This game is SOOOOO breathtaking we love every second of this game and we cant wait for the next update.
1 random closing programs started a daily challenge then kicked out and lost not only the rewards + chance to play 2 game slowing or struggling to process Going from pets to gems takes 5 to ten seconds 3 tried to solve it ( didnt work ) Erased game and reinstall Turn off phone and restart program Other games on phone still works.
We’ve been playing this game for over 1.5 years and have enjoyed it immensely. However in the last 2 months, the game has been updated and network connections to the game server is extremely unstable. So the game is constantly hanging, or lose connection (which means you lose your energy and waste those daily play limits). We’ve the same problem even on new phones and after reboots. So this is a server side issue. So be careful spending money on this game until you know the connection is resolved.
The game has become to pay to win, use to be a good game. Ads have become longer and seem to be the main focus now. Game designed to make you watch more ads or buy more stuff.
White load screen stuck on 49 or 50%
We’ve been playing for the last 5 months or so and have been having a good time, we even started paying for the monthly passes – but this new update completely wrecked the difficulty. We dont have a shred of hope to complete the daily challenge or to progress any more levels, we get absolutely destroyed 10-15 levels in no matter our gear. Sad they changed the difficulty so much – we wont be purchasing anything further. Play for a little for free, but stay away from paying money for such a lopsided game.
The game will regularly match you against someone at a significantly higher level, allow people to use power ups that they shouldnt, and doesnt have a reporting system to track pvp battles. There are power ups that seem to extremely decrease in effectiveness depending on what youre doing.
Is it just our imagination, or has this game suddenly gotten a whole lot harder? Prior to the update, we had beaten level 146 and was working on level 147. After the update, we cant even beat level 133. Also, we have not beaten the daily challenge even once since the update. It looks like either: defense has been drastically reduced, or damage has been increased. We also noticed that recovery is increased at the end of each round, but it doesnt seem to be enough to balance the other changes. Can we expect any tweaks or improvements to this latest change? We would like to be able to continue to play at our current level, and not have to step back 50 levels just to be able to play. We should add, this has been our favorite mobile game for the last year. We play the daily challenge, religiously, every day, and love it.
Love the game , but nothing is more frustrating than to view an add and not able to get your price, Be clause the add wont close and or you cant close it while hitting the X. Fix this bug and we will give it more stars.
The game overall is fine but lately the game has been crashing whenever we open it.
We actually love this game so much. But our problem is- if the berserkers special trait is the lower the HP, the higher its attack, why does it do as much damage at 1HP as it does with 100 million HP? How does that make sense? What range of HP is it actually harmless lol.
Been playing for 18 months, but recent updates have seen the game start crashing / closing itself on a more frequent basis, to the point now where it is barely playable / two-thirds of play attempts result in a crash (and a loss). [Update in re developer "response" — we had already, previously, September 23 contacted Habby support with our Player ID and the unplayably-frequent crashing issue, and never heard back on it.]
Been playing this game for a few years now. Since todays update, though, the game crashes constantly. It started with the last update, but not as bad as this. We’ve lost punrank attempts and energy from the game crashing when we try to battle punrank boss. Lost a candle from a crash trying to start a trial tower battle. It crashes when we try to view the current festival rewards/exchange. It just crashed trying to go to change out our gear. Hard to keep playing if its just going to crash. Especially with the initial loading screen taking as long as it takes these days. Never used to take this long, but we need to wait at least 2 minutes now for the game to load up. With about 10 crashes in the last 45 minutes, thats about 20 minutes of just waiting for the game to load. Please fix soon.
We love the premise of the game: block breaker combined with an RPG style upgradable character. But the difficulty and resulting pay us to win money grab was atrocious. Edit – we are not sure if this still qualifies as Pay-to-Win, since it now look like some levels are impossible even with paying. MAYBE if you drop $ hundreds you can do it?
We’ve enjoyed this game for years and we mean since middle school and we just finished stage 68 but when we say we hate the squids we HATE THEM.
We have been playing this game for a while and we have been grinding it for quite a minute. It is very fun and the new updates are actually interesting and fun to play. The only complaints we have is that sometimes it gets a little hard and sometimes all you can rely on is luck to win some rounds. Another problem is the round automatically ends and recalls the balls back when we didnt want it to. There is a reason why the callback button exists, why would the game override our intention of not pressing it? Sometimes we wait for the balls to continue on because it is headed towards a monster and then the game ends the round and calls back the balls. This happens mostly in the ruins area due to the obstacles, so we get the balls arent doing any damage, but they will if the game let the round continue. It makes us extremely frustrated and has ruined our chances of some wins. Overall, the game is fun and addicting, we enjoy that getting gems in game is quite easy and not scarce. Im also not harassed with ads and they dont scam you when you reset characters or upgrades (you get 100% materials back). Overall game is p good, if you are someone who can ignore the pay to win aspect :/ alsooo it drains and overheats our phone hella.
