Havent been able to log in thru FB for 2 weeks now. Its been an issue for the last year or so, but never more than a couple days.
Interfere with game account settings. Set purchased account to VIP 4 to VIP 1 No rewards and offers for disabled VIP4 accounts, hope to be resolved soon. If the situation is not resolved, request a refund of the purchase for VIP 4.
This app uses bots that go all in a majority of their play and come up with a more than expected amount of bad beats, hmmm. This is done, imho, to knock down legit players chip stack to entice them to make chip purchases. Many of the legit players play bingo and also go all in pre flop. When we say many we mean its around 30_40%. There is a way to accumulate chips but you need to know how the app works to do it.
Another Chinese app wow they really want to take over not getting anything Chinese especially apps to bad apple used to be stricter but since they become woke and pro china the US citizens pay for it.
No stars!! No matter what the river gets you all the time. Just like other poker apps its rigged!!
Played online poker games for years. The game is so rigged we literally laugh at the draws. Pocket aces, kings, and queens show up in one hand more than once a week. We’ve have 4 of a kind twice in a single session. It is a probability disaster. So bad that they throw billions in bonuses every day for the beginning of your play with them. They use a different scale so you think it is a good buy but the chips are taken in a minute with the laughable draws or the players who put a little money in and go all in every time to build their bank buying tables. Our advice would be not to spend a penny on this site. Id boycott. Now for the bugs! They are everywhere and some never fixed but covered up with screens you have to close, and close, and close. Game is fast when you start but slows soon enough, presumably because they have to stop and count their money! The poker based roulette was a great idea, really fun until you track the distribution of hands and realize it is slot machine odds controlled in a back room somewhere in Asia or offshore of the UK.
We’ve been locked in West poker for over 3 weeks closer to 4 and have tried to find anyone to report this problem. Prior to that we wasnt allowed to get onto West Texas. ZERO STARS. Save your time and money and go somewhere else to play not worth the effort.
What a ripoff app! Never buy anything from this site! So many things that we can say but all of these positive reviews are probably fake, there is no customer support they just ignore you, they do nothing for your experience, their odds of winning are completely skewed obviously in their favor.. You have a better shot at winning $1m US lotto than winning anything here.. Buyer beware!

We’ve played this game for about 2 years now. Facebook app is super buggy, we spent money in this game. The west Texas game feature locks up and your account gets stuck in this game and cant even return to lobby. At one point we were trapped in this room for 1 month. Currently we’ve been stuck in this room for 5 days. They steal your chips and there is absolutely no customer service. They never respond or fix any issues that are their fault. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!!! Do not download it! If you do never ever spend any money with them!!!
We have played off and on for years. We have bought chips along the way until we built a nice stack just from playing patiently. For the past several months we have not been able to sign on through FB and can only play as a guest. We cant access our actual profile that has a lot of chips, instead we have to play as a guest and start all over again. What a rip off!

We enjoy this game, but there is no information on what your supposed to do with the coins and diamonds you earn.
We’ve been playing this for awhile and it can be very fun, as far as Texas Holdem goes. Rush poker is very good for getting a quick fix and playing lots of hands in a short period of time. However, just be warned that the cards are NOT random as too many times there are hands that are just not believable. A boat beating a straight beating a set? This sort of thing happens too often to be random. On the positive side, it makes the game more exciting. Dont ever play the Blackjack option as that one is ridiculously not fair nor random. Its just a good way to lose your hard earned chips. Lastly, we wish that people would stop the sharing of chips at the higher stakes regular poker tables. There are players who have several trillion in chips and they will go all-in and then fold to the person theyre transferring chips to. We wish the app would try to prevent that sort of thing. Of course, in the end, its playing with chips and NOT real money so we dont think the app has to be fair or random. And it certainly seems to have too many unbelievable hands when going all-in. So if you want to practice at Texas Holdem to become a better player, Rush poker is not the way to go.
We were playing on the site all of a sudden something happened and we lost all our chips over 400 billion. Dont see a answer to our review, we played for hours and hours to get those chips built up and your app just losses them in a second we think is cheesy on your part.
Please people Im begging you do not waste your time and your hard earned money on this cheat of a game. If you want to play with the free stuff they give you it can be fun. Just dont buy anything. This game has bots in it that will start a hand with a lot of money and wins 87% of the hands. No legit game has those odds. The bots have no picture. Youll learn to be able to spot them. Have fun with it just be careful giving this app money. Big time scam!
We purchase cash because we wanted the shark but ever since then we haven’t win but small hands here amd there, totally rigged.

