The reason why we gave it three stars is because the thing that keeps popping up is annoying. The word thingy and we dont like it so if you can stop doing it, it would be great. Ill give it five stars if you stop that.
The game is fun but the ads are SEXUALIZED.
We bought a pack of the tickets and upgraded the police car to the max, including the capacity upgrade. It still only brings 2 at a time so the game goes a lot slower than we feel like it should. Otherwise its fun.
We really like this game. We jump on really fast in between of doing our chores to destress . Therefore we decided to purchase the No ADS offer to nit waste time on looking at every AD each time we try to upgrade something. Wellll we are STILLLL Getting ADS every time we press Upgrade how do we get this fixed before trying to just get a refund instead.

Only put 5 stars so our review was seen. TOO MANY ADS! We refuse to play a game where every 2 steps we take is an ad. Games are UNPLAYABLE WHEN TGEY ARE Chock FULL OF ADS! This game needs tremendous work done to it.
We would have bought this, but once it hit level 5 that was it! Lots of ads for the free version, they gotta make money somehow.
Love this game just something to play while relaxing but Ever since the last update there is some glitch that the game doesnt play just our officer moves we cant collect coins. Nothing else plays. Please update.
We finished a level unlocked a new police station but everything on our map is grey, we upgraded the cars and officers and nothing has changed. Super irritating because we spent money on this app.
We used to love this game, but after the updates, you dont start back over with the maps anymore. And the new updates keep saying new levels added, but Im on the space level and have been now twice when it said new levels added, and there are no new levels. At least not for us.
We have deleted so many of these games because you cant enjoy playing due to the number of ads. We understand they need the ads, but what good does it do if no one wants to keep the game? We will watch ads to upgrade items, etc. And to get coins AS we GO, not every 5 seconds. Ridiculous! Let us enjoy playing.
We have been playing this game for a little over a week now upgraded everything for the car to the max and yet only two people come out. Theres no point in continuing playing as it takes way too long to get enough people for the public service and to earn money. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Otherwise we are uninstalling.
We paid for ad free but yet Im still having to watch ads so why did we pay to continue to watch them.
The first level we just turned our Internet off. The second level does not allow us to do that. The ads are constant, about one every 1-3 mins of play time. And these ads can be 60 seconds long.
After playing for about 3 minutes, we would say its a fun game but theres ads every 5 seconds and there is no way Im paying $8 for no ads where in some games they charge you $3-4 maybe it would be a 5 star game if they lowered that crazy price.

Could be a great game but it gets boring and repetitive. After beating the maps (if we remember its around 5-6 maps) it restarts back to the same maps. Meaning it seems it starts your map achievements over. Another thing when you get a new map you start from scratch every time which is annoying the game should allow at least a little money to transfer over when you get a new map due to the fact that when starting a new map its sooo slow and takes foreverrr to upgrade and actually start to make money. When you upgrade the cars it only puts out 2-3 ppl which isnt even updating the amount of ppl we just used our coins for. Ive paid for ad free usage of the app but after beating the game its just not worth it.

This game is okay. If you like idles, we would rather play our perfect hotel. This game has an ad every second. We deleted it out of frustration bc Im not paying for no ads.
For some reason, the car upgrades for capacity arent changing the capacity at all. Which is annoying bc we played for cash and just wasted thousands for the upgrade. The car only drops off 2 prisoners. So annoying, please fix this. Other than that the game is great.
The airplanes knock you into nomans land and theres no way back.

We loved this game and didnt mind spending a little even for its a bit expensive but it keeps freezing. At one pint there was no criminals coming to the police stations and then we realized it keep clinging after about 5 mins. About to delete if it doesnt get better. We have to close the game out every 5-10 mins.
The game was fun. We got to the 2nd lvl and it wont let us advance passed lvl 5. It says we need to buy the horse station but oh wait we need to be lvl 6 before we can upgrade it.
We got to the second world, our character would be pushed out of the bounds by the planes and not let us back in. Also, Im in level 5, second world, we need 10 more stars to make it to level 6. Oh wait, Ive already updated every single officer, bus, and player tab, and all areas have the max allowed until level 6. The only thing left to do is run around, get money, and be kicked out by those planes. Like shwoop, as soon as it takes off, it pushes you out. We have proof.
We love, love, love the game but we HATE, HATE,HATE the ads.
We love the game. Ive only had it for a few hours and its amazing! But for the daily challenge we need to use a booster to complete the daily challenge log. Im trying to find out how to get and use a speed booster.
Theres no way to get to the map to go back and work in your capacity upgrades for other stations.
Yes the ADS are annoying. Yes the cars dont update. BUTa prison guard who is supposed to escort prisoners into their changing room in the Gym level has been stuck walking in the same spot against the wall. HE WONT MOVE OR DO ANYTHING ! This is on you guys. Needs to be fixed. Its one of the least fun levels and we just want to move on.

Every 10 seconds theres a commercial, its impossible to play. Its ridiculous how you're expected to pay in order to play a basic game.
The car capacity upgrade doesnt work. It only stays at 2 people and doesnt change. Now everything else is upgraded but the prisoners are taking too long.
We like the game but the only thing about the needs Internet Wi-Fi we would love the game much more if didnt need internet Wi-Fi for the next update app game and we could play the game anywhere of the world.
Fun game and Id love to download it for our kids to play but the ads are not child friendly. The game says for ages 9+ but we only get ages 17+ ads. We have never downloaded those apps so we dont even know why thats all we get for ads. Im also not paying $8 to get the ad-free version. The app is fun but not $8 fun.
The game itself is enjoyable but we couldnt get past having forced ads every single minute. Usually we will pay for the ad-free experience but its $7.99 and not worth that much! The most we would go is 2.99 considering the game tasks are monotonous. We would have lasted longer if the ads werent so ridiculously often or the ad-free was cheaper.
When you get to the swat level the officer is froze.
Theres already ads to get certain upgrades or a booster, etc, there does NOT need to be forced ads that usually take 30 seconds of your time every two minutes. The only way to get rid of forced ads is to pay eight dollars. ALSO we got this game from an ad and a big point in this game was can play offline. You absolutely can NOT play this game offline. The game overall is really laggy. Ive read some reviews saying its stuck on the loading screen forever. Thats not the case. Sometimes it gets stuck on the loading screen for a few minutes. The game itself is actually really, REALLY fun, but everything we mentioned before just ruins the experience, we wouldve rated it 5 stars without those things.
We moved our way through to the police academy. The ads for money stopped working. Basically watching ads for nothing. Then our office who brings the recruits in was stuck walking in place. Very frustrating. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now we have to start all over. No way IN app to report any issues. Waste of time.

This game is simple, easy, mind numbing. Good for wasting time. There is just way way way tooooo many ads. Its every few seconds! They want $7.99 for no ads. Thats just ridiculous. $1.99, maybe $2.99 is appropriate. Theres just nothing to the game to make it worth 8 dollars.
So we hopped on it and it wouldnt load.