Game is all about spending as much money possible to progress. Then they rip you off. We emailed the support about missing gems. Counted it up and its roughly 30k gems. Keep getting told we have gotten them etc. We have screen recorded and taken pictures proving we havent. Dont download this game.
Im currently on level 60 of the main quests and the game stops responding. We’ve closed out and reopened this game and rebooted our phone to try and resolve this, but then it resets our progress back to 0/60 if we do it too many times. We can play up until 40/60 and then it stops responding resulting in us closing out and reopening it to get to 45/60 and does the same thing and sends us back to 0/60. Please fix this issue.
After the game downloads and we open it, it starts and stays at 10% downloading resources. After 20 minutes it is still at 10%. Im on iPhone 14 with IOS 16.6.
Multiple updates have come and gone but the game still crashes nearly every time during Punrank for iPhone users. Its impossible to compete with Android users at this point. New content is important but fixing bugs and crashes should be more important. It should t be difficult for a company like Habby to have some iPhones and do some testing to fix the issues.
Today, the last 8 games we’ve played have all ended in a match canceled due to network issues and each time we lose a star, even though its not our network thats the problem! Pleas fix and compensate those of us that have been having the issue.
Could you please choose someone to play against us who was anywhere near our skill level? We are sick of getting destroyed every single game by players who clearly spend way too much money on this game. We get that you think you are encouraging spending, but you are discouraging playng, word of mouth advertising and future downloads by only allowing super-players.
We have been playing since the release and it was completely by chance. We are so happy we decided to try it out. One of our go tos and it will always have a place on our mobile device. Of course it has some flaws but nothing is perfect. There are small things we wish we could tweak but overall it is a solid game. You can really tell that the developers put effort & care into every single detail. They are constantly doing new events and adding new modes to keep it fun and interesting. We love the gameplay and all the additions that have been added. This game has become sentimental to us in a way. Its the one game that we know will be consistent and entertaining everytime we play. There is a strong sense of community. Meaning, if there ever is an issue, bug, complaint Players band together (usually here) and provide feedback, WHICH ACTUALLY LEADS TO TRUE IMPROVEMENT. The developers listen and respond. They are constantly open to new ideas and feedback. We will forever support this game. We will say this: we do see many complaints about it being very challenging. In our experience, we have not spent a single penny and have progressed relatively far (Player level 99). In the beginning you do have to play in order to get better. There will be main stages that take 4/5 times to beat. You have to do the daily challenges in order to upgrade your equipment and get better stats. However, as long as you play, you will get everything you need to progress. No purchase required. We just wanted to take the time to leave this here because it is a lovely little game. Thanks so much to the great minds that brought it to the table. Youve given gamers all over the world a truely unique, entertaining, and heartwarming game.
Was fun but we’ve been stuck on one level for days and its actually impossible to beat very frustrating. U have to be level 20 to beat stage 10.
Been playing this game for a long time now. And recently, everytime it gets an update. We cant play the game for a least a week and a half because it wont load, so we are ALWAYS behind on everything. Its was whatever the first time. But it keeps happening! This is getting really frustrating. We’ve missed out on stuff. And the devs dont do anything about it.
Great game in every arena only downsides are the amount of times the game will crash due to the number of balls/damage dealt. Game will replay where it left off but will take away power ups used and place score back to the previous round. Also in the 1v1 its hard to compete a match without the game ending it due to cheaters and hackers.
Updated: after contacting the developers, they initially seemed helpful and then just seemed to urge us to quit. Same issues remain where every time you do extremely well game crashes. Played our last game a moment ago. Hopefully, no one else has to waste their time like we did. The game used to be a fun way to spend a few minutes. However, the latest improvements have made the game play more geared to pay-to-play and as an added bonus the app is now unstable. The better your performance the more likely it is that the app will crash. Unfortunately if you are the player, or fortunately if you are the developer, it crashes in such a manner that restarts on a blank screen forcing you to quit to even inform them of the instability. Due to this, they take no feedback seriously instead preferring to view all of the issues as players quitting mid game. We would recommend avoiding the game and if playing ready yourself for disappointment or quit the game as we am.
When we first started playing this game it was awesome. After the updates and arena play it became a true pay to win. This makes us sad cause it was an amazing experience till now.
Fun game to play, we’ve spent money on the game but you can be f2p and still really enjoy it. 1* only because its impossible to load up the game. 9/10 times we get stuck on the loading screen at 11% and it never goes past that. It usually takes us 5-6 times loading, closing out then loading again to finally get it to load up the actual game. If this doesnt get fixed Im gonna have to drop the game. It shouldnt take 15 min to try and load up a mobile game like this. Once this is fixed itll be a 5* game for me.