Dont play this game theres a glitch that when Id win Very large hands It would say we folded at the end of the hands after we were the last one to raise . Which is impossible. This has happened 3 times already we’ve tried to contact the app support which is useless. Theres a glitch they caused that screwed us out of a billion in total. This is what happened the last time it happened. User ID : 11564728 When did this happen : June 19th There was a pot of 408.9 million which we put 80 million in. The players that put the money in had straits we ended up with a high flush & the system didnt pay us because it said we folded but we were the one that raised the pot. Everyone else got money which they shouldnt have gotten anything. Since our flush beat there straits. This is the second time this has happened to us. Our signal wasnt lost or anything because if so we would have been booted from the table & we wouldnt have been able to get back in there and saw the last hands of everyone else & ours. We did not fold that wouldnt have made any sense to raise it 80 mil then fold especially when we knew we had the winning hand. We even have the screen shot that shows we clearly won the hand. We’ve stopped playing ever since because its useless playing when we know Ill end up getting screwed.
For the last couple days when you try to log in with Facebook its giving you a error message. We seen on the Facebook group its everyone who is signing in with Facebook but its on the game side someone messed up . Tried the help contract us on the game and described our issue and no got back to us or resolved the issue.
Like WSOP, this app is filled with bots and fake profiles who have huge sums of chips who always seem to win big to make you think you can too, sprinkled with a few real players. The con is to get you winning big, then take it away so youll buy chips to replenish what you had and lost. We like the app layout, but you dont have a chance against an algorithm designed to make you fake win then fake lose. Wheres the fun in that?

Worst poker game ever. Only put 5 stars cuz it wont publish 1 star reviews. Was at level 5 now 1. Spent $35 adding coins we lost. No reason why we have lost levels we rightfully earned.

Too many people have friends at the table and collude . One bets the other goes all in and fold so they can rank up and get chips. We’ve reported so many times and nothing happens. Ruins the game all together.
We have played Texas holdem on this app well over a year. There is no actual poker tables anymore. The poker tables are used for chip transfers. Not talking about someone helping a friend out for a few billion. Talking trillions are moved on every denomination and every table. The game host maximum (3) 50/100m tables. You get on one table 4 players are moving chips, next table 2 players moving chips, next table 2 to 3 players moving chips. Because there are seats left on all 3 tables the poker players cant even create a legitimate poker table to play on. If you say something about it your told to F off etc Almost 80% of players passing chips dont even play Texas holdem. Stacks are fake, badges are fake and account levels are fake. On any regulated poker app this massive cheating would be stopped. Accounts would be banned. Tuyoo developers knows this and yet they allow it to continue and this app for the reasons listed above does not promote a fair gaming environment.
We would say its a tight race between this and Zynga, no doubt in our opinion its rigged. We sit and watch and write down hands and its amazing the win ratio for bots. If you want to go all in on every hand this is the one for you. 95% donkeys.
If we could give this site a negative rating we would! Starts off good, then nose dives like all the rest of the poker sites. Outrageous bull sht hands with trash cards. Just once we would like to play a poker game that deals REAL hands and not some computer controlled game. We know we know yall have bull crap algorithms and that yall have fair play games certifications which mean absolutely nothing. We would not recommend this site to anyone. Full of bots and obviously people who have access to what cards will be coming. Way too many river fairies and miracle cards to be truly random. Of course the so called developers will give the same tired reply but even they dont believe it. You will be allowed to win at first but soon you will be targeted and you will lose everything.
We love the site we love the people and the graphics but there are quite a few bugs we’ve noticed and when you introduced new things there is no tutorial to explain it all how to play the game how to place your bets and still cant figure out how to get the sludge to work but overall yeah Im a daily player and probably will stay that way we just be so happy when you finally get to be on a laptop because its hard to see this on a cell phone.

It gave us a free spin and when you press the green collect button it froze and now we cant play anymore so we guess all the progress will also be gone.
Like the other reviewers, this game is totally rigged and stacked against you. We’ve played live poker for decades and we wanted to ease back into a game that claims fair hand play, but its not. Nor is it fun. We’ve never, ever lost at live play poker the way you lose here. No way, we’ve built up a bank of over 3B in a week and and lost it all in 2 days. Even though its just a game its frustrating losing with AA, AK, pocket pairs etc constantly. They build you up and then tear you down so you spend money on more chips, because quite frankly the best part of this game is seeing a bank account of billions of dollars but trust us, There are way better poker apps out there. Skip on this one and find a better playing one, youll thank us for it.
We have watched the videos for free chips and for more tries with the mega million cards and for chip doubler and it never pays us the incentive it promises. :( Games are fun, though.

We enjoy playing on this app but it isnt working properly. Normally the app will just freeze for a moment and then come back up. The last couple of days its been shutting itself down and then restarting and now it just freezes on one of the screens to buy stuff and will only allow us to buy something and thats it. We are highly disappointed with the fact that we cant do anything on here and we have spent money on it for no reason. What a waste of our time!?! If it wasnt for all of the issues and wasted money… We would have rated it 5 stars instead of 1.
If you people like to throw your Money away or make someone else rich than play this game its a no contest to make it even or to your favor you can have poker in your hand they will pull royal flush who knows how. Its garbage and they pretty much laugh in your face stop asking for money.
We open this site and go through all the signin process and then it doesnt go to the game. It logs us out . We log back in and go through the process again and it happen every time we try to play this game. It wont let us in to play at all. Im not happy at all. Guess we will have to go to another poker site to be able to play.
