This game used to be amazing until Kixeye took over. Since Kixeye took over it has been nothing but failed events, bugs and glitches. When you attempt to message Kixeye about such issues they refuse to reach back claiming they have too many support mails to read so they just ignore them. We sent a ticket to support about our gear getting randomly deleted and we have waiting two months for a response and now we are choosing to just delete the game like many other players. Please if you are thinking about downloading this game do not do it. You will deeply regret it.
Have been playing this game for a while and was fun but the higher you get the worse it gets, the game is about lining the pockets of the ones who own the game and less fun. It is stupid that a research takes over 68 thousand days to compleat and the help you receive does not really help at all. So if you have money to blow this would be the game for you would not recommend this game and would not give it any stars. Oh and the lag also is a big issue.
This is the first review we’ve ever written about a game. But felt we had to. Its sad how the games gone in the last year or so. Half or more of the player base have left. Netmarble had its problems ,but Im sorry to say kixeye are really doing a poor job since they took over. Seems every reset another glitch or problem arise. And they arent 24/7 around, if something goes wrong Friday , doesnt get fixed till Monday as they dont work weekends. Before adding something new Test it to see it works ( not sure why thats not possible). And a lot complain about their support system.
We started playing this game when it came out in 2018. The game itself has always been a blast, but back then it was a purely pay to play game. We quit in 2020. Then decided to wonder back and see what was up in early 2022. Low and behold a new company had bought the game. Although a very rocky start.. As of recent they actually brought about some very awesome upgrades and easy improvements for any level player whether p2p or f2p. The game still has a few bugs that need worked out but we have noticed them getting fixed as of late as well. The fun is returning as are old players and we are excited to see where this goes next.

This game has gone to crap. New owners of the game have totally killed this game. Every event is a issue that you cant play. Buttons dont work. You try to talk with the game devs and they only auto reply back. We want our money back.
This game isn’t fun when you have a people using multiple alts account running on bots to win an event like OPO/K53. Takes the fun out of it and unfair for the people without resorting to cheating with bots. Also too many glitch in this game. With cheaters and glitch, best to find something more enjoyable to play. Splurge your money on a nice trip than this.
Kixeye will take your money and not care this game is the biggest red flag stay away from kixeye they are very greedy.
Game was so so when netmarble was the developer. But now this new owner kixeye is killing a half dead game even faster. Dont waste your time or money here. This ship is sinking. Update Kixeye has really driven the nail in the coffin now. Two weeks straight of events that are not functioning at all and no compensation for the money spent for these events. And the staff is absolutely ignorant to anything game related. Get a refund and get gone people. This game shouldnt even be available on app stores. Yet again another botched event in September of 2022.. Events that worked in the past no longer work, no points being distributed after hours of battle. These devs are just completely outclassed. And now every time they touch the game they lock us out after the update with no explanation to fix their constant mess ups. What an absolute joke.
Game platform is un-reliable. Parameters is setup more for cheating then competition. Every event have issues and problems. Events that have been solid are poorly executed. Not worth the money nor the time.
Ever since this game was purchased by kixeye it has become almost unplayable. The big new phantom world DIDNT WORK AT ALL, the stuff never unshielded. Also people who had ported there had their own shield randomly dropped and were not reimbursed for their lost troops (which are way too expensive in this game but thats another story). Many many features have stopped working, or are so outdated as to be useless. For example, most of our research now takes tens of billions of each resource. The cargo ship that visits gives youwait for it15 THOUSAND resources. It would literally take a MILLION cargo ships to get enough of ONE resource for ONE research. All their meager, amateur programming seems devoted to getting more ads into the game, not fixing the many broken features. We still log on to talk to people but we are done buying packs, and the day we forget our shield (or kixeye erroneously drops it) and we get zeroed, that will be our last day with the app installed. Do. Not. Bother.
This game has become a calamity of glitches and new events that do not work as described. Glitches in game gave huge amounts of rss and gold and compensation to players and compensation for glitch was a small fraction of what the players who benefited from glitch received creating a huge advantage in game. New Phantom Event released 7/24/2022 did not work and company continued selling packs for a broken event. VVIP support has quit responding to players and started canned responses. After 3 years playing we are quitting this game this weekend. Kixeye worst thing to happen to this game.
This game is a friendly f2p! This company is not trust worthy, several glitches have happened in the past and kixeye abused peoples money and their time!!
This game was pretty good there were some issues that the community would have liked to see resolved but in general it was working and fun. Since the new company has taken over just about all of the events have failed and the dev response was immediately nullified the following week. An event which has been working for four years has failed in just two weeks of new owners taking hold. This needs to be fixed and devs need to be on 24/7 to fix any issues that arise which has now become quite often. We will not spend another dollar on this game.
We have been playing this game since it started It has always had its glitches but ever since Kixeye took over, things are terrible we have lost money, resources to play on the game, and time fighting with their incompetent customer service This is a money trap.
Horrible game the developers let glitches slip by and then people get millions of items worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and they are allowed to keep it while youre here spending thousands to try and stay relevant useless trash owners ruining it. Dont waste your money in this game if theres a glitch any money you spend will go down the drain since everyone else will be much stronger because of it and the developers will do absolutely nothing.
Love playing the game but it has gotten boring. All events are sit around a sanctuary or capital and hope you have players to fill. Hope new owners make it more interesting.
The customer service are liars. They will not help you. All they want is your money and they will give you no service over the bugs they create with there developers. We have never been more insulted we WARN YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF Since the last update there have been many bugs and they will not make good on the losses these bugs have created. Boycott this game.
We payed this game for 2 years and the first demenshinal battle when the game came out was better please put it back to the first kind please.

