Why is this app not wanting to load? It has been freezing every time we try and open the app!! It gets stuck on a white screen or on the tap to begin screen!!! We used to play this game all the time and we tried to redownload it but its driving us crazy that it wont work.

Even though the Spring Celebration is still ongoing, we suddenly cant earn points to exchange for animals or hats. Thats really disappointing because we wanted to be able to collect them all, but now we have to wait for whenever theyre available again. Is there a reason why this stopped or is it a bug.
We just bought a bundle for $2.99 and there was a banner at the bottom of the shop saying that any purchase removes ads, Im still seeing ads after our purchase.
We remember playing this game years ago and we remember loving the concept and gameplay of it. Now theres too many ads! We have to watch in between every level and it makes us not want to play the game anymore. They get in the way.
Everytime we try to launch a new game it freezes before the cannon appears and it wont let us play.
Used to love this game, now not so much. You get ads every run with the progress bars that get slower as they get closer to the end. Expect that your what appears to be 15 second ad break will be 2 minutes. We wish we were exaggerating. Buggy, problems with boss animals even spawning into the level. PvP mode that only sometimes allows you to choose what animal you want. Devs got lazy.
TLDR: game used to not have forced ads years ago, now theres ads that are so frequent they sometimes outweigh the amount of time spent playing the game. We used to play this game years ago and we decided to download it again recently, having a new everything we had to restart which is obvious, however we quickly noticed a large difference than what the game used to be, the ads. The amount of ads in this game is staggering, almost every button in the game can proc you into getting an ad, from leaving the valleys to go to your zoo, hitting the start new run button, the refresh button on your character icon for pvp, even clicking on the button to go into the shop can force an ad. Most of the time these ads are 45-60 seconds, if we have a bad run then the ad time is longer than the run itself. Its completely awful. We understand that many games have ads like this these days, but we dont play those, and its very sad to see a game with genuine merit and good gameplay turn into a pile of ad slop.
Ok to get this started when we were playing the game the screen randomly blacked out and crashed. But when we went into the game again, we LOST A WHOLE BUNCH OF ANIMALS but this time the wombat a 2 special animals and 3 other animals :( idk whats going on but pls fix this again but still good game.
Ive played this game for years when we came back our account was gone its fine ill restart it so we did we grinded literal hours spent money on this game than a day later we suddenly cant use it anymore we deleted the app restarted our phone idk what else to do.
We had this game when it first came out years ago , we decided to download for old times sake its still as fun as we remembered but after every single game they run add thats over a minute long its super annoying and that discourage us from playing the game , like Im spending more time watching ads then actually playing the game.
It really makes us appreciate video games more after seeing Them at their lowest low. This is a simple money grab where half of the content is an ad and the other half is janky and dumb controls that can barely operate or touchy and stupid. 2 stars. An all time low for us. The one redeeming factor is that we havent found a glitch in this game.

The sale button, subscription button, and present button need to be combined into one in app purchase button to make the home screen less cluttered. Right now, due to the amount of buttons (which are just advertisements) the homepage looks messy and disorganized. Remove the excess buttons that are just advertisements (sale button, subscription button, present button) for those who have made a purchase to declutter the homepage and to honor your promise to remove ads after making a purchase. 3. Why cant we transfer progress to the Apple Arcade version? That version fixes all the annoyances with the regular version.
Great on apple arcade, but im getting a bug every few runs where the animal im riding disappears out from under us (no jump, no obstacle), causing the run to end with our character floating in the air.
Its a game you can chill and play.

We would buy this game its so fun and has cool animals that you can get and is not pay 2 win and even if you do pay 2 win its not expensive and comes with cool perks like infinite missions or 2x money (ps we would get the mission mile ).
We love this game! We love to catch new and special animals in the Savana! Its always awesome to update and decorate our zoo! There is a few ads every once in a while but thats ok because we dont think Ill ever find a fun game just like this that has no ads. Over all we recommend the game to anyone interested. We have kind of a short attention span so this will be a great way for us to pass time on short or long car trips. Like we once spent 2 hours on this while traveling! Its super fun and not too stressful! So once again we do 10/10 recommend this game.
