Ive lost $2.99 3 times. We get charged but dont get what we purchased. Im disappointed. Ive played for years. Its no fun when it takes 6 days playing one puzzle.

Ive been playing this game for years and, at one point, we would have given it 5 stars, but Im very disappointed and frustrated with the recent changes. Im very glad that youve enabled us to see other players scores again, thats great! But why did you stop allowing us to pick the weekly team that we want to be on? Extra lives. Ive enjoyed this game for years. Recently we have not been able to access our extra lives. We were wondering if there is something we can do to access them since clicking on the icon now causes the game to quit. We hope this can be fixed.
We have tried four times now to get past the scene number 532. Wont let us get past says we dont have enough points. What is going on.
We love playing this game. Keeps our brain thinking. However, there is a great lack of rewards and game boosts. Developer is very, very stingycompared to another game we play on King that is generous in rewarding boosts, fun rewards for progress. We buy our piggy banks to support the developer. We cant figure out how to add friends. The lives our few friends send to us are no longer available for us to use. The game play has little to no interaction from the developer and other players, and a rather stagnant, dull, disappointing game playing experience.
This game is fun at the start, but it never changes or gets updated. We spend $$ on other games but wont on this one because they dont put anything in to make improvements, change prizes or levels, etc. As you go on the levels are so hard that we will only play the 5 free games they give you and then we quit. Dont get hooked.

Lives request does not work anymore. What happened to the lives that we had? After the update we cant request lives or send lives.
This game gives you thr opportunity to win boosters, which are a joker, clear all obstacles from alevel, clearone card even if there is what they call a blocker on it, refill lives , tirn all cards on a level face up and preview the next card in your remaining deck of cards, the last twoboosters are pretty much useless, but as the game progresses the last two useless boosters are what you wind up getting, more often then not, which is really starting to piss us ofv and we are sure you will feel the same way.
Why does this game just close suddenly when we are playing.
Need to give gold bars especially when you get to high levels should offer them free more.

We love this game. However, at level 2313, it crashes when we launch it, all our boosters have disappeared. We followed advice we saw on King forums, but they didnt work. If nothing changes in another weeks time, goodbye PSS. Stars are for current state.
We avoided updating until it was forced. Had a feeling updating would wipe our progress and we were right ;o(. Is it that difficult to find somebody that actually knows how to code a games update AND NOT erase all the players progressesI dont think the people that write these games ever actually try playing . If they did they certainly wouldnt have an update that wiped their progress making them start from level 1.. And we suppose there will be ads between every level now. Kack.
We like the game but why cant we pick our ream anymore.
With the latest update, this game immediately crashes when we attempt to open it on our iPhone (with up to date software). Trying, but failing, to get extra lives from the mail has been a longstanding issue, causing crashes in previous versions. The game is good but currently unplayable.
We love playing this game so much and Ive been playing it for years. Only recently have we started experiencing the game shutting off and the app closing in the midst of a game.
Ive had issues off and on of games freezing, and its always when Ive used boosters. There is no recourse to recover them. We like the game, but this is annoying. Still annoyed with the freezing. Also, we hate that the max lives you can have at anytime is 5. So if the prize wheel spins and you win 5 plays and you have 4 plays left, congratulations you only won one play. If you won the round and know you are getting 1 life and hold off until your lives are full, the game crashes.

This was our favorite game for years, but in a recent update, theyve removed the ability to send and receive lives. The interface to do so is still there, but the send/receive is greyed out. We obviously never would have updated had we known this was going to happen.
Recently did an update and lost 6 years of game play. We AM BACK ON LEVEL 1. Nevermind, just go to save progress and log in to account you originally used. It will return all progress.
Ive been playing this game for over a decade now, still have plenty of new levels, never gets old.
We love this game but we just updated and now Im constantly getting stupid popups asking us to watch an ad for a power up. We just want to play the game. Please consider getting rid of this. Its distracting and it makes us wish that we had never updated the game. We also had to log in after the update and that was a hassle because we had trouble changing our password. Oh, and we lost all of our lives.
Ive been playing this game since 2013 so its a great game to play however theres no mini games included where u can earn boosters or goal. They have the treasure chest for boosters but thats it. Its really becoming boring. Have your designers to spice it up some. Theres more and more glitches happening now too.
Ive been playing this game for years on both android and Apple platforms. Love the game but the glitches are getting horrid. Now if friends sends us lives and we try to retrieve them the game closes out and resets. The same happens anytime Ive purchased items to complete a level. We lose the item purchased and the level. Sad may have to delete forever.

We understand adding advertisement to generate more money to keep an excellent game going. We like that you dont have to watch ads unless you want to. However, ads likeShapermint have figured out how to keep us from turning sound off and at least before we could click info buttons at bottom of screen to say ad is not functional because we can not turn off sound. And it keeps going to Shapermint webpage when we try to click the info button. This only pisses us off. We would say to anyone reading- dont buy Shapermint- its bull. They look like cheap bras and Im sick of seeing their ads. Thanks for the fantastic game.

So we have played this game for years. This is our go to game and one game Im ok with spending the 2.99 regularly for the extra coins. Its fun never gets old, and with the extra lives you get from other ppl we can play all day and get lost in the game. The only thing that we dont like is Im on level 9411 and for the last few months Ive had to wait a week for the next level to drop for us its a Tues morning. We used to go back and play the old levels and win the level with using the other 2 boosters but we have to scroll so far back that it takes us a long time to get back to the last old one we were playing. We know you guys work diligently to get that new level out and we know we probably work fast on the level bcz it is our favorite game and we have even not bought extra coins to make it less likely to win so quickly. Please drop some more games all at once or a couple times a week.
Love this game but rewards are kind of stingy. When you earn treasury cards, the good ones are very scarce! Give more wild cards please.
Why is it, every time we go to purchase additional coins (ie:for a joker or to continue game), then, after we make payment, it doesnt allow us to continue and we have to exit the game?!? Do better.
Mailbox has disappeared several weeks ago and has not returned. Unable to send or receive lives.
Level 2620 wint let us finish even with extra coins, and other aids. We have tried and tried for a while now. We get within a few cards left in the level, with as many as 13 cards left to play, and the game stops us.
Fun and great to play. No ads which is amazing.
We were having issues with the game , they got right back to us and resolved the issue and actually gave us some boosters just to be nice ! Theyre awesome.
Game crashes and you lose your lives your place on the map and your bonuses. It would b excellent if they could fix that.
