Player Experience Highlights

Community Insight:

Its a good game and has some clever puzzles. We liked the general difficulty. But there are a few puzzles that can ruin the experience. Listed below: SPOILERS: The colored numbers puzzle: its always annoying when you have to distinguish between 3 types of blue and green and white vs yellow and pink vs red in a dimly lit game. The steam puzzle: the red pipe and blue pipe are switched The math puzzle: the operator of x_y is (x+1)y-1. This means that 10_9=98. Then 989=882. The number instead is 891.

Good game but only takes 30-45 minutes to complete.

Great game, interesting story, great puzzles, some were hard for us but for 99 cents you can get 25 clues plus no ads was plenty to get mw through a couple rough spots we had with some math puzzles. There are 2 endings possible, its worth playing twice to see both. Would like to see more from this developer. POSSIBLE SPOILER/HINT: (you have to tilt your device sometimes and use a virtual joystick).

Great concept and interesting plot but a few mathematical errors and unclear instructions make it frustrating.

We bought hints instead of watching the ads. After we lost the first round we started over. All our hints were gone. We had about 140. Rip off.

This game has quite a few obstacles that dont make a lot of sense and are quite confusing. There are too many clues that you have to complete math on. We graduated so we would have to do math anymore. Not a fun challenge. And the ending horrible!!!! If we cant get to the secret room with the items it go back to retrieve the ones missed, whats the point of offering it? We dont like this escape room game as much as the others Ive played. This one needs more development.

Basically you have to buy hints to win this game then hope the hints make sense. Im good at math but some of the math problems were ridiculous and one literally had wrong math. Another puzzle had the wrong clue under the item you have to use to solve it (the colored light bulbs in room one.. Youll see what we mean when you get to the hallway.) There is no logical sense to the clues or what you are supposed to do with items once you find them. We quit halfway through even after buying the 25 hint pack. Its THAT bad. All that being said, the Scary House 1 & 2 by the same developers were great.. Go figure.

A good portion of the clues are impossible to figure out its essentially an app that requires you to pay to solve it.

Once we got into it and getting an idea of the logic, it was pretty darn good. We didnt think the math puzzle was hard at all. Some points were mind searching, but all in all we really enjoyed playing it.

Dont listen to the complainers. We have played every decent escape game out there (and a bunch of bad ones too) and this game is almost on par with Glitch Games stuff – maybe not as long and a little less layered, but certainly challenging. The puzzles are medium to difficult and many of the clues are subtle. The bulk of the solutions are number-oriented which can get a little old but thats about the only drawback. We were able to play through without hints (the math section was hard) and managed to finish in about eight hours. Great for a free game for sure.

We played to challenge ourselves after reading the bad reviews. But we liked it. The puzzles were good and we could figure them all out. We gave it only 4 stars because theres a math puzzle. We dont know why developers think that all of us puzzle solvers can do math. Also, we had to google George Ohm.

Dont bother, its infested with ads. All of this developers games are.

It is very difficult and has no logic. There are mistakes when you put something in its rightful place, and puzzles are not solved logically .the game make you buy hints forced.

Cant recommend this. Resetting the game to replay nullifies the previous purchases. Restore doesnt work. So…if you want to replay without ads you have to pay again.

The game is for users as young as 9 years old. No need to have profanity specifically using the Lords name.

The game starts off confusing, it doesnt tell you have to tap to make it go, we thought that our game froze for a bit, but turns out, we had to tap to make the starting cut scene go. It also gives you no instructions on how to do anything. You have to watch an ad for that. The first puzzle, with the jacket, we got stuck bc we didnt know we could/had to shake it. The game should at least give you a prompt for that, bc its a game mechanic, instead of treating it like a hint. And dont get us started on the ufo puzzle, again, it doesnt tell you that the game has tilt controls, so we were stuck on that forever, wondering why the ufo wouldnt move, and the numbers puzzle before that, we have no idea how that even works.

The puzzles dont interact like they are supposed to. After 15 of frustration we checked a walkthrough video and sure enough, what we were trying was supposed to work. It just didnt register us. Uninstalled, which is a shame seemed like it had potential.

We love escape games. This was one that we didnt love. It was confusing and illogical. There was no rhyme or reason the clues. Even the hints made no sense. On a plus, it has better than usual graphics.
