All the hard work we did all our great man reset to zero and they randomly teleport after the update.
If you dont have money to throw into the game then you will not have much fun, be able to significantly advance or keep up game play with those that do and many spend thousands of dollars in this game. Crazy! Best find a game you will enjoy spending your time playing vs. Spending money.
Do not download this game, bad communication, no matter how many emails you send them they never answer, we were 3 years playing it, there are players like on continent # 2 who abuse their power and developers cannot control that, for example, if they destroy Your fortress constantly, you cannot have enough resources, to grow, you are forced to spend constantly to be able to grow, developers can stop that by creating and changing rules, there is a sale of unfair accounts, and no matter the evidence you present they ignore it.
This game is good but major flaw is that they cannot or will not track their own commands. We have pointed out several times that an alliance has special talents that do bot fit their alliance tier rank several times yet nothing happens to them. Upon further investigation, we discovered that a couple players in the alliance are game developers. Against the tos… Yet they still allow the alliance and accounts to exist. This game was great… But upon our confirmed findings… DO NOT PLAY THIS.. You may have thick wallets but these devs have code access. No match. There is no way out of this. Tickets are useless. If not from a certain origin they wont help. That was taught. Game is great but they do not follow own terms of service (tos) . They merge kingdoms that make no sense and skip the ones that game devs play so one group can claim dominance; will merge that one in the next year. Game is total BLLSHT ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE. We HOPE THIS GAME DIES BEFORE THEY REACH KINGDOM 100.
Its a good game but it would be better if the fight scenes were more realistic.
Money grabbers, to expensive, boring if you dont use money takes days and days. Quit apologizing and do something your ratings reflect it, everything we have read is true, Koreans rule.

Its driving us crazy. The game is freezing when we click on the recruit botton of army station. Hope all you fix it soon.
Every server seems to run into the same issues. Koreans get major discounts on paid items and also seem to be hacking the game. Our server has someone who is claiming to be a developer and we believe it. They can be wiped to zero and instantly come back with even more power. They are able scout even when shields are up and have people running their accounts 24/7. They admit to being developers and have stated theyre trying to get people to spend more so they can get their bonus. Idk if thats true or their just cheaters but this is a known problem amongst servers and unless youre with them youll never get to play.
The only complaint is the cost in gold for an 8 hour shield is not conducive to game affordability. We are in a pandemic world wide and it would be nice if you lowered gold cost of some things. Thank you.
In case you devs or creators forgot. Ancient kemet is in Africa therefore its geographically impossible for Imhotep/cleo to be white.
Hello to all ppl who are playing this game, we know some servers are bad and anoying bc there attacking you, even its not kill even but just fight back and join allies if other ppl are teaming up on u , and we got a question, why Im we keep on getting banned from the game with no reason ? We did nothing wrong and lost our lvl 17 Castle and we cant get it back.
So far from what we see it a decent balanced game. Just wish the screen would be cleaned up a bit from ads. Notification of events coming up would be nice unless thats already going on. So far reaching castle level 12 and picking a civilization how come units dont match civilization in which you pick. Romans shouldnt have ancient spearmen as soldiers. Legionary soldier Roman Calvary with armor that would go with etc for all civilizations so it goes with civilization pick. So far so good another review to come as we dive further into the game.
We started this game a year ago and had a lot of fun. Made good friends. Yes, you have to spend some if you want to be on top but nothing more than in other similar games. Everything changed recently when we started to play different servers and was able to distinguish playing and spending patterns. We noticed several servers where un unknown player would suddenly appear in rankings within 1-3 days, would systematically attack the top alliance in KE or Throne battle.. During attacks, even though zeroed several times, troops would recover within minutes, player changing nations also within minutes and after 30 minutes attacks, would end up with more troops that when he started, and more power than when he started. Problem reported to Cle Games, Apple and Google. And please, spare us the standard email response saying that some players spend money, have friends helping, etc … What those players do is technically and humanly not feasible using the game features and happens only on certains servers.
One of the best games we’ve ever played we need more players please try the game its fun and addicting.
We have witnessed castles being farmed for hours on end and magically have hundreds of resources replenished.. We have sent tickets in with no response and we read other reviews where the developers give lame excuses for players complaining of the cheating going on… If this type of action continues in this app there will be an upcoming investigation from Apple.. The game was launched in Korea and its Koreans that are cheating in game,maybe devs trying to entice spending ? Idk.
We love the game they always update, however the customer service is not existent. We dropped two tickets with the help desk about a purchase in the store which was worded in a terrible way and NOT what we wanted… Never responded to us its been a few weeks.

