Like Pikibus mom we too found our game had been deleted and we lost everything we had earned over months of playing. This wasnt the first time, the same thing happened to us the last time the game was updated. We were not a happy camper. But now, over a month of going back and forth with the developer everything we lost has been returned to us. Our progress was restored. Yay. If not for this issue taking place we would have given 5 stars. It is a fun game to play. One further point. We would suggest to everyone, please get your game id and store it. It might come in handy some day. We wish everyone a happy day.
Im updating our last review. We heard from the developer. They asked us to contact support. We did. For the 3rd time. Im glad to hear that some of you got your game progress back. We have not. Its been over 60 days. Nothing. We spent real money on this game. It was our favorite game.
Ive played this game for quite awhile now. A recent update crashed our game. We were locked out could not get in. We tried to reinstall it. Guess what? It started us all over Ive been going back and forth with the developer for well over a month trying to get our progress restored. We were assured it would be resolved quickly. Ive supplied the information needed in several communications to them. Update: After over a month, most of our progress was restored. We were restored up to right before the game crashed. In addition, they gave us thousands of coins, and 20 of each kind of power-up. We wish it didnt take a month but Im grateful to be able to play one of our favorite games again. Im taking a star off for the inordinate amount of time it took. But if that had not happened it is a 5 star game.
We lost everything..we deleted it then reinstalled it and lost it all..been playing a long time so it took us forever to get the level we were on..it was updating within the app and it wouldnt finishtook a screenshot of what it said something bout internet our internet is fine.
Everything about this game is fantastic. Music fits perfect for the type of match 3 game this game is. Graphics are nice and the game runs smooth with no glitches and no forced ads. A very different type of match 3 game with many different things to do. Excellent job developers.
Fun game. Good story. Challenging, but doesnt throttle difficulty to the point you are fully forced to pay to advance.

This game is really great and we already got past level 100. However, when we tried to get in the game again and pressed start it kicked us out of the game. Im not sure if its our phone that is the issue or notis there any way that this can be fixed? If so that would be great.
It appears you can not fix the crashing problem after 3 years of reading reviews. Very sad.
We played this game. We wanna say over a year ago. And it had some glitches then after we got to level 115 we know the developers of these games work very hard. We stopped playing it for a while knowing that theyd work out the Kinks and bugs and it looks like they have! We really enjoy the graphics and the story. Hopefully there will be costumes for the characters for those of us that cant afford to spend the money. We also like the fact that youre not forced to watch ads. If you need a power up or extra moves in a puzzle, you can watch or start over.

The first thing we thought was that every time you win the level on the first try you should get at least two points. When you win lets say five levels you should be able to get a new piece of clothes.
Starts out great then the ads increase.
The game is trying to force us to give it our apple sign in info in order to save our game. That is very shady.
Way to Ooooooo many ads. Also too many stars to use to complete a task. A cute game but because of those issues we're very likely to uninstall within the next few days.

We believe this game is extremely interesting and fun to play.
We got to about level 20 or so, and it got stuck on a screen downloading resources. It was flashing and going crazy. Every once in a while it would stop and one of the tips showed, but then it would start flashing again. We completely exited the app and it still did it. We even rebooted our iPad. Cant play AT ALL, so had to deleted it. Its cute, but not special enough for us to re-download it.
There are a million of these match three games but this one deserves more notice. So when we play one it comes down to details and sound quality. Beautiful art! Beautifully detailed. Even the sounds of the stones are soothing. Story line is fun and keeps you wanting to move forward. The path puzzles this game has are unique. (Get the mouse across the map). Needed a newer review for such a beautiful game.
Love this game. A game with common sense and friendly. Every character is cute , they remind us of Hobbits but not some crazy lazy or stupid guys in many same kind games. Game design is super friendly to players. Funny but not too hard. You dont have to pay much to play the game. Seems they want the players have money but not only want your wallet.
Would be better if it didnt tell you what moves to make and basically how to play almost every move. Also, it makes you use your 900 coins for a move and says itll refund it back. It did not put our 900 coins back. Im sure Ill delete this game eventually if it keeps showing us what moves to make and keeps taking our coins.

We watch ads and dont get extra moves. Sometimes we watch ads and get kicked out of the game. There are too many games out to keep putting up with that.
Once you see Oliver dance you will be hooked.
This game was fun but then most of the perks disappeared so you have to keep spending money now in order to move on. Ive had to play some levels 20 times to win. Im done. Deleting this game since Ive played this one level over 20 times and still cannot win and refuse to dump any more money to these thieves.
Too many levels that will waste your effort – multiple screen levels where it will waste the partners special power while in screen transition when it should deploy it to the second screen or where more than half a dozen bugs will attack the same butterfly bottle (like in level 355).
However, it repeatedly freezes up and we lose all our progress. This has happened several times. Very frustrating after getting so far and having to start all over. We contacted customer support, but didnt get a response. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon. It is such a fun and challenging game. We love the story line, as well as, the cool graphics.
But please get rid of Royal Match commercial.
Why does this app keep hanging up. There are days when we cant play more than one screen all day long. Why does it keep freezing.
This game is super cute. It crashes over and over. We usually would just delete the game at this point, but we really want to play it. We dont know how much time we will keep it.
We have been playing this game for about 1 week now daily and we are just enamored by it. The graphics are beautiful, the characters adorable and the fact that there are no ads every few minutes is a big bonus! We are not a matching fan but this game is a big exception because it keeps us interested. Each day we play and we catch ourselves smiling as we play it. It makes us happy, which is a feat in itself. We especially love Ollie when he dances after a win. Cracks us up.

This game has incredibly cute graphics and its a lot of fun to play. It was one of our favorite games to play during quarantine. Theres nothing more frustrating than downloading a new game and really enjoying it only to find once you get to level 50 or 100, its impossible to pass the levels without paying. Im currently on level 1,340 and we have to say… It wasnt until we hit level 1,299 that we found it has become very difficult to pass levels without power-ups. We have spent some money- not a lot- to buy coins and power-ups. Its been worth it. The game also has a weekly event where you get free power-ups for passing levels on the first try. Take advantage of the events. You also get free gifts and things periodically, but once you hit a certain level, like every other game, youll probably need to spend some money. Its annoying but in all honesty, this game allowed us to progress further than any other game Ive ever played without having to spend money. The point of a video game is to be fun and if the levels get too difficult, they arent fun anymore This game isnt like that. Also, when you do launch a power up, like a beetle or something, they are programmed to actually help you beat the level. If you need just one more square to beat the level, the beetle will fly to that square. Other games, like Candy Crush, dont do that. So to the developers reading this… Thanks! Thats helpful. We genuinely love this game and the only suggestion we have for the developers is maybe ease up on the difficulty of the levels past 1,300. We get certain levels being harder to beat, but lately its really slowed our progress down and thats kind of a bummer. We still love the game and the graphics. We highly recommend it.
Even after contacting support a number of times, they dont get back to you. This games crashes and after then after level 400, you cannot go further because it keeps throwing you out. Dont waste money on this game.
