So far so good. We just started playing. The puzzles dont seem that hard yet. Im glad because Im not that smartest cookie in the box. The graphics are good so far. We have a new iPad 6th generation and we dont have many apps installed. One complaint though took forever to load.

Enjoying this one. Keeping us entertained.

This had all the bells and whistles that made it a pleasurable game for this older lady. Items were large, graphics nice, good transport map, finding the little monster carton characters was fun, most of the mini games were easy (which we need), AND it wasnt dark or scary. Good going Grandma games!!! Still playing the game so we dont know if its a short game or if there are any glitches further on. We were able to buy the game at a great sale price, which made us feel like we were cheating someone as we really enjoyed the play time.

We love Grandma studios games! One of our favorite aspects is.. You can move your finger around until you find an active area (hand, magnifying glass, etc). Thats extremely helpful to those of us that arent experts. Theres also a pull over screen that tells you how many critters are in the area youre in so theres no guessing. Not many games have this kind of help in them. The artwork is beautiful. Im personally tired of the drab, dark scenes in many of these games today so this was refreshing. Looking forward to many more games by these developers!! Big Fish has released quite a few bad ones lately so this one was a relief!

Some of the mini games were frustrating. We just about figure it out, and then it is not right. Twice the game wouldnt let us put things where they were supposed to go and we had to use the skip button.

This fantasy-themed gamed developed by Grandma Studios might not have had an original storyline (once again, an evil entity is stealing human souls in the quest for eternal life/immortality) but it was quite enjoyable to play. You could customize settings. Storyline progression was recorded with notes stored in your journal and tasks and objectives were regularly updated. The graphics were beautiful and the cut-scenes were scintillating and electrifying. The only collectibles were familiars, and we were not given an over abundance of them to find, so we believe that the developer has monitored our reviews, as many of us complained that so many collectibles at each location were making their games tedious to play. You do get a reward for collectibles in the form of a hidden chapter. Your helper was a fairy-like creature named Loreley, and you can learn her story in the bonus adventure. We were provided an excellent teleport map which will only allow you to complete tasks one location at a time, so you really didnt run around aimlessly, and the game was intrinsically linear. Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble. The HO scenes had some variety, and some seemed more like puzzles, and there was a match-3 alternative. As far as the puzzles/mini-games were concerned, there were plenty of them. Many were simplistic or of the boring rotational genre, but there were a few interesting ones as well, like the one KimTwilight mentioned in which you must fold a map. It seems as though she and we enjoy puzzles which are somewhat different from the rest, including potions, mazes and labyrinths. We were enamored of the tasks which you needed to complete to progress through the game and we wasnt bored for a minute. When you applied inventory magical occurrences transpired or led to an unexpected HO scene or another puzzle. The game ran smoothly for the most part, and had no fatal flaws or glitches. We deducted a star for the banal storyline, some slight touch screen sensitivity issues, and for length, although truthfully we played for 7 hours so how short could it really be? When you are entertained time elapses so quickly! Our rating will stand at 4 stars. The last couple of weeks BigFish gave us good games. Unfortunately, they have only been giving us one new game per week, which is not enough. We need more games from this developer, as well as the lesser known developers, such as Sunward, Mariaglorum, 4Friends and Boolat. The regulars (Mad Head, Elephant, Domini, EIPIX) need to give us more. Other developers (AMAX Interactive and Elefun) which are problematic need to revamp their games and fix their issues! However it is done, we dont really care but we need at least 2 new games per week in this genre! Happy gaming to all!

Since BF has lately been releasing only one game per week, we keep our fingers crossed in hopes of being graced by an exciting and novel game, as we yearn for something unexpected as well as something satiating. This is certainly not the most innovative game we have played, but it’s satisfactory enough. The plot is unfortunately plagued by predictable story-related elements, such as saving a kidnapped family member from an evil villain who is obviously endowed with supernatural powers and dressed in the ever-so-typical hooded cloak. The visuals are artistically portrayed in true fairy-tale fashion, with whimsical details that arouse our curiosity of the environment. As you travel through portals to explore distinct otherworldly landscapes, you meet various creatures, some of whom can communicate with you as a human would. You will cast magical spells and concoct brewing potions to either heal a victim or hinder an adversary’s onslaught. The adventure portion of gameplay is too simplistic and linear for our taste, as we’re seamlessly completing tasks with minimal reliance on the Map. Thankfully, the HOSs and puzzles make up for the shortfall of the clichd storyline. We noted in our review for "Tree of Life" that the HOSs solely comprised traditional word lists. Well, we’re happy to say that the HOSs in this sequel have been enhanced by a medley of creatively rendered formats that present some complexity. Even though scenes are revisited, the formats will change to avoid dullness. You can switch to Match 3 if you prefer. The puzzles are diverse and entertaining; the difficulty levels range from ridiculously easy to taking some time to solve via trial and error. A standout puzzle for us is the one in which you horizontally and vertically fold a map to create a traveling path for your motor scooter. The collectibles are the same as the last game; you find multiple "familiar" creatures in each location. You need to find them all to unlock an extra hidden chapter. We did not encounter any technical glitches. This game presents above average farebut there’s nothing pioneering about it to make it memorable. However, being a sucker for fun gameplay, we enjoyed the HOSs and puzzles enough that we bought the game. Our true rating of 3.5 stars is bumped up to a final four (4) stars.

