This is the best music game we have ever played! The controls are easy and there are different modes to choose from.
This game is honestly pretty fun good replay loop and the feedback to input is way better than most other rhythm games-in our opinion Would be nice in a future update if you could play the game on the horizontal,we feel it would be a nice QoL addition.
First of all, this game is wonderful. The music is cool, the character designs are all awesome, we highly recommend. We have adored this game and the Muse Runner one for years now, we've been playing it across multiple devices for a long time, however, we had just downloaded this game again last week and it won't stop crashing now! Half the time its open the sound goes out for no reason, and pressing some of the buttons leads it to freeze! We really do love this game, and though its not entirely unplayable, we would like to see it working in its former glory again.
Ive been playing this game since 2019. We adore it despite its many current flaws! This game does has a while to go before we can call it great, but the volunteers are doing Gods work bro this games quality has only gone up ever since yall have joined. We dont know if you guys see reviews, but thank you.
Love this game and all, the music is fire, the gameplay is fire, lots of modes to choose from so it never gets boring but its just one problem for us. Whenever an ad finishes, the whole game freezes and the only way to fix this is to get out of the game and enter it again, and it can get pretty annoying at times. The device Im currently using is an 9th gen ipad, so we dont think its how old our ipad is thats the problem so help.
So we have been playing p. Muse for a long time and when we have need playing the music some add pops up in between when we're playing so can you guys please fix this because it is really annoying.
Ill be honest this game is underrated as a rhythm game. We love playing this game even though some of the songs are a bit out of our taste. Theres a skill gap between difficulties, but its not so hard like other rhythm games that it feels like you cant complete it. Our only complaint is that some of the songs are a bit off occurring to the difficulty. Dont get us wrong, we love the game and songs, but some of them are off and some just dont sound so good so its hard to feel the rhythm of the beat and play it. Great game.
We love this game but for some reason we are unable to listen to the game without headphones.
We love this stupid lil game. Sure, its gotten worse in the past few years but that doesnt mean we havent stopped enjoying it. We love Fiona and Wendy. These goobers our beloveds.
It used to be so fun but they keep adding really bad songs (we will NEVER forgive you for replacing Black Rock Shooter with whatever that hot garbage it is now, its also been there for a few updates and the song title still says black rock shooter) Also the paywalls getting worse and worse And when the game most recently changed its layout and leveling up stuff, getting the green currency is so much harder!! Having one level bar instead of different levels for each character gives you less green its almost like they WANT you to pay for it now Idk if these are just our phone or not, but our calibration keeps changing? Even though the number doesnt change in the settings, the timing is definitely off and we have to recalibrate which is annoying. Also whenever we have 4 lines, the two towards the edge of our screen sometimes just dont count our taps. Like Im very obviously tapping them and they sometimes just pass or miss with messes with our score or we flat out lose the game. Also the m-space needs updating plz plz plz the ivy song is there but you cant play it because its an m-space song but you cant access her space Speaking of Ivy, its so hard to get any of her songs because the fragments are stupid hard to get just one, and you can only get one a day, and you need five for one song.. Absurd Sorry this is a long review. Just want to warn any newcomers about some of the games flaws, at least the ones we can think of.. We suffer here but were also having fun? Sometimes.
We love this game, we had it for less than a week and its already the best game on our phone. Its fun, high octane and perfect for a jittery ADHD person (Such as ourselves).
Please add a noise for when you hit a note (and maybe a noise for different notes? And a line that connects double notes!).
We just got this game and we love it! The music is great and the colors help us to focus on the beat! We also love all the art for the song covers.
We play violin (in the hopes to be better than Lindsey Stirling one day) and this is a challenge to us honey if you have weak hands? RUN.
Play music is overall the best music ever. Sometimes we play this game just to listen to the music. Its so cool and fun but we really really really wish they had more songs not saying they dont have enough songs. We just have played all of them anyways, if you were looking to buy this app, please do its the best app you can get if you love music and games but it is a bit hard.
Its come a long way since 2017 or so. Lvls are more forgiving and they added haptic touch for IOS. Some of the songs have been there since the beginning and its nostalgic.
We played this game since we were around 10 when we got our first phone. We loved being about to play all the characters and we even have our favorite songs and characters to play. Now theyre all locked or we have to level up to get them. We still have the achievement for the characters from when we first started but now we cant play them. Everything in the game is extremely expensive and sometimes after we finish a song. The game just completely closes out.
We found this game a few years ago on a vacation and we have loved it since. Sure there are adds but its a fun rhythm game. The characters that go with the songs are cool too but dont really do anything. One thing that does bother us is how they are giving characters so many random songs we have heard on the internet. We remember when each character had 1-2 songs or 3 songs maybe but now some characters have 4 and we likes it when it wasnt jam packed with random songs floating around the internet. Anyway its a fun game and we still love it though most songs are really hard. Still a fun game and we recommend! :D.
