We love the gameplay, sound effects and overall looks of this app. Its very addictive and you can easily spend an endless amount of time on it. Unfortunately, this game is plagued by all sorts of glitches. Until theyre fixed, it doesnt deserve more than 3 stars.
We have played this game for several years now and it was fun for the most part, but something changed. We got to level 2500 and could not go any farther so we delegated the game and reinstalled it so we could build up points to see if we could advance further. The game has changed so that when you get above 150 they be come impossible. You are given an option to watch a ad but most of the time there is non available. What used to be a fun game is now not fun at all. Sorry guys we have find something else. Why do people have to fix things that are not broken.

This game is rigged. It doesnt matter how many times we let the wheel spin we always get 3 attempts. Seldom do we get more than 3.
Best game we play this everyday if Im on our phone this is what Im playing.
We like the game. We wish it was easier to earn the coins. Getting 2 coins at a time is not very fast when you spend 10 to continue playing.
We used to play this game all the time but for some reason now its loaded with questionable ads and we had to delete it. Who wants to see ads depicting shooting animals?? And NO we dont want buxom cartoon characters to teach us anything. Sad but we guess thats the way games are headed nowadays.
We have been playing this game for a few years now and we still really enjoy playing. However we have noticed in the last few months that we are getting the message that no commercials are available for so long on each level that we give up and turn to another game. This disappoints us and it has become an issue to the point of being ready to delete the game and put ourselves out of our misery.
We love this game but some time the very hard levels seem impossible. To us it takes away the enjoyment of the game.
Do not understand the changes made.
The current State Farm game ad locks up every time! Uses a large amount of battery and makes our iPad hot waiting for the ad to finish and time out. We have to restart every time. We get frustrated about losing our place in the game that we just quit playing.
This game IS good mindless fun, Ill give it that, but as you reach the higher levels its rare you can finish without watching an ad for extra balls. The ads have become excessive in length. 45-60 second ads just to get 3 more tries (on average, sometimes you can get up to 10 but that is rare). Anything beyond 15 seconds takes the fun out of the gameyou will spend more time watching ads than playing. We immediately close the game if an add is 30 seconds or more. In addition, the game goes from giving you random colored balls to colors the game knows will prevent you from getting a bonus (cheating IMO)therefore, wait for it, you have to watch more ads!! It also makes you watch an ad before and after you win a game. Again, the ads are excessive! And enough with the Royal Match ads, those are the worst of the bunch and is a misrepresentation of what the game truly is but thats another matter.
We have been playing this game for hours and have been at the # 1 spot the entire time Ive played and all we have is 159 points? This just goes to show you that this game is being controlled Not to mention the fake names Margaret, Dorothy, Susan, Maria, Laia, Blanca, Carlota, have been on every device that we have downloaded this game on and start from level 1 to 2000 plus. We have been playing for a couple of years and those names are always there Not to mention the countless ads between every level with those X s and arrows in the corners that are so tiny you can barely see them, and if you dont touch them on the exact spot they will pop up over and over. They must be making a lot of money off of all the ads. Do you really want people to play and enjoy the game or not? We never write reviews but we had to say something after being so frustrated with this game.
Been playing this game for years. Probably our all time favorite but sadly it is no longer playable. As the levels get harder the only way to solve is by using power ups (cash money) or watching ads. There are so many ads needed you barely get to play or you will spend a fortune. Not worth it.

Used to play this game all the time when we had downtime. Suddenly about a month ago the levels got very hard. Continued to play and finish games by purchasing extra shots. After we play a game we get an add or phishing to sau your iPhone is full and with a button to press to clear. Our cell phone has plenty of space.

Why do you create a level that cant be won? Not enough ammo. The colors you need are never loaded. Yes, we use the boosters. We hate to admit this, especially since we said we would never play this game again, but Ive been on this level for weeks. The game you love to hate.

