We love this series, they put soooo much thought into every detail of the game. The music is perfect, graphics are detailed, little surprises here and there. Love the steam punk vibe! The puzzles are never hard with this series, but they are not easy either, and they are always innovative. We like how you play some match 3 games, its a nice break. And the roses you collect, you open puppet medallions, then play another game and get to upgrade your detective. Just really well done!

What a Nice surprise – Thank You Big Fish! Looking like you have heard us Big Fish gamers and our requests for more than 2 New Releases a week! What a Great way to start with a game from a series that most all of us have enjoyed. This one is no exception, Beautiful graphics, rather unique storyline, love the character voice overs! Hidden object scenes interactive at times, puzzles, nice teleporting map and even some collectibles. Lot’s of things to see and take in while investigating this murder. So far, Very smooth gameplay & we highly recommend purchasing this one. Well, back to the game . We will update more later. Thank You again Big Fish as we supporters of you have truly missed having 2 New Releases a week! Keep the games coming & you will have some Very Happy players. Happy Gaming Everyone – Play & Enjoy!!!! KdBoots.

Glad we went ahead an bought it. A longer game which is worth the price.

So glad to see a new game. Im enjoying this one. Key West Jessa.

We cant wait for Puppetshow 11 Arrogance effect CE HD! The 11 game of Puppetshow is coming in a iPad in March 2018!

We love this series. We have played all of the games in this series, and continue to consider this our favorite hidden object game. We look forward to the next release in this series.

They did it, a game thats lives up to the first two in the series. We were beginning to wonder if we imagined or romanticized the first two. But nope, love it just as much. Its a challenging game to play, really makes you think which is such a nice change from finding an item in one room then using it in another, and back & forth, is all you do. Such sweet looking evil little puppets…

Thank you big fish for the new game! Ers did this one and while a bit simple, they didnt skimp on the gorgeous artwork! These are not your mothers puppets! You do get an adorable helper with camera and wings at the ready. Play the trial- we think you will be hooked on these wicked little things. Verdict: Buy!

A ton of thanks for giving us a new game Sunday night/Monday.!! Even though its not a favorite Im a fan of the series and enjoyed it enough to play it through. Mostly we were just so overjoyed to see another new release this week and it wouldnt have really mattered what game, we would have bought it to show our appreciation. The game was touchy when placing items like a lot of ERS games have been. Its also easy to leave a hos if you tap an item a tad close to the bottom of the screen- it dumps you right out of it. Otherwise good game. Excellent graphics as always from ERS. A lot thought the mini games were to easy but we didnt. We thought they were average. Story was good. Keep them coming bf! Thank you so much! Hope to see a new Christmas game as in the past years!

We love these kind of games cause there a lot of fun but you can only go so far, we’ve been wanting to complete the whole game, Im addictive to these plus Im really good at them too Can you please make FREE versions of these games? We’ve beat a lot of these games….

Keeping us entertained. Thanks BF for 2 releases a week.

Warning: Some of you might be put off by the graphic violence and bloody imageries! This installment of this long-running series is one of the better ones in a while, although it is not spectacular. Even though the storyline does not blow us away, at least the puppets are appropriately showcased as the stars of this game. The developer successfully designed a surreal world where macabre puppets run wild, creating panic and havoc upon the town. These little evil-doers are not to be taken lightly; for they mean business, as they commit heinous acts of violence and murder without any remorse. The ghastly visuals of the puppets are frightening but also mesmerizing at the same time. Their human-like qualities, such as their appearances, behavioral patterns, and speech, make them intriguing to observe; yet, these same qualities bring into focus their malicious and deadly ambitions. This developer is masterful at creating exquisite graphics; they are sharp and clear enough that one can see the fine outlines of the vast details. You can customize your settings. The inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. In custom mode, the teleport map facilitates slightly delayed travel to labeled locations and indicates available actions. The varied HOSs are pleasantly engaging, with puzzle-like elements strewn in; unfortunately, though, you will visit some scenes more than once. The puzzles are entertaining and suit the puppetry theme of the storyline; however, the level of challenge is disappointing. Most of them are very simple to solve. Transition between scenes is delayed by about two seconds. We have not come across any glitches, aside from the noted travel delay. The collectibles will be a letdown to those of you who look forward to this feature. There’s only one collection set, which can be tedious to discover due to the dark settings. Overall, gameplay is highly interactive and satisfying, with enough diversity to hold our attention. One small quibble is that the layout of the main functions, such as the map and the tasks, is inconveniently cramped together in one corner, allowing an accidental tap on an undesired button. There are a multitude of tasks to effectuate in each location, but we still think that the game is going to be on the short side because we are flying seamlessly through it. Our true rating is 3.5 stars to reflect the lack of challenge and the outdated feel of the game. However, we have to admit that we enjoy discovering what dirty tricks those little monsters have up their sleeves next, thereby elevating our rating to 4 stars. We suggest that you give the free trial a spin.

