We played and won some, but cash out said 7 days we dont know if it will pay. But this info should be available. We dont trust because we have written several notes to support an over 1 week not any response at all. So we suspect we wont be paid for game winnings and all the time it took us to win . Tracie B.

This is a nice fun game with a lot of ads to go through but it doesnt CashApp or PayPal the money you get it keeps showing wait 7 days into your account but havent got no money and been playing this game for 3 weeks now – had us second guessing if this is a scam. Then it shows in the history tab how much cards you have already plus to collect to get 4 gold cards like is this a joke?? To receive the cash. They said we could win and put it on our PayPal account. However it asks for the number of the PayPal account and we gave it and still did not receive any money. Must be a scam.
Got it up to where we have all different kind of in progress . We played about 2 weeks, everyday. We supposedly won all kinds of money. Then you have to wait 48 hours for your account to be confirmed. Then, wait 7 days for the money, again, supposedly to be sent to your account. And THEN, you have to have so many gold cards. We got 39/40, and never got anything more. We were wondering what the next thing to do is? Sell our kidney? Do NOT waste your time. Youll watch more repetitive video ads for other games n stuff, that youll be bored to death, and still get NOTHING!!

We’ve apparently won $500 and tried to link it to our cashapp via email and waited 7 days for nothing to show up / appear on our account. We tried to reach out to support via email (as that is the only way to contact them) with no response back. Do yourself a favor and dont download this game. Its also jam packed with ads. Makes you feel like youre not really playing a game in all honesty. If we would of received money then we wouldnt mind playing/dealing with the ads. Not worth it.

We are in no way a gamer. We started playing Relax Bingo because we needed extra money to take care of our children on top of our 9/5. You know prices are high and so are bills.. Some nites, we go to hungry. So this game found us For many days.. We have watch hours upon hours of ads.. Also, achieving all rules in the app for the pay out.. One rule you must to obtain 5 million coins.. To release 500 dollars yikes! We completed it. As we were completing that task.. We did noticed the gold cards vanished. The algorithm.. Is way off.. We have been play for 17 hours a day and not one gold card. Well it is time for pay out.. How ironic is this.. The person who is controlling the game.. Has turned off the gold cards. To unlock all the prizes we have earned.., we must have gold cards. Impossible.. To win when the cards are not available. Complete the tasks and the bar is raises higher.. This game doesnt pay out. Totally scam. We feel cheated and lied too. We made the game company money. They were never going to pay out. We recorded the pay outs.. And terms and conditions.. This is miss leading.. And theft of peers time. Beware scam game. After countless hours.. And waiting seven days we know have to get impossible gold cards. Class action suit.. We recorded all our winnings. What jerks.

Why advertise saying win real money when you have too wait 7 days and you still get nothing after your 7 days.
This app is a scam. When you start the process to deposit the winnings into your PayPal or CashApp account, it says collecting x-number of gold cards can activate cash to your account. What the heck are gold cards? There is no indication on the game that tells us the quantity of how many we have. We will be deleting the app.
We want our money today we played the game and we won so where is it.
You watch and 40 ads for 5 minutes of play and the cash out never actually comes.