Hi, we noticed that after the recent update, our app has been offline or unable to connect to the internet. We have uninstalled and reset the app but Im getting the same results. Please advise, we like this version and dont want to switch but we can not get our daily reward and earn a turn through videos :(.
The game is cool but maybe make is a little more fun.
Disgusting extreme conspiracy theory disinformation content in the ads that are bombarding the game. We want to relax while we play and these ads are disturbing. Enough already.

Game freezes often and doesnt save where you left off when it freezes.
Ive started playing this game during pandemic to help deal with being isolated (Im retired guy). Thus far, Ive made over 2200 levels with no purchases. Some levels took weeks to beat but it was enjoyable to take the game on without help. Everyone is different so try it and see for yourself. Good luck.
We cant tell you how many times we have called this game a fricking cheater. It changes the color of balls next up in the cue to prevent you from advancing unless you buy coins.
If we could believe this is true and see money in our pay pal which we havent seen one penny then Id give you a better rating if we ever see this come true so far we havent.
If you do not pay to play , you will never get past some levels. We have been on 2517 for two weeks and Im bored to death. This game was a welcome respite from work, stress, and life in general. Now it is just more work for us. We are truly saddened that algorithm design means they decide when, or if, you proceed … We just wanted a time out break and some mindless entertainment. We used to enjoy this game. Not so much now. If you cannot afford to pay, like we cannot, then be ready to just end the game and progression when the decision is made to stop your progress. We miss the fun this used to be. Oh, and dont bother asking the customer service for help. Lots of jibberish and very little help. Betty.
Ive been playing this game for a while and enjoy the serenity that it gives us. No pressure at all. Just one glitch troubles us. At the end of many games, the color of the balls that are needed to win the game do not arrive, therefore, making a win is impossible. Never the less, we do find the game challenging, yet relaxing. Fun game but it freezes after every ad. Ads occur after every game, win or lose. You have to close the game and re-open in order to continue playing. Very frustrating.

This is the only game we play regularly. We've played, and enjoyed, this game for a long time. We used to get past level 3,000 before it became too difficult to be enjoyable. Then delete, clear data, and reinstall. We've done that several times. It has incrementally lost its charm over the last 6 months or so. Now we reinstalled at 200. Not because of advanced traps like black holes or radar bubbles, etc. No, it's simply bubble placement. Most shots are not the money shots to burst a "3 or more bubbles" blast, but just set up shots. Consequently, staying in the races requires frequently wasting bombs and fireballs. When we're out we're done. Reinstall. But not at 200. That's not enjoyable anymore. We used to feel the levels were just getting good at 500-1000. We really liked this game. Why did you cripple it so heavily? And why 30 second ads? They don't stop there either. The ads are multiple pages. Now we have to turn Wi-Fi and data connection off for an enjoyable few moments. We don't like doing that. You deserve your advertising, but the ads can be longer than the game levels. Sorry guys. We hate ranting like this, but you've taken away our scant downtime pleasure. And none of the other bubble games compares… Please lighten it up. We'll gladly go back to 5 stars, and delete this.
You took the game and changed it, you made it harder, thats part is ok but you added more difficult level, and again thats ok but the frequency of the harder games is the problem. You have them to close to the easier games. So part of this game is to have fun beating the easier levels and playing the harder ones. But the issue is that there to close together. In other words you get a couple ( 3 or 4 ) of relatively easy levels and then you have to play the harder ones multiple times and use all you coins or many bombs just to get through. Ive played over 3000 levels and it not as much fun as it used to be…anyway as we said we dont mind the challenging one but part the fun is also beating the easier levels. Add back more of the FUN levels between the more difficult, Thanks hope you understand our ramblings.
They took a relatively fun game and ruined it changed the whole game structure trying to get money out of you. Game does not give the rewards as posted in rules.
This was one of our favorite games until it just suddenly stopped loading a few days ago.
Every time we buy extras we only get a few but not what we purchased, whats going on.
Adds freeze up. Wont close when they are done. Has progressively gotten worse. Sound on adds indicate malfunction. No remedy in sight.
A really fun filled challenging game.
It is to hard to win a level. Have stopped play this game.