Our entire alliance on server 24 had their account lost due to a glitch in the programming of the game… No support or answers from the developers just ignored as they are waiting for players to forget and move on.

Im addicted too this game but the update that occurred 3 days ago wont let us past the loading screen. Why spend more money if we cant even play off mobile data?
We have to put two stars because Im waiting for the issue to be fixed. There was just an update now we cant get on and the percentage on the loading screen sits at 2 percent then give us an error message Im sure our castle has been attacked and if so we will expect some concessions for it.
Since the update on 7/9/20 we can not login to our account unless we have a WIFI connection for some reason. Our game has always played very poorly on WIFI and now is only way we can play. Why will the game not allow us to play on our cellular service like before? Please try to fix this bug. When are you going to fix it so we can play on our iPhone?
Good game buttt not enough servers open… Once wvery 3 weeks? But the game is good… It is just started when someone has 2 mill power makes u want to not even try.
Hope it get better , little expensive items , slow matching of armies , Sensitivity to obey our orders is slow , should use color in the background of texts , we hope from the developer to examine another games for example War and order , its similar but much developed , we do not mean to copy their work , but we need some practical upgrading ( ie. March speed 50% is expensive 1000 coin is big number, 200 is logical, , and if we use 7 -8 we must reach our target in quick respond from server ,) Chat rooms must be supported more by cartons shapes or emoticons The interior of castle must be more organized , Hope we help.
Game is enjoyable but it crashes every few minutes forcing us to reload. Very frustrating as it takes forever to load.
This game WAS great until merger of servers. Now its a Korean controlled all out anarchy game. We have played this game for 1 year. Sad part all we built is now gone, good part is we have lost no money. Its no longer fun because every time we turn around Im attacked by, you guessed it… Koreans.

If you would like to play a game where the Koreans dominate because of their discounts on and packs and where the gap between one tier to the next is very large, sign up. We dont usually write reviews because their are so many out there, but this game needs one written from us. We had a Korean c28 port on us because kill event was going on. Cool. Shield up and if your not shield you will get it, regular KE stuff. The problem is that if the guy is taking our fort with ~150k t6 troops, you would think that over 300k t4-t5 troops would be able to take back the fort. Nope. The Korean kills 140k* troops while we only kill 20k of his. It is because the gear buffs and the gap between the tier of troops is so great this happens. You should be able to take down any one matter the size with enough people. But in this game if you dont spend or in a top alliance you will be bullied till you quit. Good Luck to all those who join but trust which ever side your on you will see how unbalanced it is being able to spend as much as you want. (Sorry for grammer)
With the new update, the program crashes frequently. It gets kicked off internet frequently where the thinking wheel also appears frequently leading to a crash.

We think everything is awesome and we think with a few more updates it will be better and in the updates we were thinking you guys could have events or challenges that make alliances compete to get rewards and to get more stuff by yourself.
We love the game but this update from a day or two ago doesnt let us click anything and it doesnt go anywhere. Buttons arent working and it just constantly load then kicks us off. Upsetting that we STILL cant send our alliance mail easier. Selecting every person in the alliance isnt the way it should be. The game also doesnt notify us when a person leaves our alliance. We need to know these things.
The game is great is general. The game supplies you with plenty of resources for the higher castle levels. The community is also great and helpful. We have also not seen as many pay to wins like we tend to see on other games like this. From time to time it will freeze for a couple of seconds which doesnt really effect game play, but is still annoying. Overall great game you can expect us to be around for a while!
We recently played the game without any issues in which for some reason now, it wont load after 1%. We tried deleting and reinstalling the game but no fix. Overall, when you can play, its a very good game. There isnt a lot of things that force you to buy with money. It is a great time killer if you are looking for this type of game.

The latest maintenance was late last night or early this and now it telling us to download the latest update. Cannot find where to do that at. We have spent a lot of time playing the game. Now l cant get back in the game. Other then that is great.

The app updated and now we cannot get in the app. We were in the process of leveling up our castle to level 14 ugh its irritating right now. We just hope we didnt lose any progress.
There was recently maintenance on the server and once it was done it said that there was now an update available but when we went to update it, it wasnt available? Please fix this problem, we would like to go back to playing.