Why did we collect all those roses ?? We didnt find anywhere to use them.

This game was a blast except for one thing. We had to use a magnifying glass to read everything. The photos and text were teeny weenie itsy bitsy. What a pain to play a game while looking at everything through a magnifying glass. Could have been a 5 star game. Anyone else have that issue?

We are enjoying this game, however there is no option that we can see to enlarge the game to fit full screen on our iPhone. This makes it difficult to see small characters to change, such as an lock icons that need to be matched up to unlock a device. If an option to fit to screen was added, this would get 5 stars.

Please make the print bigger and the hops brighter so we dont have to use a magnifying glass sometimes! Otherwise the game is awesome!

So far works well and fun. Dolls are cool.

Like bonus games! Game reacted slow we would Click something and had to click it a couple of times so it will get it but other than that game was great.

We love the whole evil puppet thing. And the graphics are great. But besides being glitchy, it was a matter of reading the devs minds sometimes. You might have everything you need to do something but they dont want you to yet, so you cant. And so you give up. Then something else happens and suddenly it works. Then there might be something you were able to access before, but the devs decide you dont need to access it right now, or it is convenient to the game if you cant. Or they are just messing with us. Then you can do it again. This is just sloppy, really. The hints you get when clicking on an item to suggest what you need are often useless when you have already done what it says, but there is some other thing that needs doing. Basically it isnt a game to play in a bad mood because you will throw your iPad into the river along with whatsisname. But it is a challenge, and if you are the patient type who doesnt get mad when things are screwed up, you will like it, if you are into these killer puppet stories! We thought long an hard about whether we really wanted to pay for it and am not sure if we regret it or not.

We liked most of the puzzles, but controlling what you clicked on was problematic and the game had a bit of a delayed response when clicking on things.

You better use all the roses to buy everything you want, since if you finish the bonus chapter without spending them, youll never get the chance again. Also, many sound glitches caused us to reboot the iPad many times.

Note to Catalina: we are glad we deduced that a game would be out on Monday and elated some reviewers. Can you imagine if we had been incorrect? That being said, we dont know as to how long BigFish will give us 2 games a week. But we can be grateful and thank them by buying and reviewing! Thank you, BigFish! That being said, we liked certain features of this game but not others. ERS gives us beautiful graphics but the game interface ends about 70% down the screen of our tablets. Due to this fact, it makes it difficult to interact with complex items, easy to back-tap to a prior location, and the map, hint button and task button are all crammed together for a problematic selection of any of these. You could customize settings. The graphics were well-executed, and the storyline was twisted but interesting. There was no journal. There was a marked teleport map to transport you between locations, with a slight lag time. Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble. The only collectibles were roses, which were hard to spot at some of the darker locations. You can then use these to open medallions, and you will have to see what happens and how you must use these medallions further. You have an adorable puppet doll to photograph clues for you; she is the only cute puppet in the game. The rest are quite creepy. The HO scenes had variation, although they were revisited. The puzzles/games were mostly simplistic and/or rotational. We would have liked more puzzles as well. This game was short even with the bonus adventure. We deducted stars for the game interface, which made it seem like the gameplay was glitchy when it wasnt that bad! Also we deducted stars for length and lack of puzzles. Our true review is 3.5 stars. Kim, we agree with everything you said! Truthfully we hope Thursdays game is from a developer whose name does not begin with the letter E! Meaning no Elephant, EIPIX or ERS! We would be thrilled with Domini, 4 Friends or Mariaglorum, all of them having given us games we always rate between 4 and 5 stars at the very least! Happy gaming to all!

Like the graphics, but get frustrated when you have to restart due to a glitch. If you do not grab what you are supposed to, such as a key or solvent, good luck, you have to start over. Check very carefully when you open a cash register or look through a window, make sure you grab everything before you close it or you are restarting. Very annoying, would have been five stars!

It is Ok. We had to use hints which we normally do not do because of some odd logic and game glitches. Overall, just OK. If a developer is reading this: the wooden fish in the bait shop graded out ant wouldn’t let us use them until we restarted the game.

