We love this game the best game ever.
We love playing this game, but we tried to make a purchase. They had 1500 gems on sale for $1.99 and Ive made them purchase. They took our money but we never got our gems. Very upset about that. Try to reach tech-support and it keeps getting an error saying tech-support is not available right now this just happened about two days ago very upset. We only been playing a game about a week, disappointed fan.
Love this App/game and we have no complaints yet as of 08/30/2023 we will update this information if we have any issues ty.
The game is fun and you are able to update your restaurant to suit your style. We have a lot of fun.
We love this game but words and food pictures are too big and scrambled up in our restaurant and food pictures is too big we cant see the words on what food im making to cook and the food when Im done cooking it the food doesnt go on the counters instead it goes in the air high please fix this problem please thank you.
We wish it was easy to expand without having to wait so long we love the game but when we are ready to expand we have to wait till we get to a certain level and then if we dont have enough money we still cant expand hope we will have a good time cooking the food need more levels on the game please.

Hello, The support page is retired for both this game & bakery town. We wonder if you can continue creating challenges when you pass level 50. Also in Restaurant Town, what is the highest level? Im at 80, Im still accumulating points, but its not turning to 81 & the bar has been completely blue for a week.
Can you please update this app for iOS 13.
Cant play same game on all 3 of our iPads, progress if one or two levels off, had to delete games on 2 iPads, too bad cant play as much.
We love this game, been playing since 2012 but we lost our phone so need to start again.

This game is loads of fun. The only thing so far that needs improvement is when you purchase tiles and floors and you decide to replace them, they are not stored and you lose them.

Why does the quests stop around rank 46? We enjoyed trying to complete them to try to win the prize. Please add them back. You used to get them each time you ranked up. We really like the game.

We cant login back to our game through Facebook that the only way we do recover our game we have been playing the game since 2015 we stop playing the because we lost our phone now we cant login through Facebook because Facebook is not even connecting with the game and we only have our gam user id.
We love this game!! We can't stop playing it!! But, we wish the developer would fix the ability to connect to Facebook.
It's a fun game but sometimes the cooking times are unrealistic. Plus we wish when we gave items to our friends that the pop-up wasn't automatic. We know we just gave a friend something.

Good game bought a bunch of coins but didnt show on our game menu. The only draw back need an easier way to buy coins and gems.
We really enjoy playing this game. Its relaxing. What we dont like is, we bought gems, coins etc; the game didnt update. Now Im out a few dollars. We know it just a few dollars; if you make purchases youre entitled to the product purchased. Considering, it takes awhile to earn gems to create your store and you have to use so many for one item to design the restaurant, we expect the game to update when we make a purchase. We dont recommend purchasing gems and coins. The game may not update. Annoyed.
Fun game but its really hard to get gems. Thats the biggest disappointment in this game.
*Update: glitched have been resolved, but do something about the constant popping up of the ads. Its so many, too soon. It interrupts claiming prizes, tipping and liking neighbors items, serving etc. We understand ads are important, but its an abundance of them and it makes us not want to play this game anymore. We downloaded Hollywood Story to get 10 free gems. It says to get to level 2. We played up to level 4 and we still didnt get our free gems. Please fix this issue. And please make it where wall paper and tiles can get stored, instead of us having to buy it all over again.

It would be a great game to play but your game is broken. Cant do anything. We have to keep going out of the game every time we do something we have to leave the game and come back and theres something not right with your game. We dont know what it is, but it freezes up every single time. She might want to take it down and look at it and then put it back up.
Was one of our favorite games to play but now it does not look right we dont know why they wont update the game? A let down for real.
We have tried to purchase gems in this game because the gems were on sale for $1.99 and the screen froze on us so we went out of the game and went back in after restarting it and tried to purchase again the same $1.99 same issue froze on us then we never received the gems and was charged for the Gems anyway. We have tried to contact Apple about this issue. The developer needs to fix this game there is a real problem. We will not be buying anything else from this game till it is fixed.
We enjoy these kind of games and we looked forward to play but for our game no matter how many times Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics are out of whack. We place food down the hover over which makes them look like they are on a different tile. The words over lap the pictures of the icons which make it all blurry how can we fix this.
Its a good app, but the food should have shorter time periods to make the game more fun. For example, we think 4 hours is a bit too long for cooking toast. Shorter time periods for cooking will make you wait but most likely stay on the app longer. This is just our opinion, so Thank You <3.
We love restaurant and cooking games. So we decided to try Restaurant Town. We like the graphics and things but when we tried to purchase diamonds, it took our money and we never received any diamonds. We tried to use SUPPORT, but when we clicked on it, it had a message saying CANNOT ACCESS. So, we are out of our money, with no diamonds and very irritated. Can someone please fix this.
So ive recently started paying , and ive purchased gems , our account got charged but the screen would just dim and nothing would happen . When we close out the app and reopen it , our gems never showed up and the app support open to to the internet saying 503 service temporarily available.
We brought some diamonds n we didnt even get them who we need to contact about this.

So please stop the game advertisement commercials. Because we cant play any of your cooking game apps. When the pop-up commercials happen. It stops us from resuming the food order . Before it expires.
How am we supposed to complete challenges when we try to visit a neighbor it says we have to update it.
We think that its a really good game but we wish we can play it but have to buy the gems always is kind of hard getting them and the head of the people is to big we dont like it it has to be like baikery town their the heads are smaller.
Why give the option to sync with Facebook if its not going to allow the user to save progress so this means that if anything happens to the device that Im playing the game on and we have to switch devices then we will lose everything. Then the items on the market are to pricy. If you place the same food item on 2 different serving tables once space is needed to set a new food item down the game doesnt even group it together so that the food can automatically transfer to on serving table we will be deleting this game as it seems like the creators dont seem to care about the issues in the game. Just like the previous review stated this is a take it or leave it type of game.
Why are there still ads all of a sudden even though we paid to have them removed?? Its not right or fair and quite annoying.
