Our favorite game needs an update. We cant jump with any players.
So we LOVE this game, its really fun, but im upgrading to a newer phone, how will we be able to have our save data onto our new phone, is it saved onto your game center.

We first downloaded this game in 2010 when we owned the original iPad. It was a great game, we always remembered it. When we found out that they brought a remastered version of the game to 64-bit devices, we couldnt wait to buy it!! Im playing a game we originally played on the original ipad, but Im playing it on a bloody iPhone 13! How awesome is that! Amazing game, especially tilting. New games are so boring and make no use of the iPhones features, while this game was built in the prime of iOS when everyone was experimenting with the iOS SDK. TLDR great game.
We played many mobile games as a kid that are no longer accessible as of 2017, Rolando was among one of our favorites, we always loved the simple gameplay and interactive mechanics, we are so glad they brought this game back.
We loved playing the original and this remaster is really well done. Our only hope is that they will give the same treatment to rolando 2 the golden orchid.

We played the original version of Rolando and Rolando 2 a few years ago and we had the urge to play it again. But a while ago we checked for them and was pretty bummed when they were gone from the App Store. Now though, it's here to stay! It's great that you guys brought this game back, since it was one of our favorites. And normally we don't pay for games, but this was only a dollar and we missed it. By the way, we're not done with the game yet, so we were wondering if the bonus levels are still here? And will you guys ever plan on rereleasing the second game as well? We think we liked that one better than the first (that doesn't mean we don't like the first one though).

This is one of the first games in the App Store, and one of the best.
Super hard thats why we like it because we play cuphead and other hard games.
Very few mobile games catch our attention like this one did. We usually dont play many games on a phone, unless they are basic one finger type of games. This one is very fun and polished, we downloaded it as a free app of the day and we definitely would have payed for it. Some reviewers and complaining about the tilt controls ………we generally dont like games that use tilt controls but this game seems to utilize it well.

A very long time ago, this was the very first game we had on our iPod touch. Years went by and we searched for it with no avail. THANK you for bringing back this wonderfully brilliant game. It deserves more attention than it receives. Please never remove it from the store.
We grew up with this game, and have been nostalgic for it for years now, checking the app store every so often to see if it's returned. We were doing such tonight when we found that it has! And it's wonderful quality too. The art and design is cool, and the gameplay mechanics and concept are fun. Worth $3 for sure.
What a delight this game is back. A fun but calming adventure game where you tilt the screen to roll little cute Rolandos through different landscapes.
We remember this game from 2008 fondly, but am disappointed to find that this rendition is buggy, stuttery, and silent in this updated version.
We remember playing this game back in high school!!! Such great memories, this game was our favorite back then and it still is. Its just so beautiful, fun, creative, and the music is so good. We are infinitely grateful that they brought it back to life. 100/10.

The App Store is over saturated with pretty, but ultimately repetitive and boring games. This one is pretty, but very well polished & lots of fun to play. Drop that $3 and get this game.
We had missed this game so much! It was our absolute favorite back when it came out and we were so bummed that it was discontinued for a while. This remake is so great! Same characters with official names, slightly different dialogue, new artwork, and same awesome music by Mr. Scruff! Id like to see if theres an option to turn off the constant 3D tilting though, its a good upgrade, but an option to turn it off would be awesome! Cant wait for a remake of the sequel and see more later on! Thanks HandCircus.
Graphics, gameplay, and music are all perfect. Best game on the AppStore since it first came out years ago.
We loved playing this game as a teenager on the original iPhone. This remastered version is equally fun and the puzzles are fun and creative. The improvement to the graphics are icing on the cake. Highly recommend this game if you like playing games on iPhone.
Easy to enjoy gameplay you cant easy substitute on other platforms.
One week later and already getting QOL updates. No in app purchases, and a great campaign with lots of replay ability. Keep up the work handcircus! Id buy rolando 2 (or 3) in a heartbeat.

This is a great remake of Rolando, and the updated graphics and iPad support are very much appreciated, checking the handcircus dev page however Rolando 2 is missing and that seems a shame, both games are great and it would be great to have a recompiled version of Rolando 2, just as it was, for modern iPad/iOS devices.
Really loved coming back to this game after playing it as a kid. However, we were wondering if additional levels will ever be released? We saw another review on here from four years ago where there was a reply that additional levels would be added to the daily eventually. Well its been four years! Will they ever be released? We miss bonus levels and the Rolando 2 levels :(.
The game is super fun. However, we cant seem to get sound working. Im on an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.2.2.
We gave 4 stars bc Id rather have directional buttons….the movement throws us off & Im having a hard time being able to enjoy this game…we love the graphics & ideas of the levels…we just wish you could put directional buttons on this & id give it 5 stars..sooo could you….please.
We just want to say how thrilled we are that this game is back on the App Store, and how pretty it is. We have one small problem though…on the original game, werent there about 20 extra bonus levels? We think they were accessible through a coin/button in the center of the map/book. Please bring these back, the game needs more content.
We agree with others, great game potential but tilt controls ruin the experience for us. Add option for onscreen left/right arrow control and it would be a fun game. Jump instead of swipe would be a bonus.
Im not a huge fan of the lean right/roll left with no way to change it. Visually, it seems wrong; we tilt our phone so the slope is downward, so the rolo goes UP the hill FASTER.
We got Rolando back when it was one of the first games on the App Store and loved it. It had the best soundtrack on the store back then, too. We were disappointed to see that development had halted and we played the older versions while they were still available. We are so glad to be able to re-play our favorites with a modern look and feel. Great job, guys.
We remember playing this game shortly after it first came out originally on the App Store. It wasnt long before we fell in love with it, and was devastated when it vanished. Im so glad that its returned!! From the characters to the fun mechanics, as several other reviews have said, there just arent many fun games like this out there. If youve never heard of this game, give it a chance.
We loved the Rolando series when the iPhone was in its infancy. We were sad to see it fall away when iOS got updated. We were especially sad when the sequel got squashed with the breakup of Hand Circus. At least we can now play the classic games again. One more request – finish the sequel please.

10 years ago, Rolando was our favorite game as a kid. We loved rolando and we were devastated when it was removed. Im so glad its back, so please release Rolando 2. P.S. We agree with jasonact.
We basically grew up on this game, loved it and was devastated when Rolondo 3 was cancelled. Hopefully we get Rolondo 2 and 3 in the future.
We enjoyed the original versions of Rolandos nearly a decade ago and were sad when it was dropped from the App Store. If you missed it the first time around, please dont do that again. This is more than a re-release. With new graphics, a smoother and faster feel, updated sound effects, and the superb soundtrack from Mr. Scruff, this version is a real gem. If this is your first time getting acquainted with the Rolandos and enjoying their world is simple but they can get into sticky situations and will need your help. The challenging puzzles get addictive as you save your Rolly-Polly friends from the baddies. Capture the diamonds and solve the puzzles before the timer expires to win gold and max out your score. Our entire family loves this game. We hope the Rolandos are back forever. Dont miss this must have game.

IMHO, we love the first Rolando a little bit more then this new first Rolando because personally we like 2D and know how hard to cook Unity. Anyway, really thank you! Rolando is returning! And we need Rolando 2 off course. Please update Rolando 2: Quest for the Golden Orchid.
We remember having this game on our iPod touch! It was one of the games we were always glued to and loves playing. The nostalgia is unreal with this right! Ive been wondering what happened to this game for awhile now, we started looking up everything recently, too. So we cant believe this was just released! Cant wait to finish the game once again :).