Its a great game, but need it make it a bit easier to get pets and the higher level gear and add more monsters to battle and higher level gear.
It will not let us continue we try to tap on the portal but nothing please fix it! :(
We have not been able to leave this game since we downloaded it almost a week ago. Its been highly enjoyable with fantastic graphics and beautiful music! Lots of opportunities to do well if you are patient or if you want to rush ahead. Fantastic game.

By far the best looking and most interactive game in this mobile genre. If they advertised, this game would be the biggest mobile game of all time. If you are tired of the joke games made by high schoolers who downloaded photoshop and their cousin who can code, (Pick any other game in the this genre and that sentence applies) then come play a well made game.
The game always crashes us during the tutorial it started about a year ago and our game crashes every time we enter the hero screen which makes it unplayable we’ve tried exiting and restarting we’ve tried deleting and reinstalling we’ve even tried waiting until the next update or patch but its just the same problem we rated it 3 starts because we have played it before this started and it was very good but this bug really ruined it if this could be fixed It would be appreciated.
Ok so we make it our thing to play mmo war games and review them.. Played about 60+ in a year but we only play 3-4 games reg.. Most dont make it past three days a week and so on.. Well we thought this game might! Beautiful graphics, love all the challenges, events… Different things to do to gain power and get stronger… But this game is smart! This game probably gives the most rewards and even Peace shields and theyre cheap and gives you tons of gold to buy them that makes it seem like hey we have a chance to actually play this game and compete! Until you get to level T4 troops! The amount of resources and especially the cooking times? Are absolutely ridiculous we can only imagine with the higher tier ones are we mean giving out tons of power, might.. Whatever you wanna call it & gold and speed ups… Its all relative to what the higher tier stuff is going to be and we can already tell its going to be ridiculous and geared towards pay to win players your cash grab players! We will spend a little if we have a chance to compete… Not a ton… We learn our lesson playing mobile strike grrrr thats a whole other story smh Anyway… We dont think they Nerf your soldiers and theres not enough info out there about this game but games like Lords Mobile(I play) You can actually become a trap base! Look up trap base.. Were players just make millions and millions of tattoos and keep their power low and a higher power player hits them and they wind up losing more troops more expensive troops.. We just wonder if you can do this in this game? But again the problem on info on that there is not a lot of info on this game even though its two years old not a lot of players from what Im seeing lords mobile tons of videos tons of people written about it… So that game is easy to get info this game see seems to be stagnant… Stale & never really took off! We dont know we might continue playing and just make hundreds of millions of lower tier troops and see what happens LOL because we do enjoy the game we think its a cool game but again its blatantly geared towards players that want to spend a ton of money if we had the money we might spend a little more but we dont if we continue playing we will give you an update if we do do a lot of lower tier troops and let someone hit us Haha A JRock Review!
Game crashes every time in the opening tutorial.
4-27-2020 This is a high strategy wargame. It is in how you set it all up. We have seen level 30 with a power of 20 billion power beat a level 35 with 70 billion power its in all the way you set it up. If you have an older device then this game will drop you will not be able to compete . You have to have the best Internet connection and the best fastest device you have to spend a lot of money this is the only way you will be able to compete. The battles are missed matched one event war you may be the big power and then the next battle / war you may be the weaker power on different games its always mismatched. You can play for free and hunt monsters and the strongholds and play the battles but you will never be in the top five unless you can hit it on an off day like battle royale were only three or four are playing and the rest is the computer. The Packs that you buy range from one dollar to $5. $10 $20 $50 and $100. Price they give away a lot. It is the best pvp game by far. Great graphics fun imaginative story line. Unfortunately for us we do not have a fast Internet connection and a fast device so we drop from the game four times every hour. We spend 100 average a month for a year we are 20 billion in power. Try it play for free but you will be farmed and heros Executed but you can always get all those resources back and heal the hero and play again so you will also get rewards and gifts so you play it youll see. Join a big alliance as soon as you can. Lol its very funny to us we have a love hate for this game its bitter sweet. We have lost more then won because our device is old and drops. Thats our story and Im sticking with it… Lol Women are better players… Lol.

