We like the story line . Nice graphics to we like playing it fun and relaxing.
We had trouble accessing our game for a few weeks but customer service was able to retrieve our account and now Im back to playing our favorite game. Thank you so much!
This game is fun and the storyline is cute. But once you reach the highest level you have to wait FOREVER for them to design and program the next scenes/storyline. Sure, there are solitaire games to play in the meantime, but it gets really boring.
We like this game but it is ridiculous with how many stars you need for different functionsI just spent 3 stars to talk to chuck the dog to calm him down and now now we need more stars to see what is in the bushes, we are thinking about deleting this game even though we like it a lot, but to keep getting so many stars for nothing is way outta our comfort zoneif we got something out of it that would be differentnot sure all your other players agree with us but Im sure there are some who do. So sad, to bad we just came upon part of the game (Riddle Road) that takes 4 to just clean a window, now how crazy is that we do like this game but am sorry to say that we will be deleting it we are one very disappointed player.
Whats going on with having to pay now. You cant charge old time players we would like to file a complaint . How do we proceed with that?
We have been playing solitaire games for years and usually play for a couple hundred levels, then delete the game because its boring. Not so with this game. We are almost at level 2000 and still enjoy it as much as we did when we first began to play. The different scenarios are all very enjoyable. Our only criticism is that sometimes each thing you have to get points for seem a bit trivial, and like they just were trying to sync up, an idea rather than really making it about the story. That does not happen all the time and so is easy to overlook. We enjoy the graphics and overall game is great.
Loved this game until we noticed this morning that we could no longer access it and someone else – who we dont know – was signed into our account. Scared us enough to have to delete our game – which we were very far into. Abbie and her dad were on the way to the auction with Deans statue. We are very upset!
After playing for game for the past few years, it has decided to glitch. Instead of opening the game it only shows a blank black page. Not fun.
We are playing the level that has the hot air ballon. Once we get to the last card, the game freezes up and goes directly to the home screen of our tablet. We have rebooted the tablet and disconnected WiFi and we are still getting the same results. The game is also using the coins each time. Please help!!!
We need help we tried app Sapporo or in game we got in our game collected our coins to have it crash on us go back in and our coins not in our purse and not with the rest of our coins help please.
Be causatious when making in game purchases. We purchased a golden ticket for $5.99 but the game charged our account for $15.11.
This level has a Glitch!!!! We have deleted,reset,deleted,replayed,and replayed 15 times. It will not let us finish the level and we cannot progress in the game! We really really like this kind of solitaire game and we really like that we can tap on the ceiling fan and it works and the light lights up Its a COOL CUTE GAME !!
We live the game. But the solitaire games get boring and monotonous. We really love the special side games, currently Expedition. However, the amount of energy to deal with each obstacle is extremely high. The ability to earn this energy is limited, unless you can spend a small fortune buying it. We dont mind spending a bit of money, but please make it easier to progress through the obstacles. We are frustrated by the inability to win or earn this energy. Please lower the energy cost per obstacle. Or extend the days for the expedition. We would like to see how it ends, but dont have the finances to buy our way through.
We have a serious love/hate relationship with this game. We love the storyline and we love the game play, especially the side adventures even though we never have the time or resources to finish them. Thats where the hate part comes in. The depletion of coins happens at such a rapid rate that we are sometimes only able to play one or two hands a day. The latest outrage though is earning a free card, then having to play it WITH 14,000+ coins. In what universe is that free? This seems yet another ploy to get people to pay real money which we are happy to do, but only if play is fair. This isnt. Im coming very close to deleting the game, and we are very sorry for recommending it to our friends.
We really used to love this game. Well Im only 15 so we dont have and card to be able to pay any money to play and at first it was so much fun, we would win a game or two, and then lose a game and it would take us a few trys to win it. Im on level 720 and now we might win a game then lose a game and it takes us between 10 and 15 maybe more turns to win a game, we know Im a good card playing, plus if you mess up, that go back arrow shakes, so its not us, we mean maybe sometimes, but not 15 times! We get so mad and frustrated it makes us not want to play. Now the other game we are playing in the game, where you have to have points to chop something down. Well it refills itself to 100 but you can only chop 2 or 3 things with that. They refill also, when you win a game, but we rarely win anymore, so we know Ill never finish that game, unless we can buy some points, but thats not gonna happen, because our mom wont let us use here card. Ill get a job when we turn 16 but we doubt Ill be playing this game then, because like we said, we hardly win unless we play the same game 15 times, but we dont ever have enough points anymore to ever play that much. So we get on and play for five min. And cant play again for another hour, which during the waiting time, we did find 2 other games that we really like, so Im sure Ill be done with this one soon! We did really love it at the beginning though!
We really like playing this game however when the in game purchases pop up you can not get out of them. We have left our game open for as long as 30 minutes with the pop up on the screen as can not get past it no matter what action we try outside of purchasing all the options. We end up just closing the game and trying again the next day Finally just had to delete the app today for the last 4 days as soon as we open the app to play the in app purchase would pop up and we could not get past it. Today we left it open for 30 min attempting to get past it but never could finally just deleted. What it is the point of having the game if you never get to play.
