The rules of the game are simple: there are 12 dice, and you must make words that connect like in a crossword. You will always get at least 2 vowels and at most 3. To win, you simply have to use all the letters. No proper nouns are allowed, and words must be longer than 2 letters. The game is called Q-Less because there is no Q in the dice.

Lots of fun (and we have a physical copy of it, too) but the only annoying thing about the iOS version is that sometimes the first time we open it on a given day it says we can only play once free in 24 hours. Does this mean once per day or that we must wait 24 hours since the last time we solved a puzzle.
We never make reviews. This is the best game! Very relaxing, please dont hate on the price of unlimited- we are all trying to make ends meet, God bless.
Yess! Definitely worth the full purchase. Its a great exercise for the mind and you get to play as often or as little as you want.
We love the physical game. The app is a nice facsimile of it. We like that you can re-solve, as our wife and we play this during our dates. Perhaps a function to share a roll with others for them to solve as well would be a nice feature that the physical game couldn't replicate. The Dice don't always stay in the grid when moved over from the bottom of the screen. A fix for that would be good. Otherwise the app is running quite smooth.
And, with increased play its so much fun. We play several times a day along with Wordle.
Congrats on a near perfect game. We also impress ourselves on what we can complete when it feels so impossible at the start.
Q-less is a great idea and the app interface is smooth for an initial release. Only issue is Ive rolled five times and only once has it felt remotely solvable. Im consistently getting two vowels and a ton of hard letters (Z, X, V, J, etc.). With three vowels and those letters we could make it work but with only one roll per day they need to make sure the one daily roll you get is solvable if they want to keep people playing long enough on the free version to convert to a paid account. Plus, all the examples on the website and app page show three vowels instead of two per roll. Please fix.
The app wont even load for us and when it does, it tells us we can only play the game once a day unless we pay $6 for unlimited plays. The $6 isnt an issue for us, but we dont even know if we like the game, because as we stated, the app wont even load for us. Unfortunate.
App freezes up our iPad every time we try to use it. Im deleting it.
Every time we press the play button, it just shows a blank screen. Then we exited out of the app and went back into it, and it told us our free play was up! Forced us to buy the unlimited version. We have the actual Q-less dice game and was super excited to try the digital version out, but we are extremely disappointed.
Loading screen with instructions works just fine but will not open. If we try and close out it says we have used our turn for the day.
We have loved playing the physical game since we discovered it a year ago! We have multiple copies and usually keep one in our bag for moments of free time throughout the day. We just heard about the app and downloaded it immediately. Right away, we were impressed with how functional the app was. It has a very intuitive design, smooth operation, and gives the same energy and enjoyment of the physical version. At the best part? We can play while holding our napping baby and the dice roll doesnt startle her (which was our one problem with the original). Great job, Tom.
Ive been watching Tom play Q-less on TikTok for some time now and we always hesitated on buying the game because we wasnt sure if Id be able to do well with it but ever since getting the app Ive been playing and we love it! Challenging at times but such a good workout for our brain.
We are enjoying the original Q-Less in a metal round container AND on line. We love the game and the simplicity of twelve letters! There are not many times, by working and reworking letters, that the problem can not be solved!! Q-Less is a fun challenging word game.
Only play one game per day unless you pay. Not going to happen, but a good puzzle once a day.

Ive been enjoying Q-less for awhile now. We play the free version so that we dont get trapped and waste time. We appreciate the challenge to keep our brain sharp. Our overall stats are good, up near 98% solve rate. Until recently when the numbers began to fall, although we were still solving almost every puzzle. We reset our stats to really track them about a week ago. We have correctly solved every puzzle since. The stats now say Im at 50%. It seems the system is counting the days we dont play as a fail. We played 4 days since the rest, it says Ive played 8 and solved 4. This is a strange way to track stats.
Please include a timer in this game. No offense but the cartoon of tom everytime you open thr app is annoying. Its unnecessary.
This is a fun game, good for an hour of fun, over and over again. We do wish it had a link to find the definitions of words, as we often find a new word by accident and it would be helpful to know if its a verb or noun and what it means right in the game app.

Love the app! Would you consider adding an optional countdown timer for an extra challenge? Let people pick a 2, 3, 4 or 5 minute countdown timer. Also consider a timer so people can track their fastest times.

First few games are free but then must pay $6 if you want more than one play per day! Its worth it though for no ads and unlimited play of unique word game.
Such an endearing game! The gameplay and art style remind us of the games we used to play on our iPod Touch back in 2010-2012. One note that we have: sometimes there are rolls where there are no solution. We dont know what the fix would be for that, maybe a free re-roll.
Love this game. We tried the app and then bought a few copies of the physical game for us and friends. Its awesome! Very challenging when you only roll two vowels and Ive begun to lament the letter x, but so much fun! We think it would be fab for those of us who buy the physical game(s) to get full access to the app through some sort of coupon. When we travel, Id love to play on our phone. As a courteous neighbor, we dont think rolling the game di on the seat- back-table would fly (so to speak). :).

Friend has the Q-Less dice and loves the game, but we didnt start playing until downloading the app. With the free app version, you can play once a day. The app is great because it immediately tells you if a word is valid. We play every day and have had no issues with the function of the app or the rolls. The game is simple and the design is good. The app works fine. Its simply too expensive for what it is. We like that they let you play it once per day for free. At $3.99 it would sell more than 2 times as many copies.
Our son bought the physical game and Ive been stealing it from him to play in the mornings. Our end goal is to buy 3 more sets (when they are in-stock) to combine al of them for the ultimate Q-Less round. We even downloaded the mobile game and purchased unlimited rounds so we can play while Im chauffeuring our youngest around to Karate and baseball. Q-Less is fun and really challenges you while also building your vocabulary. Our son and we often use the Scrabble dictionary to double check if the words we use are legit. We even find ourselves scrolling through a dictionary to learn more words that include the letters V, Z, and X! We love to watch your TikToks and are amazed by how fast you can complete a roll! After finding this game through TikTok, Ive been playing to sharpen our mind almost daily with our Wordles. Easy to play. Easy to learn. Love that it uses a Scrabble Dictionary.
This solitaire crossword dice game is fun and helps our mental acuity. As we get older, we find playing Q-Less helps us stave off Alzheimers.
