Hey we really love the game but we wish yall made other ways to login we lost all our progress.
Lags every second for us on iPhone XR and 12.
Theres so many boats are so much fun.
Just train station 2 with boats, which is a GOATED game.
This is the most boring tap-tap game on the planet, IMO. It takes weeks to get to level ten and then when you do it takes double that just to make level 11. Way, WAY too slow. Unless of course you spend A LOT of $$$$$$$$.
Hello, Ive been playing the game for a few days now and its quite enjoyable but, we would love for the RMS Queen Mary to be added and possibly an England location otherwise Im having fun playing this, Also if you do intend on adding it just note the 1936 version of the ship is what Id like to be added since the current day version is much different.
Why dont you add mini games like parking the Ship, avoid icebergs or a delivery you can drive the ship and stuff im not sure if this will Make your ratings more less.
We like the game but takes to long to open other cities. Love play for free but want to move forward.
The credit karma commercial is by far the most annoying one this game gas! 1 minute ling commercial that kick player out of the game! Sometime when you let it plat for a while it doesnt allow you to return to game forcing player to x out of the game and reinstall app.
Fun game to play but finished it already or at least until region 10 opens.
The game is fun, it keeps us entertained but the balancing issues are significantly higher than they should be. In other words, common ship parts are almost impossible to come by in enough quantities to upgrade ships, but we have over a thousand rare parts, couple dozen epic parts, and like 10 legendary parts. We wish we could buy ship parts with coins we earn through jobs and we wish ships werent region locked. The game has potential to be 5 stars, but Im stuck with ships needing upgrades and no parts and we refuse to spend real world money on a game that has so many opportunities to watch ads.
Why not update for more than a year.
We really enjoyed the game and spent a lot of time and a moderate amount of money for a few extras. Our only complaint is that the game pretty much ended when we hit Level 699. Hope they add more levels soon.
This game is absolutely fun until you run into glitches and cannot continue. We wrote to them about the first gems disappearing glitch, but there doesnt seem to be a way for them to respond. We keep checking in our settings area where we sent our message to support, but no response. Now we have run into issues with not being able to access the screen to collect our rewards and all other jobs are saying cannot access area. We have reloaded game as well as tried their suggestion to deal with this glitch, but nothing seems to help. We are at a point where we cannot continue. But we absolutely loved this game up until this point. Ok. So waiting one day seemed to let us access our finished rewards. We are upgrading from a one star bummer, to four. We know the developers are working hard, we do wish there was better communication. Updated april 11, 2024. Looks like they fixed the last issue although no communication. But now the glitches are we have to reinstall each time we want to go to the Suez Canal, otherwise it says cannot go at this time. Very bummed. Game is pretty cool except for this current problem right now. Did we just receive a response yesterday? One year later.
This game is basically Train Station 2, but with boats. Which isnt a bad thing. Its cool. But just like Train Station 2, after the first few hours, you quickly get to a point where its basically watch ads or spend real money to not have to wait a long time to progress, or you guessed it – wait a long time to progress. You get to a point where to complete jobs, you need a LOT of X, Y, Z product but to get said product will take you hours and hours. BUT, hey, spend a couple bucks here and you dont have to! Its the basic formula for pay to win or progress mobile games. Its how they get you. Along with the FOMO (fear of missing out) deals you get, on the good stuff to help you progress. Its mobile game development 101. Doesnt take a hot shot to figure that out. But hey, you can spend real money on a loot crate with literally only a 5% chance to get a gold tier boat. And its sad too, bc the game is visually very nice and appealing. Actually doing jobs is cool and interesting. The maps are beautifully designed. You just need to either spend a lot of time waiting to get supplies, a lot of time waiting for jobs to complete, or spend real money to do neither of those. We find Pixel Federation has talented devs, but is a greedy company overall. We also wanna say, we find the community managers responses to some reviews to be very condescending with some responses basically overlooking a reviewers whole point, and just types up a pre written response they have already laid out for any given review topic. You dont even address most peoples concerns. You just use your copy/pasted CM responses. Its like you guys have no souls as community managers. Just, whatever pays the bills huh? People have genuine things to say and you just write them off basically.
Easy play, minimal videos to watch. Pretty entertaining, all things considered.
One problem we have with the game is there is no way to get ships from a previous region once you move on from that region. Im really upset about this because we just moved to region 2 missing 3 legendary ships from region 1 and now we have no way to get them other than to reset our progress.
It seems that whenever there is a new challenge in the game the section continues to be unavailable throughout most of the day until the evening or night.
So, we have to deliver things to a place so we can advance? Ok. Wait it only accepts the purple boats? We have 20 boats! And only four dispatchers. It a nice looking game. But that resource mgmt is quite silly when you get surprised by the color of ships. The San Fran segment is fun, but no on other levels. Only purple boats, our ash! Please accept this criticism in the manner it was intended. This game is a homework assignment and it stinks.
Hi guys, big fan of this and TS2 (we play both daily) and we would love to see you guys really work to eliminate grinding. We love the game, but we love the story and building towards a goal even more. Ill keep playing, but please find a way to eliminate the 40+ levels of grinding needed to get to a new world and keep building. Thank you.
Was enjoying the app right up to the last update. After that the app has continuously locked up on start up. Cant get past the title screen. Delete and reinstalled 3 times without any success.. Bummer.
Been playing game for a few weeks now and was up to level 18. Now every time we try to get into the game it freezes upon finishing loading and cant do nothing have to restart. After restarting the game the same thing freezes upon finishing loading and has been that way for a week now.
Unfortunately now after opening up the 3rd location when the game starts it freezes, its to bad because we definitely liked the game.
Love this game but as if this morning it crashes and ask for us to restart it as soon as it loads we have tried everything we hope something is done soon if it does we will come back to give 5 stars.
We live this game. Challenging yet attainable levels combined with great graphics make this app addicting. Customer support is top-tier and the online forum helps explain each mission. We are addicted and am so happy we downloaded this game.
We loved this at first. But its a little confusing, and the question marks that lead to answes that are supposed to help you dont really help much as theyre too basic. Its really easy to spend a lot of money in this game. But! Progress happens, and you get to see a lot of ships. We probably wont play very long because the temptation to buy ships and stuff is too strong for us. This is why Ive quit a lot of otherwise fun games.
As someone who is quite willing to help pay the bills by watching the ads, but utterly unwilling to pay directly for pretend merchandise (like in game money, keys, and other credits) that advances play, we suggest that some of the bottlenecks be opened a bit so that the game doesnt get bogged down and boring. Accumulating game money is too slow compared to other features. Either provide some means other than getting it from each port every four hours (like making it possible to make a choice of selling ships or products) or increase the payout from each city or decrease the refresh rate. We would also suggest that improvements to ships or a higher level of a ship might increase their speed by lowering the transit times for any run.
The developers of this game have built a well-rounded model that sounds like a good start. If it were more playable, Id be hooked. Yet it falls into the category of (too much time spent waiting for minuscule rewards) idle games. This one could be so wonderful if it wasnt a begging festival for your hard won cash.
We enjoy playing this game a lot but the global jobs that were recently added on is stupid. We cant fulfill the jobs because you only have like an hour to complete it before the job expires. It seems like every time we open the game we have to wait four hours before we can start the jobs.