Started out great and we were excited but played for an hour and it stopped and said we had to pay to go further. Boy we wished we had know to start with. So frustrating not to be able to complete but no, we will not make a purchase :(

No offense, but ERS can learn a few things from Elephant and EIPIX. Although Puppet Show is one of our five favorites (hooked on the series since its inception) and the graphics (crisp /modern) and storyline (active/engaging) have definitely come a long way, there’s still an outdated quality to the overall game. 1. It’s got a very dark adult theme – which we personally love- but many of the puzzles are so simplistic -it’s contradicting. Some items are so small or hidden in corners – it’s virtually impossible to select or play certain puzzles (many without backing out) especially on an iPhone! Like the Ring sequence- it’s too small too see much less navigate! Seriously?? We’re adding our humble opinion only because we think PS can potential to be an outstanding game. You don’t have to agree-just consider. Play MCF Black Veil or Danse Macabre Elegy and you’ll see what we mean. We know PS is a stand alone game, but there’s room for improvement by incorporating some newer forms. The game is good – overall. We liked the puzzles/HOPS for the most part. Using items twice to unscrew or remove, for any reason, is filler and annoying. It’s glitchy: have to repeatedly choose item in order to move it. Hello from S.F.!

We love hidden object games but this one is a bit chaotic. Too much back and forth for one item. Things dont work without multiple tries. Glad we got it on sale.

Frustrating that we have to keep force closing the app because it keeps freezing. If we knew it was going to do this then we would not have purchased the full version.

Overall story is good. Many glitches. Music and volume stops often. Only way for it to return is to exit game and reopen. Difficult returning to previous location. Am using map to jump from location to location. There are puzzles that we cannot choose and object. Lots of glitches. We continue with the game because it is a good storyline.

Seems old and not much to hold our interest. Ers,you can do better than this. A few glitches.

It doesnt work like it should.

We had to delete and reinstall the game and restart it each time because the game wouldnt let you proceed.

Over the years we’ve bought over 2 dozen, close to 3 dozen iOS games from BigFish and exactly TWO of them are up to date enough to be installed in the latest iPhone operating system. Why is our money no longer valued after a couple of years? Cant play this, cant play 30 some others anymore.

Huge green strip on the bottom for iPad. Not cool. Better than squeezing a widescreen picture into a full screen image so that everything just looks too long. But still not cool. Big Fish you can do better.

Had us second guessing myself just because things dont open the first time you click on it. Infuriating. Which is a shame because we were impressed with the creativity of the story and characters and it has beautiful graphics. We buy a lot of these games and we rarely ever have control issues.

You can’t complete the game because it won’t allow you to grab objects. Waste of money.

Very annoying. It is one of those gotta click on the absolutely EXACT spot or else games. Luckily we got it for $2.99, but even that is over pricing it. It’s a shame because we have really enjoyed their PuppetShow series. No more, tho! Ugh!

Got to chapter 6 and now we cant use our picture doll. Paid for this game and we have had to restart twice. Once when we missed the salve in the window at chapter 2. Super disappointed that we spent money on a game that we cant complete. Uninstalled.

It was going ok for a few days, until you take a picture of Tim and bring it to the man at the shoppe. He says see thats Tim and something or other. When we click on the dialogue text it would take us out of the shoppe. So after a few and hearing the same sentence to ad nauseam we frustratingly deleted.

This is the 2nd Puppet Master game that we have purchased that we are unable to complete. Both games will not let us paint the masks. We have tried a hundred times to make the paint go on the brush and it will not. So we are stuck and cannot go on. So frustrating to waste money not once, but twice. We will not purchase another game again.

Audio keeps repeating every time you visit the same area and the lag to enter areas is slow!

Not very far into the game then it just froze. Happened talking to the man who had puppets.

Its hard to move some some objects and a lot of retapping.

We had to stop… Tried reinstalling now. The conversations with characters always threw us out of the scene. When going back in, we missed things… Because they were skipped over by the game. Right now at a point where every location tells us there is nothing to do here? Game guide says we should have had a conversation in the upstairs room that never occurred. So the solvent we should have picked up is still sitting on the window sill with no access to it. We cant play on. Just deleted and will reinstall to see if that changes things. Otherwise we have thrown away our money.

The game has a glitch on the paintbrush in the next to last chapter. No one responds at Big Fish and you cant get help or support. Hard to even find a way to contact someone. They need to make it obvious how to get help and links for support. We paid for the game but wish we hadn’t and getting very upset due To very little, if any, customer service. We would give zero stars if we could. We enjoyed the game up to this point but now we are just aggravated.

This is a terrible version of this game. Play it on desktop if you want to finish it. We encountered a glitch so bad that we had to reset the whole game and start over. Waste of money.

Got as far as warming up the guy by the bridge and now it wont let us go any further. We checked the guide and it looks like something went wrong at the fishing store when we couldnt use the key twice to get the blanket etc. Now key is gone from inventory and Im stuck. Not worth it to start over.
