Im currently 10 years old Im a girl (Sunday April 21 2024) we were playing this a few months ago and then we stopped because we were really busy during February and March so we couldnt play, so today we woke up and we were gonna play because we were free and the season ended for basketball and we were level 21 and this took us a long time and then we woke up (as we should) and then IT RESTARTED ME!!!!! We hate this game now we worked very very VERY hard Im going to uninstall this game because we worked hard. Thank you for reading this if you see this by an ad or coming across this game.
We think you have to get this game. It is so fun! In this game you can 1. Bring them to the prison cell. 2. Bring them were they want to go.(they have a speech bubble!) 3. Set them free. This game is super fun! Get this game right know! SO FUN! You will not regret this.

We really do love this game but every time we play it goes super slow and glitches. Whether Im on WiFi or our own internet data. We tried updating our phone and the app but it still seems to move slow. Pls fix it.
Its a fun game we like it, have done 100 percent on five state prisons, but now Im stuck and cant move to another prison. Is there an updated coming.
One of our favorites that we keep coming back to, with only one major, frustrating issue. If you pick up a prisoner that a helper was on the way to collect, the helper doesnt recognize that hes already been picked up until he gets to the destination. It makes it almost pointless to move prisoners around the prison yourself if your helpers are going to waste so much time walking allll the way across the map for no reason.
The game is fun and passes the time like most idle games. The issue is it constantly glitches and the main character gets stuck so it can't move out of a room. Other glitch…won't pick up inmates. We've closed the app and reopened. Deleted app thinking maybe that would work but we lost all the levels we had previously completed. We're back at square 1. Kinda bummed we paid money to play w/o ads.
In one of the prisons we keep getting stuck in the visit area and we have to restart our game just to fix it.
We love this game Im already level 29 in 1 month fun.
Great game our fave!! The sound used to work now it only works for a little if we restart our phone . The sound is what makes the game more fun and intriguing. We hope you can help with this.
Ive been playing this for a little while now & there is no sound.we turned the sound on but still no sound, please fix. Still fun though.
Okay so it's a really fun game what the problem is is that whenever you go into the game and the sound comes on and then it turns off and it's like muted and then we checked our settings for the sound and we put it on. We tried fixing it and then the sound we tried it again in reality and then the sound just came off again, so that's the only problem that we think you really need to fix it and also takes forever to load. Takes like 20 to 30 minutes for it to load. But other than that, it's really fun game.
There was a few glitches getting stuck in the phone booth not being able to leave once picking up prisoners we believe it was on level 3. Made it to 5 level 24 it non stop glitching. Last level maybe? But definitely fun wish it was glitching and there were more levels available.
So Ive had this app for like one year and we havent played it for one year and we saw it and and we were like oh we havent played it in a while. Why dont we play it so we clicked play and it didnt let us play like tell us why you wont let us play.
Three stars because yea this game is pretty fun & good for when ya need to kill some time. Also we really like how the prisons all have their own theme BUT seems like the games not finished! The top area of the map makes it look like theres other countries you can unlock once the U.S. Is cleared BUT we just beat the fifth prison – the pirate themed one in Washington state – and NOTHING happens when we click on the prison we supposedly unlocked. Updates for the game only show various bug fixes so whats up.
Guard gets stuck when going in the visitors section, cant go any further.

This game is fun, appropriate, and very interesting so we recommend this game. You get to put prisoners in there cell and buy cool stuff with the fake money from computer controlled prisoners you pick up the prisoners for lunch and to ours the rocks to its really fun to play.
Let us start off by saying we love this game.. There are some glitches in the game though we get stuck in certain cells Its not letting us move on either Its like Im stuck doing the same things and for us we get bored easily.
Ive been waiting for like one hour for this to load and it hasnt loaded yet and Im getting a little confused and can you please tell us why its not working because usually games dont take this long to load and we think its glitching so please fix your game when someone downloads it and Im having to watch videos to keep our patience please fix the game.

Fun game to play but it has its hang ups. When you go into the visitation room, you can get permanently trapped and the only way to escape is to exit the game and let it refresh.
The game is really fun. We paid for it and got to level 5, but a glitch prevented us from moving forward. Ive deleted it and started over too. When we contacted support, we got a generalized, automatic response with an excuse of being a small group so it might take a while for them to get back to us. They never got back to us. We enjoyed the game; wish we couldve gotten farther in it, especially since we paid for it.
This game is fun cool and nice but it gets a little harder each level and there's a lot of ad's. It also gets a little stressful each round because their is so much happening on each level. Hope you under stand.
So we liked the game a lot have been playing like crazy. However we cant seem to get the sixth prison unlocked so kind of dumb. Even paid for the no adds and now it is just stuck on prison five.
First, you really cant enjoy the game cause an ad pops up like every 69 seconds. Then we completed 3 prison but the one in Florida, every time we go up towards the phone area or just up, we get stuck. We have to close the game every single time. Plz fix this glitch. Thank you.

We love this game but we dont like that when you watch an ad for the swat team every single time that a prison fight or something happens your swat team goes away please let us keep the swat team after 5 prison things instead of 1.

We got 100% at JunkTown prison but cant unlock the next prison. We hope we wont have to stop playing this game because we really enjoy it.
Theres way too many ads you cant even play the game every time you turn around and add pops up. Its completely pointless to download if there wasnt so many ads it might be worth playing.
We gave this game 2 STAR REVIEW even though it doesnt really deserve it but it does deserve it because we were about to update it until it magically changed to 12 and up and our phone has our age on it but its wrong anyway it was for 4 and up so can you please change it back so we can give you a 5 STAR REVIEW.

We love this game cuz it has barely any ads .Theres other game just like this so if your reading this review we recommend our Hotel and Burger Please,so yeah we LOVE this game!!! ONE MORE THING There could be some improvement though,so when you get on higher levels you need more stars to go the next level and some need ALOT OF STARS so we recommend making it at least 10-5 less stars SO AWSOME GAME IN ALL BUT JUST NEEDS A LITTLE IMPROVEMENT.