This game is pretty darn good. We love it, it much better than some of the other games in this particular genre, it has good graphics good gameplay, and the ability to rotate your xx view of the city. Im having a good time playing, but we just want to suggest that the units Im deploying show the overall power of the unit. Because we get nervous when we attack something, because we dont know if our units will shatter like glass the moment we reach another base. Also, is there any way we can delete units we dont need. Because do not want to pay upkeep for dead weight.
Okay dont get us wrong the game WAS good when it was a challenge and base 30 wasnt expected first day but now? You buy a pack for 4.99 and you grow past any f2p anywhere near. This game is just dumb now and requires no real challenge and its just made to spend the more you spend the more you grow that simple.
We love the game and we have put a lot of hours into it, but one issue we keep having is our game keeps crashing anytime we try to access some of our hero tabs, is there anyway to fix this issue so we can finally try and upgrade some heroes without the crashes?

If you think you can move ahead in this game without spend or barely spending youre sadly mistaken. Also constant crashing when trying to go to hero page, working in town mode or just random times. Then to be told they havent had any reports of such crashes. After many reports Im then told our device isnt compatible. Yeah Im gonna run right out and get a new one. NOT!
Fun game but make sure to go to a new kingdom and spend to grow fast. Once the bubble around the kingdom goes down and they have a transfer event, you are screwed. Just had a transfer event and toxic money Spenders who are bullies were allowed to go from the kingdoms they already killed off and go anywhere. Bullies in the traditional sense, not game sense. We had a friend get death threats for letting a specific player in and nm did nothing. That filth is still there. They will destroy those kingdoms. At least machine zone admits theyre money hungry and bans people like that.
We literally spend more time trying to log back into the game than actually playing it. Every time we click to enter the heros section the game is guaranteed to crash. Along with many other sections of the game.
Every time we go to the heroes section the game drops so we tried deleting the app and downloading it again now we cant even access our account just going to delete the app and look for a new game.
This is your standard international player versus player game with no rules or need for tactics. Spend money, you win. Dont spend, you are a sheep led to slaughter.
Great game great features much better than many other games of its kind the only thing to focus on is yourself and your alliance dont focus on the bs of the rest of the players have fun and strategize with the most competitive players this game requires Teamwork so that means lone wolfs wont make it in this world, you need to focus learn and grow from the bigger spenders trust us theres a bunch of them willing to teach newer players you just need to shut the hell up and listen get the benefits of being a part of a big spending group even if only five or six players are investing B.I.G. Its worth it when the Domination and multiplayer gaming really starts advancing its gets real competitive and worth the time and effort.
We love the game so far and its so good we told one of our friends about it now almost all our friends are playing it!

So many reviews, good, bad, and indifferent. Regardless of the comments it is in our opinion that this is by far the best game for those that spend money. And also for those that do not. IT DOES NOT TAKE MONEY to get a shield. For those that constantly complain it is seriously just annoying. We have many F2P players that are over 8b because they play smart and keep their bubbles on. Yes, there are glitches within the game and when we have brought it to the Devs we have not had a problem. Although, the 3 day shield glitch has been an occurring issue and has been addressed as much as it can. It takes an alliance that works together to build and survive in a kingdom. We have been in many just to see how players work together and dont work together. We are not always going to win, not sure why people constantly complain about that. The game is designed for competition yes, but also to have fun. If you really want a money pit of a game try Game of Thrones where you actually have to spend hard earned money for a shield. Anyways, we have been playing for over a year and despite the hard times, updates, glitches, and some players it has been really enjoyable.
Game laggs badly, Reinstalled the game, cleared change, cleared in game messages etc, game laggs bad after last update. Throws out after Gold Moon return to castle menu. Fights, when sending troops laggs. Town Mode when auto completing missions all we see is circle – takes forever !! Please fix , its a war game every second counts, if its keeps lagging , cant play like this.
Like other reviews have said, unless youre willing to drop serious real life money to catch up then dont waste your time with this app. Free to play is a joke.
Its need to be updated again and Easytech needs to make more games like this but other than that great game.
New update asks our email and password and goes straight to wanting to know our bank information and will not let us on the Game .
Customer support is awful they dont care about anything.. Their security is trash even when players get hacked customer service does nothing about it… We say save your money and take it elsewhere to another game where the developer at least has better security then this game.
