To The Programers and PlayWPT Management: You decide to raise after the river Card is played, you know you the have winning hand, you move the slider to decide on the raise amount, and before you can hit the confirm button to bet the raise, the Confirm Button disappears and you hit the Sit Out Button thereby folding your hand ! ! ! It is sickening when you are about to make the tournament bubble and get busted especially after having bet most of your stack in the hand…… If you really care about your work and professionalism… The Sit Out Button MUST BE RELOCATED out from under the Confirm Button ! ! !…. . We will continue to play this game….. However, you leave us to wonder how much pride you have in your product, your abilities, your attitude towards your players. Thanks, GAGracia.
Tired of this game constantly kicking you off? Lag time is so poor. Play many other games this never happens. Very disappointed.
Bad beats are so unrealistic. Every flop is either suited, or a pair… Like that happens in real life. App is rigged to get you to lose chips and then get you to buy more. We thought Poker Kings was bad and it is, this just isn't any better. Is there a real poker app with no 'hot seats' that win 50/100 hands like this app? We mean it's 6 seated or 9 seated for most games. Why can't playing poker online be exactly like real life? Is that too much to ask.

Made us update and now wont let us sign in.
We know youve heard this before because Ive read it in the reviews. It is unfair that we have 2-3 seconds to make our play while others seem to have 20-30 seconds. Also what happened to the emoji selections? Again, other players have many more than what is available on our pallet. We like having better selections when the stalkers that seem to have all day to make a play are burning up our playing time. Also, Im pretty sure the win/loss gets called wrong at times, the 1/2 second glance the players get to see the winning hand leaves us guessing at times. Lastly, the likelihood of a possible straight flop happens way too often, and while that accuses oddly too often, what is even more odd is the likelihood of the Turn card making a pair with the flop. You can bank on seeing a pair after a potential straight flop. We dont want to give the impression that its all bad, theres a lot of fun in this game. Just hoping to bring things to your attention to make it better. THANKS.
Second attempt at a WPT app and is just as crappy as the first. Would love to find a real poker app. Youll hit in the beginning but if you arent purchasing chips or spending actual money within the app youll see a SIGNIFICANT downgrade in your hands after in introductory period. Trips also hit WAY too often on the flop. Up to you but Id look elsewhere.
We updated the app still will not load.
On the last update we lost the charms we had won for winning tournaments. No one answers emails-over a month- Last night was a server update. We try to log in and it directs us to the APP Store- who does that?- we go to the store and nothing but the App is there, no where to update. WPT needs some programmers it appears.

Fun to play ….easy to use. Only thing that sometimes occurs that is a pain is app cutting off during free roll tourneys…have to sign back in to resume playing.
Hey! Can someone please fix the App? It says to go to App Store for an upgrade, but theres no upgrade to be found. Then it never loads. One star until its fixed.
If we go all in before the river then the river turns up exactly what our opponent needs very often. May just be bad luck. Game is very fun.
New update wont show up on our iPhone 5s. Just days open instead of update. Game wont play until newest update is updated.
Tour mode not working with new update. No fun.
This latest iteration seems to not load at all. Says something about needing to be updated, but when we check theres no update to be had. Oddly enough, prior to this issue, the app forces us to play too quickly to be enjoyable. However, it seems biased too. Some players get to make their decisions on whether to raise, call or check/fold far longer than we get to do the same, which is unfair since we only have what seems like 3-5 seconds to decide and another player gets to spend 25-30 seconds to make the same decision we are rushed to make. Hence, the two star rating. That and the unusual luck that plenty of all inners get with no hand on the flop to winning at the river hand.
Unbelievable the amount of bad beats on this game. Obvious they are scamming in an attempt to get people to purchase more chips as the calls with certain hands, with a runner runner runner bad beat to follow, are ridiculous. Nobody calls with an Ace showing and holding a 2/7 off suit only to turn / river a full house, flush, straight. If it were to happen only a few times Id just assume its idiotic play, but time after time with the most outrageous bad beats makes it not fun to play. WPT just be up front and admit its setup for bad game play.
Was a great app before the latest update (7.6.51). Inside straights continuously come up as do flushes and full houses. Impossible that these hands recur so often. Not sure what the latest update was supposed to achieve, but it ruined the app. Suspect that in app sales are down and the changes are designed to drive player balances down. Too bad.
Enjoyed this App and earned our way up the ladder. Then a couple of days ago it was stated an update was needed and when you click on the link provided it takes you to the APP Store where it tells about the revisions but no opportunity to update and move on. Just simply Open and when we do that its back to the circle of the above. Oh well back to WSOP.
We responded to the " required " update and it has been " installing " for more than 12 hours and can't accessed, even from the App Store.
We downloaded this game last week and the last two updates have crashed the game. Terrible experience.
We have never been beat by a higher full house so many times. We have played poker a long time and have many poker apps. It plays well but you get beat by two many hands, it leaves saying not again.
Cards can't be dealt randomly. Always loose on the river with a superior hand. Tonight we were called all in with AJ suited. They had 3 7 off…flop comes 377 crazy.
Constantly getting hands folded or sat out as if Im not acting quickly enough when we are waiting on our turn to from other players to act. There must be some lag in the game. We have huge hands and next thing we know Im out of the hand with winning cards. Happens often and super frustrating. Makes it unplayable.