We love GrandMa Studio, they always have originality to their games, as did this one. We loved collecting the cute little familiars, they made us smile. Hos are list, silhouette, and interactive. Not as many puzzles as Im used to from them, but they were original. Liked the shuriken one, it took some thought, but most of the other ones were easy. Half a star off for not enough puzzles, and another half because we felt it was too short.

This installment of Reflections was okay. The plot very simple and the game was short. Graphics were good. We would suggest playing the demo before purchasing. We purchased due to the lack of games Big Fish has put out lately. We recently replayed the Halloween Game Big Fish released at during wrong time of the year. Will we be getting another installment of it or other Halloween themed games since this is the Halloween time of year?

Short game and Big Fish is still not listening to their supporters! (1 game a week is not enough!)- totally disgusted with their lack of interest in keeping their customers happy. Really resent the fact that they are trying to milk it and sell older games on sale that majority if not all have already bought and played. Not thrilled with supporting a company that has No regard for the numerous requests made of giving us more than 1 game a week. We thought 2 was skimpy – this is flat ridiculous. They have taken away the enjoyment of buying and playing their games. It used to be good entertainment and always looked forward to at the very least 2 NEW Games a week – but not now. KdBoots (3 Stars at best) Nothing earth shattering. Note: New Release today Cadenza: Eternal dance will not even install? It is Wednesday October 3Rd. Any one else with this issue? Big Fish is not responding to e-mails *Fellow gamers – please let us know.

So far just way too much dialogue not enough action.

We always is custom setting to try and make it difficult but as we play infrequently we keep active areas active in the map. This game was fun to play, unique and interesting but the help text was way to plentiful and made it boring as you didnt have to work at the game. Also super short play time to test it out. Not long enough for us to purchase and not hard enough to keep our interest.

Good graphics, decent storyline, but it defies logic If it were not for the map we would have ZERO idea where to go next.

On our initial trial with this game somehow we jumped from the first scene to the second scene and it would not let us go backwards and get needed items and we were stuck. We uninstalled and reinstalled and Im on the third scene, so far so good.

Some of the hidden object games were very imaginative and different. Like the riddle one. We liked that the hint timer told us how long we had to wait. But we disliked that touching the wrong areas moved us to a different room when that wasnt what we wanted to do. And some games were so strange we had no idea what was wanted.

One of the cheesier games from big fish. Graphics are mediocre at best and the plot is blech.

For a BFG hidden objects game. Game is very slow to respond & frustrating to play, we expected better from Big Fish.

We can tolerate a lot out of games but when we cant enjoy it because it freezes or crashes every few minutes then all the game could be is ruined. Ill come back when they fix it. Until then Im moving on. We will say what we got to see of it the game looked interesting.

Choppy and abrupt. It jumps right into a situation, and you have no idea why. That is not enjoyable. Pointless stuff like a crow takes away a key, so an alley cat has to climb a hook/ribbon to frighten the bird to drop the key. Really? Sketchy and amateurish flow. Meh.

What happened to new game on Sundays!:(

What happened to 2 new games a week, only get one now? We’ve emailed big fish to get an explanation of why they been slacking but of course they havent replied back!

This game is the worst game we have ever purchased on big fish. We have always enjoyed all of the games that we’ve purchased but this is the one that has broken the camels back. Do not purchase this game the graphics are horrible the storyline is horrible and the game its self is horrible and we would like a refund. Very disappointed.

Update: we just finished this game, and was very disappointed. Usually this developer produces outstanding games, but this one felt like it was rushed to production. It had no cohesive story line, the map was a joke, games were redundant and the HOGs unoriginal. It also was the shortest game we have ever played, inclusive of the bonus material. We havent played very far in this game, but there is a significant problem with the map. Although the legend indicates marks for current location, objectives and completed scenes, the only indications showing are for the current location. Am we missing something??
