We’ve paid for many games, so Im not one of those people who think developers should make games for free. But the game is just way too expensive, and if you dont pay, the ads are way too much. Too rich for our blood.
We think we should have a mystical theme with unicorns and other stuff!!
We love this game! So fun, and relaxing. The only thing is that the stickers appear randomly, not in number order. This just makes the game harder and more frustrating. Please fix this.
This app is our favorite time of all! It is so relaxing and gets your mind off stress. The adds are not bad at all. The activity is so fun. We love how we get to create our own island full of what we want. Its not a lot of work and we love the music in the background. Again overall this app is amazing and so much fun! We highly recommend for anyone with anxiety or just anyone trying to get through a stressful day.
We adore this game but our eyesight isnt super great, and we cant find where the peaces are supposed to go a lot of the time. So we were wondering if you could make where the peace should go glow, or darken, or something? When you tap said peace???
We’ve been playing this for almost a year and it has been very relaxing with only a few ads. Its the one thing we feel like we can accomplish when the joy of finishing a puzzle comes:))
This game is the best method we have of calming down, relaxing, or entertaining myself for long or brief periods of time. Its simple and straightforward but always complex enough to not get sick of. There are plenty of designs and pictures to create and even when you have to watch a video for a premium picture, the videos are short and tolerable. Highly recommend.
This game is very soothing and just generally very fun to play! The music even mentally calms our Braincells!
We have very much enjoyed this app. Its relaxing and satisfying to achieve a completed puzzle, and the artwork is quite beautiful. We have two issues with it however. 1. Its frustrating to spend gems to buy a pack, then have to still either spend gems or watch videos to unlock the puzzles within that pack. 2. Like other reviewers, we would love to have an option that filters the pieces by number or color. Its not much of an issue in earlier puzzles, but we are currently working on the mandalas and those have 500-800 pieces. Its very frustrating to try and hunt for a specific spot when the numbers arent in order. The second issue is the one we find really irritating, and if it were fixed Id probably up our rating to five stars, but otherwise Id definitely recommend this app.
UPDATE: If you start a puzzle, youll get the hang of how to find the numbers. This is the BEST stress reliever. We absolutely love this game. We LOVE this game but as others have said, sometimes the pieces are numbered in a completely out of order way, as in Mandalas which is not fun when you have to search and search. Id gladly pay money for new puzzles that are numbered in some kind of order. Mandalas was such a disappointment. More puzzles, please.
We like this game. It is relaxing (a bit mindless – but thats always a bad thing!) and also visually pleasing. We were happy to see the recent update, which includes a versus mode feature. But we’ve tried a few times to play it, and it has never worked. It says searching to players – and you never actually get to the game. Are there any thoughts on making further improvements to this? Or to adding additional islands, which make this app unique?

