Lots of fun. Everything you could think of about running a rugby team. Wish developers would come up with something self-contained like the Football Manager games. Would definitely spend money on that.
Of course you dont need to spend money to win championships in this game. Its a shame that you buy players just to watch them lose a scrum or get chased down by another player 10X Lower level than they are. Thanks.
Spent time recruiting high level players that seemingly had no idea how to play rugby. Strategy adjustments did little to help if at all. Its a great simulator if you want to build a rugby town but nothing more.
We just started so can't give a thorough review but we're already drawn in- fun so far.
Good game but so much Server downtime makes it painful never knowing if youll be able to connect or the game will fail to get beyond the load screen. Pity.
Fun to play. Very interactive with the strategy of the team and even with each individual player on your team.
We wanted to learn more about Rugby after a trip to Ireland. This game has helped teach us while being a fun and engaging game. Lots of different activities to manage and master. Captures your attention and doesn't get boring.
Similar to a lot of other freemium games, but being a rugby fan we can let it pass this once. Fun little way to pass time for rugby fans.
Game mechanics logical, however if you not "live" on matches (like you have a life outside gaming) then you will loss matches that only "game logic" can make sense of, imagine the concept of "rubber banning" multiples by 5 of your not "live" at game time same time each day. Basic game physics that destroy the enjoy ability of a strategy game.
Must be on to win. But logical gameplay. Like many other build it games.
It is a lot of fun to manage your own squad.
Fun game needs a bit of work though.
Since the last update V2.40 we cant open game. Please can you do another update in hopes that it will work after we do the new update.
We live in the states and wanted to learn more about how rugby is played and to learn the strategies and lineup requirements. Game is easy to navigate and we really enjoy it.
As a big rugby fan and player this game really brings rugby to your phone. Well done and awaiting further updates which we know will not mess up our rugby management experience.
We honestly think that it is a brilliant game and really enjoy playing it however we think that it would be good if they could create some sort of guild vs guild tournamount.
Great concept and execution. We do think there needs to be a yellow/red card system. Players set their team to commit more fouls so that you can't advance the ball. We've had more than 10 fouls in one game. That gets frustrating but the leagues are really cool.
Cool game, makes you spent time Enjoying the rugby world, but when you get into details it becomes a boring like buying players, assistant coaches and a few more things. Can't wait for the next update.
As a rugby fan and a longtime lover of sports management games, we think this has a lot of potential. There are however, in our opinion, a few small snags that keep this from being truly great: 1. The auction process needs to be adjusted. Having the clock reset to five minutes after each new bid is frustrating as it keeps you locked in the bidding process for too long. If you made it one minute, the entire process would be a lot more exciting and efficient. 2. Live games should last longer. Currently the matches are over so quickly that it leaves no room for substitutions or strategic changes (which is what the game should be all about). It also too often leads to ridiculously low scores, e.g. 6-0, which are unrealistic and unsatisfying. 3. The in-game animations are occasionally confusing, with players clustering and the ball bouncing back and forth as if it had a mind of its own. It would be great if you could properly see what's going on. 4. The tactics in respect of each position should be modified and more detailed. An example is having a lineout jumping attribute for wingers, it's irrelevant. Otherwise this game is pretty addictive and we really hope the developers keep working on it.