With one of the latest updates, the developers turned up the level difficultly too high. We’ve been playing in Lost Lands where the levels repeat after awhile, so we can easily notice a change to the level difficulties. We dont like it. It takes too much time and money to pass a level now. I, also, wish youd bring back the 10 minute level discount for watching an ad.
Love this game and we enjoy the different elements it has to offer (Sailing Regatta, Lucky Cards, special levels, etc.). The graphics are great and it’s one of the top reasons we downloaded in the first place. We really like the new challenge of renovating the little cottage! But please bring back the old card flip sound… The new one is just not right we can’t tell if the card flip animation changed too or if it’s the sound that’s throwing us off…
We like the game and the story line but it takes too many stars to complete each little task. Need to cut down on the star requirement so you can move along faster.
We are currently playing the temple game. It has 9 days left. We need to find the city entrance and am at a fallen tree we believe to remove and it wont let us. It says we need to complete the tasks first. Otherwise we enjoy the storyline and the solitaire games.
We like game other than the fact if you buy a boost cost more then you can make when you beat level. Also when you log out loses all progress in the merry fair. Unlike other games which have a similar in-game you dont lose progress.
We have played this game for a couple months now. In the beginning it was interesting and fun. Then it became totally focused on developers making money. We cant even win one round. Its set to cause the player to lose so you will buy more stuff. No longer fun.
Im on level 745 and consider myself an experienced player. The game was fun at first, but now its nearly impossible to win a level, and when you pay for 5 extra cards, rarely are you given the one or two neededat the beginning, those cards were always there. We refuse to pay double for an additional 5 cards. More wins should be possible. Ill play a few more levels, but will delete this game if this continues.
Dont need pop ups after every move we make. Get rid of this flaw, or we uninstall the game. Plain and simple.

We are enjoying this game but they need to have other options than this solitaire game. Other than that its story and investigation could use a little more exposure to bigger scenarios and other people involved maybe two gamers can fast track one investigation. Overall a good game with smooth graphics.
Its so obvious that the developers rig the deck so that the players need to spend money. So many repetitive cards we dont need and the ones we do need are costing too much money with every level. We like the storyline and characters but its not worth spending our money every level to play a solitaire game. You need to fix the game balance asap. 1 star until its fixed. We see other players wrote the same reviews so we all feel the same way. Pass it on. It shouldnt take 3 or 4 levels just to open a door or answer a phone, etc. Come on already. So totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Now every deck has multiple cards that are of the same,,like 3 queens in one deck forcing the player to have to go through multiple decks of cards just to get the ones they need. This game was so great in the beginning but its become so tedious and ridiculous plus not to mention the fact that you have to spend tons of your own money on almost every level. After playing 4 hands in a row, we at least expect the characters to interact with each other and have multiple conversations rather than One sentence. We finally decided to delete this game until there are so many improvements to be made. Im done spending money.
Hello the app isnt working. It keeps saying connection error and that we should contact support. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Please help!
The further you progress throughout the game, the higher it costs to do literally anything in the game. Also we consistently fail the same levels four or five times in a row constantly. The pattern we always see with these card games is a crap load of cards to clear and not being given nearly enough right from the start. Even if you are given a sufficient load of cards, they are often filler, not being usable for anything, causing an unending stream of losses that gets frustrating. By level 350, we had to replay every last level at least three times, we’ve had enough. We like the storyline, the graphics are great, just the levels are infuriating with the cards stacked against the player, no pun intended.
The game was fun but after the update it seemed like we were getting more ads and on top of that, we couldnt even close the ads when it would let us. The X would just take us to the game in App Store. We did try closing the ads multiple times to make sure we wasnt fat fingering it but no matter how many times we tried it kept bringing us to the App Store and not closing the ad. We have to close the game entirely just to get rid of the ad. We like this game but we might end up deleting it if this is how the game is going to be now.

We love the storyline. As far as the game itself, we wish that the cards were shuffled better. It often seems like they have all the same cards together. In the Higher, Lower event, they charge you a lot of points if you make a mistake which is inevitable since we are all human. Then you run out of points and have to use real money to buy more.
It starts out fun until it costs to advance in later stages . Very much a rip off , get you hooked on story line , then makes you pay to continue the story .
We just downloaded this game and so far its a lot of fun. We just hope that we can play this game without spending money that starts small and then gets ridiculous. The story line is great and the graphics are cool!!
Only lets us play two rooms and then when we try to go to the next room it tells us Im not connected to any Wi-Fi and even tried to use support to figure it out but no help there.
We’ve been playing this for a while because impressed with the graphics, the game is fun (when they let you win once in a while), and overall can be enjoyable. (Again, only the few times they let you win.) But after a couple of months playing this, we’ve come to realize- its rigged! When we play oftentimes we only get a bunch of the same cards, and will play several games in a row that will lose terribly to due to the cards repeating so many times – and to boot the repeated cards are the 1 or 2 cards we DONT need. So yeah, if the makers dont fix this problem, we will not re-download it nor will we take down this review until the problem is solved.
This game was awesome when our grandson asked to download it. IF YOU DONT PURCHASE THESE INCENTIVES YOU CAN FORGET PROGRESSING ANY FURTHER!!! Wish we could attach an email but the game keeps freezing. When we try to exit the game and replay it, it takes us back to the mini game of the treasure chests where we win the first one. Freezes up and cant even exit it or go into the settings need help!