This games is one of the most fun rhythm games we played, it has fun colors, interesting and dynamic songs we have no doubt that this game will make anyone who plays happy in some way 5 stars 10/10.
Good app but give us high refresh rate support like cmon, androids and ipads have had it for 5 years, macbooks have it, iphones have it for 2 years now! Our eyes hurt looking at the low fps static motion.
We love the remixes of hatsune miku song they love added and we love how they included anime like songs too also we love the art style.
Ok dont get us wrong in anyway we absolutely love this game we used to play it ever since we were like 14 and Im currently almost 20(we think ive been playing since we were 14 not sure but not the point)ever since we actually wanted to see more from the game literally almost every song needed vip or a package and some people broke to be honest- we wish there was more stuff to do that doesnt need money (also maybe try redesign some of the characters yall redesigned them once why didnt u keep it-) nothing really much to say its a great game over all very enjoyable and entertaining to us and the adds dont really ruin it much we barely find any unless we watched an add for a reward nothing more to say great game thank u for listening to our ted talk-JJchu.
Love the game, but the added noise that sounds like a tambourine when you tap is annoying and completely ruins the experience. Theres no option to turn it off in settings at all. If there is an option to turn the noise off, where can we find it so we can play the game again.
We've played project muse for years now and it's just been nice to play while we're distracting ourselves or just bored. Either way, it's a nice game and we've loved it so far.

The game is fine but in this update it's bothering us and it won't let us enter no matter how hard we try to enter it won't let us, we hope they fix it soon.
So this game was a nice part of our childhood, we played it with our friend on hard mode. And the game is how Tell Your World was the first Hatsune Miku song we listened to (presumably) Im not really a big fan of a lot of things having to be paid for, while yes, it is reasonable to have some things be at a price, but the game has too many purchases, it would be nice if the game went back to the earlier years of its development.
The game has improved a bunch mechanically from when we first played it about a year ago, the notes are actually able to be hit properly now and the timing feels a lot more correct across devices, however, the fact that an ad plays after every single song and the unlock speed is very slow means that you are grinding a lot of songs that you have already played and watching like a 20 second ad after every single one of them. Its just not worth it. The game has some scaling issues on our ninth gen iPad, sometimes opening at the size of an iPhone and sometimes filling the screen completely, but with the actual rhythm game elements being too small compared to the user interface elements, so we would very frequently hit notes wrong because it would seem like the hit boxes for the notes are not scaling in proportion to the visual representation of them.
What happen to the original sounds with the other girls now its just full of anime music it wasnt even like that, this is a stupid update we miss the old one.
We love this game and have been playing for years, but theres one problem Im not sure if maybe its our phone or the app itself but Ive had this problem for years. Whenever we play certain levels of certain songs the game doesnt detect our tap. Im not the best player, but we know when we tapped something. For example the new Simone song Special guest on normal mode wont let us get past the chorus because it wont detect most of our taps and holds no matter how hard we press or hold it. We know for a fact Im pressing them yet its saying we missed. Please fix the bug.
We think this is a great idea of a game but there is still so many flaws to fix. The notes arent full synced with the music so in harder levels its more difficult to get full combos. When we use the girls to do the songs for us the music completely cuts off so we have to reset the entire song. The game doesnt really explain what it is and what content there is available. This game needs a major update because we strongly believe it can be more. Also needs Bluetooth support so the notes can also sync with that just in case other players doesnt have wired. Thank you.
Ive loved project muse for a while, playing the new characters but then they started doing the vip and same character songs its fun when your playing but after your done with all the characters we just recommend to stop playing cause youll be searching through 2000 songs to find one that doesnt cost money and then you come back late in the day and theyve already come out with 100 new vip songs. Slow down please, and start making more of the original characters and free songs.
The game is so energetic, and it has so many great features! The songs are catchy and they have their own amazing twist. Definitely would recommend.
You guys restarted our progress we WANTED TO GET ALICE AAAAA.
We remember when the game first came out we used to play it all the time and would spend hours trying to beat a level. We also remember the community tab we met a lot of good people on it and it really got us into other community apps and really into drawing. We decided redownload the game and to our disappointment the community tab was taken away and we were so excited to log back into our old account. The game went from difficult and fun to easy and completely boring. We love a good challenge when it comes to rhythm games but its become so easy with the basically infinite lives that theres no challenge anymore. Its also frustrating that some of the songs we want to play we have to be vip to get. We can barely afford gas let alone by a vip membership for a game barely worth our time anymore.
We just wanted to say we know you just added Jessica funk Friday night, but we wanted to say can you not put any more fnf songs in please? Im tired of hearing friday night funkin things everyone likes friday night funkin now and im tired of hearing those songs we would like to play P.muse knowing that there arent any fnf things in this game please dont add anymore thanks.