This is the BEST GAME EVER its a lot like railroad 2 and a few other games but the graphics are the best and its easy to use and learn we like how there is a lot of trash to clean up in San Francisco and you actually care about the oil spill AMERICA.
Ive loved pixel federation games but theyre not fixing their games anymore. Train station 2 took forever to be fixed and now we play this game and cant even get past level 3 because it froze. We can zoom in and out on the map but cant move around. So Im stuck. Its just a bummer these games are super fun.
Pay to play effectively. We want to give this five stars but paying for gems as the only way to advance time is unfortunate. We wouldnt even mind watching ads in order to speed up times. Ive been stuck in San Francisco far longer than Id thought Id be. Probably abandon the game altogether within a week at this rate.
If you like Trainstation 2 you will love this game.
This looked so promising ! The first hours of playing the game was fast and you were building and suppling and creating a logistics process and kept us interested..somewhere around level 8 or so..the action died. Missions became 1 hour long with nothing to do but wait for your boats. Then missions allowed only certain types of boats for an hour. Cant choose the boats you want to buy. Eventually it becomes a game BUY more gems or be bored to death.so nice job building the gametoo bad you killed our interest with all the slow game play and real money play to win crap.
Great free game that doesnt force you to watch video advertisements every 2 minutes.
This is a really fun game just as its sibling games Train Station 1 and 2. We love the developers and how they fix any problems you report to them. They also edit the game constantly to help improve experiences. And as a fellow developer we know hard it is to constantly take care of a game. Very fun game Five Star on our part.

Overall we like this game. But after third map unlocked, it takes too much coins and parts to upgrade your ships. Especially with coins, less and less mission for you to get coins and each mission only gives 30 something coins and upgrade your ship take 200 plus coins for each level. Unless you pay in the game to get more coins. We dont know how much longer for us to upgrading a ship from level 4 to 10. Please consider improve this problem. We think it will bring much better gaming experience. We need more coin bonus.
This game is interesting with ever changing and increasing tasks and challenges. Add the Twin Ports of Duluth/Superior.
Great game. Love the game play but the lower levels need too much coin or effort. TrainStation2 works great. Try making them more similar. In-game expenses are a little expensive. Needs more short term jobs. 5 minute or even 1 minute jobs would help. Also try adding a separate event warehouse so it doesnt mess with city growth.
We expected one of those low quality, boring game, but got the best game. The graphics are good, the idea is original, and its just what we were looking for. 5 stars. From, A used somewhere.
We love the game but the problem is when we are in the middle of playing the game the screen will go black then it will just close out of the app and it happens every time to.

Its a well thought out game and we actually enjoy playing it. Unfortunately there are glitches in the game for us. Ive made a few purchases when we started playing and unfortunately twice we did not receive what we were supposed to receive and we contacted support and they both times claim that we did get what we were supposed to now we have noticed a few little glitches like you were supposed to watch a video to receive certain bonuses and sometimes we have to watch the video three times before we get the bonus little things like that that made the game lets enjoyable for us maybe its just us that is happening too but when we spend our money we expect to get what we pay for so unfortunately that means we cant spend anymore money in this game.
We should re-start and watch again ads….. Iphone13 (on iOS15.1.1).