Puzzle, color by number and color Island. This game is a great combination of some of our favorite type of games! We just started playing, so we hope there back – fires.
Im perfectly willing to watch an ad to unlock a puzzle – BUT IT HAS TO WORK. NOT A SINGLE AD PLAYS. At this point, Im likely to delete the app.
This combination of puzzle play with color is absolutely perfect! Its changed the way that we view the world around us and the colors that see. We would love to see more artwork be readily developed. The prices for art packs are perfect $1.99 for at least as many images as you would get in a basic coloring book. Plus its fun to place completed images in a world. Absolute magic! Also, the game would lose the puzzle component if pieces appeared in any order other than random. We really enjoy searching for where the pieces should go.
When you color the picture you dont start from one and go up like this 1 2 3 4 and so on please change it so it isnt so hard. We will be very happy and start playing again is you make some kind of setting for it.
In our opinion, we think this game should be used offline without the use of WiFi.
We would absolutely never pay for this game as yearly membership is… Wait for it…. $100 A YEAR!! We did complete all the puzzles and expansion packs that we bought with our gems from completing other puzzles, but if the app is never updated with new images how do you expect even the possibility of making money?? If you ever update the app with new content Ill be back, otherwise bye!
Many of puzzles are well made and look great at the end, and the islands are a nice touch. The extra packs can be really nice (people) but then you get the butterflies and the puzzles are all super simple/small. Sort of a ripoff of diamonds. We CANNOT fathom how anyone would pay monthly for this. We have finished all of the puzzles available aside from one extra pack. We were able to get all of the others with in game currency. They dont push many content updates so we dont know what the VIP subscription would actually get you.
This is by far the best game we have downloaded on our phone. Literally any second that we are not doing anything, we pull out this app and we just tap right along. This is so addictive, so satisfying and so cute, that its perfect. Nothing needs to be changed unless of course you want to add more puzzles.
Dont have to strategize or think too hard. Fun to watch the pictures come together and when the individual ones are done, you can use them to create your own scene!
We LOVE Poly Island, and we recommend it to everyone in the world. We just have a few suggestions though. 1. Can you allow all the non-members and members create their own island? It would be cool to take the horses we make and put them on a home-made farm, or put beautiful parakeets on a branch in a creatively built Hawaiian paradise. – 2. Can you guys add more FREE poly stuff? It would be cool to have deer and ice cream trucks and toy stores too! Please consider our suggestions and keep your game the most amazing thing it already is!
We love this game for the fact that it is relaxing and it fills our time but, there are so many puzzles we would like to do but they are locked. It almost seems like a pay to play game, we understand the need for funds to update the game but please just have more free puzzles or puzzles we can open with ads.
Subscription fee is $7.99 a WEEK?? Thats $384 dollars a year! For a game that has a digital puzzle/coloring book concept? Is huckleberry games for real? You can buy a PS4 with a few games for that kind of price AND that doesnt even give you full access to the game. It just gives you 50% off the premium puzzles or whatever they are called. Super greedy IMO. Its really repetitive anyways. Just drag and dropping the pieces to where they obviously go to tell you to put them if you take to long finding it. We were going to keep playing, but after seeing the ridiculous overpricing, (I know we dont need to purchase btw) we are uninstalling for the audacity alone. We wont be supporting any further huckleberry games as well for their business model on this one was nothing short of insane.
We think that Poly Island is the best game on our iPod. There are no changes needed, and we were so happy for getting this great game.
The game is very relaxing and a great and less costly alternative to other color-by-number games for older players. However, its not a five-star for us because the pieces appear randomly instead of all at once & allowing the player to work on one section at a time. Some of these pictures have over 500 pieces. It is SO time consuming to finish a picture of that size when youre constantly scrolling around trying to find where a piece fits. Sometimes the numbering system is nonsensical, as well. If that was fixed, itd be perfect. Please add this feature! Edit: Further issue. Why am we being shown ads to access pictures in a pack we paid for? Why are any of the pictures in the pack I paid for diamond to unlock or ad to unlock? We PAID you for access to them. That is ridiculous.
We like the game but if we dont become a paying member, we cant open most of the boards. The ad function isnt working and keeps telling us to update our settings. Worked for a day or two then stopped. So we know it isnt the settings, as they havent changed. Also, we wish there was a way to turn off the numbers under the pieces at the bottom of the screen. Could add a bit more challenge. Otherwise, enjoy the game. Just wish the ad function work so we could play more. We will not pay a monthly fee to play.
This game is super fun, but the only problem is, when we click on the button to watch an advertisement to get a new level, it says we need to turn off Limit Ad Tracking, but it wont let us turn it off in our iPhone settings. Can you please make the advertisements not be something that is about ad tracking, make the ads regular, please, because we cant even play most of the levels.
Honestly, this game is relaxing and enjoyable. What gets us is the price tag. $7.99/week or $99.99/year!!! To us that is so over the top for what is offered in the game. There is no difficulty settings, no achievements, no loot system…. Just most of the puzzles you need for the islands. There isnt even an option to create your own puzzles. Or at least we havent found it yet. As an avid gamer, its absolutely ridiculous that they want this kind of money for a simple phone game. Lol. We mean would expect ESO level of game entertainment for this price.
Next update we want there to be less VIP templates so we have more options because the gameplay feels limited. Overall though, a very good game and very good premise.
Absolutely love this game! The only thing we would change is the ability to turn the numbers off. At first, it was too easy looking at and matching the numbers but we just dont pay attention at all now to the numbers at the bottom so we actually have to hunt to find where it goes. For people saying that it highlights where the piece goes and its too easy, just go to the settings and turn the hints off, it wont do it after that!
It was really awesome but the puzzles take a really long time.
We would give a 5 star if we could save our progress of the game.. Like we hope we can save our progress on Google and Game Center (please not Facebook because we dont have it)

Many coloring apps try and fail at keeping their structure simple and relaxing, Poly Island is amazing at maintaining that. We would prefer the islands were bigger and more interactive, and updates with more pictures more often, but Poly Island has been good enough for us to keep the app on our phone and checking back regularly.
We were super excited to play this game because Im definitely a puzzle person, but we hate how the after a few seconds of holding the piece, it tells us where it going. Like theres no way we could know where the shape goes before tapping on it because once you touch it it changes size, so theres no way we can predict where itll go. Then after holding it for less than ten seconds its telling us where to put it. Like why would we want the app to do the puzzle for us?!?!
A lot of the puzzles are locked. You can unlock them by watching ads or by paying for a vip subscription. We havent been able to get the ads to work… It says 30 seconds but never counts down. Sometimes we get an error message because we dont allow ads to collect every bit of info from our phone. This is pretty unreasonable and definitely unnecessary… We have played other games with ads like this and had no problem. In its current state, the app has limited usefulness for us because Im not spending $$$ on a vip subscription (would happily pay a small one-time fee.)
Whenever you go to watch an ad on the screen a pop up comes up and says go into settings and turn off limit ad tracking and it doesnt work. We loved the game but now we cant play because the ads wont load.
There may be a lot of polys to do but you cant do most of the ones to place down they all say watch 2 ads or pay premium whats worse is that its telling us to turn something off in setting that we cant even turn off. And the price for premium are you serious. $19.99 every month and $99.99 for one year yeah no.
This game wastes your battery very very slow, we spend hours and then our battery at 45% we finally let our battery to get to 10% for once it so addictive in a good way youll love it. It has calming music that makes you calm and so much more!

So we absolutely love this app but the only problem is if you wait 3 seconds it will automatically show you where the piece goes, which we dont like because we want to find it myself.
We really really loved it and it became our favorite game it just so creative and relaxing app and the music are just perfect we hope we see more apps like that and we hop to add more islands . Anyway this app is wonderful and hope to see more and more upgrades.
