We dont know why the game keep halting every time we try to download it. If you know anything at all about this problem, please let us know. Otherwise, it is a great game!
Each time we login, it ask us to review the agreement and approve it each time, is getting annoying. Please remove that page.
We just want classic RO on our phone instead of these new Ragnarok games with different graphics. Put the original on mobile and quit making these new games.
Doesn’t work on Mac M1. Are you planning to do anything about it? Countless of updates and still cant play this on MAC.
This game has been a disaster since release, devs dont care, they use mid-mans for communication which makes it even harder. They have voluntary community managers that relay info and thats it. We dont get replies for weeks or updates. Game is full of bots, bugs, duping and much more. Even the compensations are bugged lol, events dont even start on time most of the time. Population is probably less than 200 players, dont even bother. Dead game.

The game itself is awesome. The achievements are fun to collect, the story is very cool, costumes are cute! Our one issue is how hard it is to level. The mobs that give the most xp are the hardest to farm, and it’s annoying when you have to rely on 999+ potions to fight them. We feel there should be easier ways to get exp, if not more nerfed enemies or buffed player stats. Not many people like to play in parties, and we don’t think it’s fair that a player has to suffer just because they like to play alone. Maybe there should be more side quests and/or sub quests, so we can at least discover more lore, get more exp, and play longer. Recently, we’ve reached a stalemate with our leveling, and I’d really appreciate if there were more options. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

We have always loved Ragnarok. Of course this one is no different. We think this one is our favorite out of all of them that we’ve played so far. Cant wait to see whats to come! :) loving it.
So we like this app except we can’t because every time we open it because every Time do it says update halted due to something unknown if you have any idea how to fix this uhh well we dont but if you can please get this fixed thanks for the cool game.
This game has just the right level of autonomy and engagement. The story is well written and the graphics are cute and beautiful. There are a lot of opportunities for crafting and skill customization. If anyone else receives the error when downloading the game, try clearing your devices memory since that worked for us. We would love to see pets and mounts added to the game.
Not a side scroller, but a seed scroller bc the first hour is fighting and collecting plants in a very uninteresting fashion. Oh is this what WoW is like? Ill pass.
We cant rate over 1 star because we havent actually played the game yet. We have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled this game on our iPad several times over the past week.., every time we try to create the character we got the same message- Network Error: Character Creation Failed -. We dont get it!?
After all the time and money you put in a game, and you get wrongfully banned for Abnormal Activity , Out Of All Bots And People Exchanging Via Real Money Trades They Choose To Ban Active Players Who Support And Help Others On The Server Just Joining we Worked For All our Equipment To End Up Banned For Nothing ITS PATHETIC.
Terrible game. The game encourages card farming using multiple accounts because the current system is too punishing if you were to play it normally. Its practically a card farming simulator. Avoid at all cost!
It shows how crappy dev they have and their QA needs to be fired.
We have been a great donor to this game, submitted ticket since December 18. We have not got a response since and have not done anything illegal in this game. There are people selling things for money, bots, quest abusers. We have been neither of those people and you guys just ban us. We live in Southern California near your Corporate Office in Buena Park for Gravity Interactive. If we dont get a response or unbanned, we will get a lawyer involved for not treating your customers the right way. We know it is just a game but we have spend so much money and time to help others achieve their goals in this game. We feel so disappointed and we want to fight for what is right. We hope to get our response through email since we have already submitted Ticket 5 times. We hope you guys improve and please ban people that are actually doing wrong things.
The game still have so many bugs and unprofessional dev team with slow updates.
Please remove the daily stamina.
Doesn’t work on M1/M2 based macs except iPads. All other Ragnarok Online games have no issues except for this one. Nice graphics though.

Its awesome and you will have fun playing this ragnarok its different.
Enjoying the game a lot so far. It isnt heavily p2w like some of the other Ragnaroks, so there is a nice balance. Our only critique is that the refining system is too difficult. We’ve used up 20 oridecon and cant get past +2.

We purchased diamonds the $79.99 + Tax $+5 total 85.29 we are still waiting for our diamonds we send email we send inquiry WHERE IS MY DIAMOND ??????? We just got confirmation from our bank money was sent and we have both receipt from Apple and our bank we have sent all the required information and still waiting for our diamond WHY DONT FIX YET ?????? A nice pace mmorpg, a lot of players online too.
The only challenging to this game is how to save your pickaxes away from the temptationsthe rest for us is okayso far not experiencing any glitches yet.. Keep up the good work guys!? And Im expecting for more free gifts from the events and also the most important is the redeem codes in the future!?.
But this one has been a blast! Well-made, great interface, the design from the characters to monsters to maps all flows very well together. It also isnt pay to win! They have a cash shop but its only for cosmetics.

Hour or so in, thus far its been a blast, quite refreshing to have an interesting story and an engaging game, no micro transactions or purchases stuffed in our face, just cozy story!

So far its meeting our expectations as the original was but the monsters can be a bit over kill (personal opinion). More clothing options would be welcoming and quests for house building would be truly appreciated. Other than that its only been three days since the app launched and we wake up to check our progress each morning to see how our character is doing. Thats a first for us, because we tend to get tired of playing MMO games very quick but this one keeps us on our toes.
