single coin for each word solved but requires fifteen to thirty coins per hint. Strongly starting to believe this is a gotcha game, so please be careful.
Builds vocabulary and spelling skills in a fun game.
We have played this game a few months. They have a League tournament where if you placed in the top 13 youd get gems. Tonight we were in 2nd place, at 2100+ points behind the 1st place person who has 3100+ points. The 3rd place behind us had 1800+ points. Then in 1 picture, someone suddenly was at the top with 4700+ points. Out of nowhere. Either the developers do this themselves to avoid paying gems to the top spot, or turned a blind eye, because it happen every tournament. So sad.

We love this game once you get to the harder levels it is quite challenging.
They have no option for moving coins purchased to another account. We completed all levels on our we Pad. Very disappointed Installed game on our we-Phone. Completed all levels. You cannot repeat the levels so we have over $5,ooo coins we are unable to use They suggest you try their other games but do not tell you how To move coins to new game.

Love this game but started having issue with progressing up a level after completing game play kept us at number 25 when we should have progress because we had a higher score. Please fix the bug.
We do enjoy this game, however you have a long running competition where top prize is 100 coins. Thats ridiculous!!! When we have used all of our coins, we will be deleting this game.

This is a very intelligent and game that you have to use your mind and wits to figure it out love it.
It should tell you what letters are right when guessing a word and its not correct support doesnt help you the right way they told us the wrong word after we sent them a picture of the scene The hints online sometimes dont show all the words we just might get rid of the game if something doesnt change.
We were enjoying playing the game on our iPad until we paid to have the ads taken away. Then the game just kept crashing. We could not get it to work. We will be calling our credit card company to get our money back, especially since you charged us again on our phone which the game works perfectly. We would have given the game five stars, but this problem definitely lowered it.

This is the first time a game gives us the chance of using our country of birth language. We find this amazing and the funniest thing is that its more difficult for us because we keep thinking in english.

We love this game but Im on level 257 and stuck in one word which isnt even a word Ill never play it again.