They tried being brick breaker or whatever type of games those are, but they dont know angles and corners lol sad. Theyre other games are better tho, try them out, they just failed on this game UPDATE: just delete it, they forgot how angles work and thats pretty elementary compared to theyre other games. Thats just sad man.
While we initially found the game quite enjoyable and to a degree still quite do. The multi player aspect of the game has significantly diminished the excitement of the unique balls, challenging monsters and character developments. In PunBall arena, cheaters can automatically trigger the fraud security of the game whenever they are about to lose. Forget trying to make it to the rankings when not only are the cheaters in the hundred billions, but the game keeps crashing whenever you are legitimately in a high combo. If you are on an android, cheat away, and Im sure youll get much more enjoyment out of this game. We wish we could get back the money we put into this game.

Been playing this game for a long time now and we love it. Mainly posting this in hopes you guys see it, Id like the report a bug with the new jewel event where when you go to do it and nothing happens the character will fly in like they always do and sit in the middle of the room and no enemys appear. We sat there for a while five minutes and had to close the game. We really wanna try this because it looks fun and we love the new update. Whenever you guys get the chance please put out a patch to try and fix it Ty :)

Been having problems with gameplay lately. Love the game but the new jewel quest bugs out as every time we attempt the quest it causes the game freeze so we lose energy and get no jewels for it. Also there are times where we try daily quest and the game freezes again.
UPDATE: Game has improved dramatically since our last review we previously gave 2 stars but am now giving 4. Developers do a good job with responding to bugs and user feedback, thats big! However, the new Gem Cave is broken. Every time we attempt it, our character just floats in the middle of the screen and nothing happens. We cant even back out. We have to completely close the app. Also, it still charges us lightning. Please fix. Other than that, we love this game! [ORIGINAL REVIEW]Initially, this game was fun. That quickly changes once you reach higher levels. This is an algorithm based game, meaning you dont need skill. The algorithm is what create the difficulty. However, it gets way too difficult 80% of the time. It becomes so frustrating that it leaves you wanting to shut it off or spend money to strengthen your character. Thats the point, right?. Yes and no. Games like this are expected to be a challenge, thats what makes them fun, however, bugs in the algorithm and gameplay are whats killing that fun. Balls randomly recall (even while still hitting targets) completely destroying any large combo. And the balance between your character level and the AI character levels are completely in favor of the AI. Making it completely unenjoyable. We dont mind spending money on this game for certain upgrades but we refuse to do so when the game pretty much forces you to. Please update the algorithm and fix these bugs.
Love the game! Our only problem with it is that we tied to fuse some gray boots, but it said that the item did no exist! Please fix.
Recently, an update with gems was released, and they can be obtained in events. When you press play, we appear in the middle of the map, and the music from the menu plays and nothing else happens, and maybe many do. Fix this please.
Its a great game but they really need to fix the bugs in the game. Whenever we get a high rank on the game or our score is high the game just shuts off. It tends to just close when our score is high which makes it even worse. This had occurred numerous times to us. And it makes us want to stop playing the game.
This game is great but now in the Lavashell clash it has issues when we hit a great streak the game cant handle it and the crashes. When we reopen the game it is paused but we lost a lot of progress. We took screenshots of our score before the crashes and when it reboots its not even what we had when we made the awesome combo shot. Uggg.
What even is this update? How do you even manage to make the artwork look like that? Also we play the boss modes and we keep crashing and it doesnt even let us keep the damage, it just proceeds and lets the boss hit us for free. Fix yall game and stop making it worse.
The anti- cheat or fraudulent actions message is getting rly annoying! We know Im not cheating but if the other player is or whatever, then let us at least know whos doing what and how or somethingand reward the winner! We honestly doubt ppl are cheating in this game for real.
Literally unplayable for last 4 days. Pathetic that we cant even access a game that we’ve spent spent money on. How about give us our money back? You know, because theres a monthly subscription that we cant even access?
Its been fun, we’ve enjoyed the game for a long time, but they recently introduced a ranked system, which we were excited for, but there is a huge flaw that has made us absolutely despise the game. Any time youre winning, the person just closes their game and a screen pops up saying fraudulent actions have been taken and closes the game. We most recently was winning 62 to 3. Of course we knew it was coming. The person backed out so we lost the game. In fact we’ve lost probably 15 games like this. The only way we’ve managed to climb to diamond is we have to make the person believe that they have a chance to win so we can beat them at the last second, its frustrating and we’ve gotten sick of it and we thought they were gonna fix it after the soccer event but it still is not fixed. Just remove that part of the game and if the person leaves, then they leave. Id rather sit there waiting for their turned end and Nguyen then lose every game that Im winning. Fix this PLEEAASE!!!