We LOVE this game. We just downloaded it recently, but it sucked us in. The music (while not generally our taste) is really good, and the game is actually a rhythm game. We see a lot that call themselves that but are actually just speed based games. There IS speed involved, but the connection to the beat of the song makes it much easier to get used to the faster paced ones. The speed up function is also nice because it makes the game itself faster paced, but the music doesnt change. You just play along with more of the notes. Youre also able to get most of the songs without paying for VIP (which isnt all that expensive anyway and is a one-time purchase). As for our frustration, it isnt too bad considering how good the game is already, but we can honestly say that we would have no complaints if this was added (other than our simple lack of skill). What Im talking about is a practice feature. We find ourselves playing songs that are more difficult so much that we have the beginning part perfect, but the rest of the song is still a train wreck simply because it takes so long to get there and then we just mess up. We would love it if a feature was added that allowed us to practice different parts of the song. Maybe have it cut up based on the lane changes (1 lane, 2 lanes, 3 lanes, etc.). If that was added, it would make practicing the songs much easier, and we would be able to play for a lot longer without getting bored. It would be nice to stop playing the same thing over and over and over again just so we can practice that one section with a weird tempo. If this already exists and we just missed it, please let us know, but if not, then we would love it if the feature were added. Anyway, its a great game! We would highly recommend downloading it if you like rhythm games.
Ive been playing this game since it came out and love it. Ive played this game on two phones, an iPhone SE and now an iPhone XR, the iPhone se had problems with sound and we could only play without sound, even with headphones, so because of that we deleted the game because of frustration. Now we have our iPhone XR, it is up to date and we thought there wouldnt be any problems, but oh how wrong we were. We had problems with the three taps and four taps in songs and we couldnt play any songs that had more that 2 tapping features because when we would press the dots they would come in really laggy and make us get a good score or even say we missed it. Now we cant even finish any hard mode songs without lagging and getting a D grade. How do we stop the lagging.
Ive downloaded the game recently and its safe to say we love it so far. Its a nice game to play when Im just chilling, the songs are nice, the visuals are pleasing to the eye, everything youd want in a simple rhythm game. Our only issue is that, on several occasions, there are times where 3 (or maybe more, Im not quite sure) notes will occur all at the same time. While this may not be an issue in most cases it can be very difficult for people on smaller devices that are used to playing with just two fingers. While some people are okay with that, its just not our cup of tea.
The progress bar on the top of the screen , doesnt show on the iphone X – 12s screen. We were wondering if you could move it down a bit so where it shows. Like sitting on top of the score would be a perfect spot. We get anxious about how far im getting, and we wont know if we got farther than last time. And thats our single complaint. But its still 5 stars cuz its so fun.
Such a fun and quick to learn mobile rhythm game. Fun songs, pretty colors, dope mechanics, good stuff. Only critique of ours is – hear us out – we used to have an iphone 8, but just upgraded to iphone 11, and upon doing so, found that the bit of the screen where the camera is obscures the progress bar at the top. So with our new phone, for majority of the song we dont know how far thru we are. Thats all, keep up the good work.
We were searching through our phone settings for no reason today, and came across the fact that p.muse has the ability to access your location :/ in the location services thing we saw it right under there, so why would you need our location? This is supposed to be a fun rhythm game, not a tracking app. Make sure to change this to Never on your phone p.muse players! But other than that, pretty chill game ig. Love it, but please dont track us thanks :).
The app just got a new update recently and it reset ALL of our progress.:(.
We absolutely love this game so much and we play it all the time, but we noticed some bugs or glitches that happen frequently. Just recently, we used an SOS and all of the note key things gave us the missed sound? Like, it said they were all missing and we wasnt hitting them but it was an sos. Also, sometimes it doesnt register our taps so ill tap the note key and itll say we didnt tap it when we did. Those are the only things ive noticed, but we love the game so much- especially fernie.
What Happened to the game having the full version of the original songs? (Phyillis, Eva, Dorthy, ect.) will the full versions of the songs be back? Also the new Update is Laggy again.

Hello!! We really hope u read this because ive played this game for about 1 year and and this is the first time ive experienced bugs! If you click on a song that u wanna play youll hear it for 2 seconds then its silent? Thats da only bug gOOd bYe.
For the record, Ive NEVER encountered this weird bug. That is, until we bought VIP. What bug am we talking about? Well, every other time we play a song, the music will cut out. Its honestly really annoying and we feel like Im being screwed over, since we had to save up to buy VIP (Im poor, usually dont spend money on games), so we hope you fix it. Also, its straight up impossible to play a rhythm game without music.
We wanna get the comics back but we still love this game.
