We’ve played this game for years. YEARS. And lately they have stared taking our extras. Extra cards. Our wild cards, and other extras we pay good money for. Such a GD joke. Im sick of it.
If you try to bout bars, not very soon later the game will shut down and you lose everything. In the past they would respond and help you out with returning your bar status and would email you personally. Now after 5 emails you get the same form letter. They will never get another cent from us until this problem is resolved.
This game gives you puzzles that are unable to be solved unless you have or BUY extra boosts to win!! Each time we have bought them you still are not able to win until they are ALL Gone!! Rip off!! They do not give you enough cards to pass some levels and it is very frustrating!!! We have been playing it for years and it has gotten to the point that IM DONE!!!!! Dunedelacrem.
The game doesnt not give you your extra life request like before. We’ve contacted many time Im the past and its not fix yet. Very unhappy. This use to be our favorite game.

This is a great game and we’ve been playing for years. Recently our game crashed which has happened before but this time it deleted all of our boosters. We kept playing and earned a few more boosters only to have the game crash again and remove all of our boosters. After reaching out to customer service they are only able to go back to the most recent crash and couldnt restore everything without a screenshot. Why would we have taken a screenshot prior to the crash that we didnt know would happen in order to prove that it happened? After several emails back and forth it was clear we were dealing with an automated system and not a real person. Deleted the app.
Game crashes, can be when we first open app, can be in the middle, not sure what is happening. I, too, have lost ALL our boosters, have been playing game for years, now all gone.

We have been playing this game for years. The first time it crashed they gave us gold bars. Greatnot really. We had lots of power ups that were unrecoverable. In the last couple of weeks the game has crashed at least a dozen times and with every crash we again lose any power ups we managed to earn.

Well, our app stopped working, and we thought maybe there was an overload of players or something! Well, we still cant play! We try to open that app, and it just shuts down! Im afraid to delete the app, and reinstall it, we dont want to lose 3-4 years of playing! We were in the 700s pathway! If we delete it, can it resume where we left off, or will it start us at #1 again?
We cant believe yall canceled Alphabetty Saga and kept this instead . Its not too late to make a switch! You really should bring Alphabetty Saga back! It was a brilliant word game.
Opened our game to find we had lost ALL our bonus cards!! Im in the mid 5300s so we had a lot!! Game keeps closing out just before we finish and whatever bonus cards we earn keep going away!! Beyond frustrated!!

We have been playing this game for years at least 6 years possibly longer. Recently somehow the game has taken all of our power ups and our tokens . So therefore Im not really happy with this game right now.
The game is pretty good but what is the problem with the scarab card? It does not work. It never gives us an extra card when we collect enough cards to receive one. So thats lame. Also, its obvious the program is set up so that on the reserve selection, when you reserve a card, the next card in the deck is almost always the same card. So thats lame. Its a fun game till you see the patterns of the program, and then it just becomes frustrating and tedious.
This game has gotten ridiculous. Higher levels take to long to close. Not a fan of playing games for weeks before you can move on. Dont have time for wasting. Nice game but you have made success too hard to attain. Bye Bye if you dont change the parameters of winning from months to days.

Since this latest update it keeps crashing in the middle of a game or even right after winning a game. Then it resets as if we lost the game. It also has crashed a couple times right after we had selected extra cards or a wild card to add to a game. Lost it all. Fix this please. We’ve been playing for years.
There is no way to contact anyone when youre stuck on a level.
This is a fun game but the higher you get, they make it really hard to win unless you use boosters and therefore spend a lot of money. We expect it to be challenging, but its ridiculous. It’s very frustrating to spend time strategizing and clearing a lot of cards, only to get to the end & have to spend money on a booster. If you dont, all your hard work is down the drain. We’ve been playing this game for a long time but we will no longer play.

We have been playing this game for years, and all of a sudden, our boosters disappeared! We had quite a few saved up and one day they were gone. We cant find a place to email anyone about this issue and couldnt find info about how to get our boosters back either. Frustrating and disappointing.

Lately every time we try to play this game, tha app closes as it gets to the level screen. You have to close the app, restart it, and hope it doesnt do the same thing. We’ve had to reopen the app as many as three times before we could play. Also we have been on level 2464 for quite some time. The game tells us we failed the level even though we’ve had power ups, and extra coins to use. The level calls for a blue card, and a gold card to be used. We have gotten down to a few cards, plus the gold card, and even with power ups and extra coins, it says we’ve failed the level. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Id also like to know why you very often dont reply to these reviews, especially the ones with a problem. We add more here. We would give this game e minus rating if it were possible! We have been syptuck on level 2527 now for quite a While . The game still freezes on opening and you have to close the game entirely to may be get it to open the next time. The game can easily become a money pit. You should try to answer a few notes.
Once you get a ways into the game its almost impossible to keep going without spending major money. We’ve spent weeks on some levels and never finished. Ruins the game. Awful.

Played for years. Enjoy the app. Four short of game 3000. Has gotten glitchy. Will win a game, app closes and Ill have to play the game we just one. Today app full stopped and took us back to the 1st game. Closed it. It did restore us back to our level. Will win power up and they will not register and will delete when it full stops.
Game lost capacity to connect to FB. Never receive lives from FB now. Complained but they never fix.
They have taken all of the fun out of this game. Some levels are impossible to solve without using power ups. We have been playing this game for years but it is no longer fun. Pure frustration. Once you get to the higher levels, watch out.

The game does not work it cannot be updated and we love the game and it is not fair not to be able to enter and lose everything and they do not warn please do something.
First, app support is unavailable. Second, the app crashes every time we open it .. The second attempt works. Third, we cant access our lives .. When we click on the envelope, it crashes. We tired of this game we cant beat certain levels unless we purchase gold bars to use. We refuse to purchase anything when the app doesnt even work right. Its time to move on from this game.
