Recent improvements include:

- Исправлен вылет при неудачном изготовлении хиллинга
- Добавлены новые сюжеты.
- Теперь все финалы отображаются на единой панели – и вы можете видеть как пройденные, так и ещё не открытые. Кроме того, финалов стало ещё больше (теперь их стало 14 в "Лекаре" и 7 в "Инквизиторе").
- Вместо единственной книги "Молот ведьм" появился целый раздел Библиотека.
- Воля Божья визуализирована посредством "колеса судьбы".

Hey guys Ive been playing this game for a number of years now and its great! But since the last update everything is now in Russian and we cant seem to convert it back into English. If you can fix that in the next update that would be awesome.
Back to five star when English is fixed.
The App Store says the game has both English and Russian language support but there is no more English. Do not buy until they fix or update!! Bad business, App Store – for letting this remain on the App Store under false advertising.
The game now switched from English to Russian after the updates. Even if you change the settings to English, only the menus revert to English, the game remains written in Russian.
Very interesting concept. We love it. Small flaw.. Some sub menus are in Russian even if we selected the English version in the Settings.
Choose the lady and most of your patients will be treated with herbs etc, fairly easy. Cant save scum to see if theres anyway to get a different ending and dont really have the interest to play again. Interesting mechanics we suppose, nothing wrong with them.
Very unique. Would have given 5 but we find progression through the game very difficult. Everyone always dies, no matter the options we choose or how many! Great game though.
Love the game but would like the option to earn the medieval doctor with the scary doctor mask. Or more female characters.
We love this game but if it actually had the plague doctor himself we would give it a 5 star.

The meaning of a lot of the stats is vague, but it's still fun.

So far this game has held our attention. Challenging. An enjoyable slant upon the time period.
This game is great so far!!! It's quite challenging, but some common sense can get you through. We always had in interest in this time period and love that there is a game of it.
Nine out of ten plague doctors recommended dressing up like giant birds! Wonderfully ambient little slice of the "good old days".

Historically, that is. The game is pretty fun (albeit repetitive) but the black plague began to fade out before the 15th century, let alone the 16th.
Love the history related to this game. Love the pictures and background music.
This game is good! Plague does a good job at depicting the dark ages of some portside city before and during the Plague Times. As a physician, you are tasked with using what little knowledge you have of various ways to cure diseases. Not any one path (Prayer, Sorcery, Latriochemistry, and Surgery) can cure a disease, because despite what the Inquisition says, you can't always pray the rabies away. Variola, Syphilis, and Leprosy can kill your town before the plague even arrives. You can sponsor various city projects, but even your good efforts make the Inquisition think you're spreading devilish things like higher learning and public sewer systems. Never seen what happens if the Inquisition meter reaches a hundred percent, but we imagine it ends with a public execution. It's fun! It's challenging! It's educational! It's like a good, older game from the 2000's where you died a lot, but enjoyed the challenge without much hand-holding and not too many dangers.
Beautiful art, simple play, different, interesting. So far all our patients have died except the hairy boy. Inquisition is hot on our trail.
A beautiful tap your own adventure. Great for quick games with a multitude of endings. There really isn't a tutorial. You have to back out of the game to read a age of instructions that you have to scroll to get through. Also it seems that it would be a little redundant after a while. Tldr; good game give it a try.
We don't seem to be very good at this game, we keep poisoning ourselves. Haha. But it is pretty fun and we haven't come across anything else like it on the app store.
Decent game but narrative could be improved.
We like the concept. But it could be better and a little easier. And its quite vague.
First off the game should NOT be .99 cents should be free. We could see how people would like this, but it's not what we expected. We were hoping it'd be a 3D game, because it was recommended from one of our favorite free-roam 3D apps. It's not worth .99 cents BUT if you do decide to buy it don't get your hoops up.
It's not a bad game. Great idea. This could be so great. The dialogue is monotonous, not any real strategy and the parameters of determining success seem arbitrary.
This game appeared in the list of strategy titles, but it seems much more driven by luck. Most of the patients die, even if you follow the instructions (which are limited). We played for ten minutes and quit in frustration.
Bit on the difficult side, but loads of fun.

We love it! Never gets old. Personally, we'd suggest being a chemist and buying a latrochemistry book right away. Not too much attention from the Inquisition, and latrochemistry can cure almost everything.

Very interesting game, unlike any we've played before. We wish we could understand better how to solve some of the problems our patients are experiencing.
This game is absolutely beautiful, works amazingly, and is just perfect for what it provides. But it needs more storyline, the game is a bit repetitive and doesn't have any "WOW" factor to it. We think it should include much more diversity, like more diseases, pictures, things to do, etc. At the moment the game is perfect but it does need more depth so please add more.

The idea is great, but realization is disgusting. Bought every facility and every book, but people were still dying. Had been this in medieval, there would be no humanity at all. Awful game made to take real $ out of you.
The game is ok, but the developers push like IAPs and ads like crazy. You are constantly interrupted to buy gold or with a pop up ad, and it seems like you'll have a tough time winning without spending real money.
It is a bit slow and can get aggravating but it can be very addictive.
Super fun concept, sadly not enough introduction/tutorial and the game progression is pretty slow. Has great potential but needs an update it two. Maybe a way to keep track of what your character has learned so far so you better know what course of treatment to use on patients.