Run into a bug every once in a while, but not often. This is probably as close as you can get to simulating actual poker on a "free" site.
We've played several poker apps & we've never seen one with as many bad beats as this one, players calling large bets from pre flop to river with no hand & hitting a miracle to beat you. We have a hard time believing that it's just random chance when it happens this often.
We can't find anywhere to report issues we've had with receiving our free spins. How can you fix issues if we can't tell you about them? We shouldn't have to spend 15 min trying to find support. BTW never found it so if anyone knows how to report issues please let us in on the secret.
When writing a review- the title should pop up automatically. Game is ok, yes you have them dumb all in people, but this is on any poker app game. So stop complaining about all in peeps, people. In real life in no limit Holdem, it's your choice on how you bet. Rate the game! Your free spin needs help. It's either rigged not to pay big amounts, because all we seem to get is $500 and no more or no less. When people win – you need to show what they win with as a title: pair, trips, straight, flush, ect. Tournaments: we know your intent is get thru tournaments quickly, but come on, blinds go up before the first hand is done sometimes. Timer is like set to 30 sec a round. It seems like it. Lots of room for improvement.
We play for the reasonably good entertainment value the app provides, however… Notice how many times the game flops three of the same suit, particularly when in a tournament. We're no statistician, but this happens far too often to be a truly random deal. Please fix that, if possible. This may be just us, but somehow the no-hand-having all-in nitwits seem to get paid way too often. Nothing like bad beat after bad beat to make us want to quit playing, especially when we have the nuts pre-flop and some 3/7 offsuit holding monkey wins the hand.
A shame such poor poker play. Had high hopes. We play them all and both WPT Games are bad.
It's just like all the others a scam to get your money !!!!!!! It's no fun to play a poker when you know that skill plays no outcome of the game !!!!! How nice it would be to have a "Random dealt game where it would be fair to all players, a pipe dream we guess , if you want a fair game go to the casino !!!! What a shame.

It's not realistic but pretty good. The funny icons are getting old. Worst is that players don't sit out but leave and it takes a long time for the game to fold their hand. Happens all the time.
The game could be really good. We like playing, but not when it becomes a "craps" game (when players continually go "All in" with just 2 cards — that really is not poker. There needs to be better policing. Also, there are glitches that seem to come up at the most in-opportune times — when you have a winning hand and cannot act on it — the system basically "folds" you. The spinning wheel for getting chips is also deceiving. The probability of getting a low number is very high, and getting the real high numbers is very low — yet the pie-shaped dial would lead one to believe each section has the same probability. We understand probabilities pretty well, and this is not consistent with theory. They should fix that. Otherwise, when you get on a table with poker players it is a lot of fun.
We are new to this site and poker in general and was starting to enjoy their Sit-n-Go's. However, they do experience server issues more often then they should. The site will freeze up, then when it resets itself or you refresh the page and go back in several hands have passed. We see it happen to other players when they are betting then "sitting out" then playing, etc. Recently they got rid of the Sit-n-Go's (not a fan of this decision) and brought in this Tour Mode "Beta" tournament style playing where you don't really earn any coins but go from one major global city tourney to another. If you win a tourney you get a free ticket into the next, if you lose, you have to go back or pay to keep playing, yet no way of earning. We actually started to do really well, won four tourney's in a row one day got to the Paris tourney for free (otherwise 15 million coins of $50) – then the site froze and no matter what we did, we couldn't get back in. After a while, the site seemed to fix itself but then we were no longer registered for tourney and would have to pay to play it again. Super mad about that. We emailed them that night, three days ago and we have yet to hear anything back from there customer support. So WPT – if you expect players to spend money to play, you need to have your site right… If someone gets screwed, then you need to provide high quality customer service in return – especially for a site that some players we're sure spend a lot of money on. Not good…. Please fix your bug/server issues and respond to our inquiry.
App is very glitchy. Speed to act on a hand will accelerate for seemingly no reason and hold your hand before you can choose the amount of your raise. It is not a random glitch either. Happens with great regularity.
All it is, is all in every hand when u play tournament mode, really bad beats, you get no rewards with the new version world tour.
We loved the old SNG. Just like real poker. The new Tour Mode is terrible to play. No reason behind the reward system for playing. People with to many chips just push.
The new Tour Mode is terrible and makes for awful poker. It's nothing but all-in fests. We know it's only in Beta Mode, but hopefully enough people will complain to go back to regular tournaments.
How can you take such a fun and seemingly awesome previously rated at 5 stars and go to 1 star? Please go back to previous. You can't use the beta tour section.
In most modes the blinds go up so fast it takes all of the skill out of the game. Be prepared to push on every hand in tour mode. This game only rewards the super aggressive and the lucky.
We are giving this one star because we bought gold coins and didn't receive them ….sent several emails with no reply…it's really sad because we really like the set up of this game but very poor poor customer service and support.
The poker is good poker. The tourneys are fun and every hour. We're glad we picked wpt.
Fun fast pace. A few idiot players that go all in with stupid hands just to gamble, but they get weeded out once you reach higher levels.
If you guys are tired of rigged online poker, where you see multiple full houses and flushes in every hand you play, then this poker app is for you. It is like playing live poker at your local casino or on poker night at your buddies home. Very real and slow paced poker play. No chatting by annoying people, just straight up poker. Good practice for beginners.
