Havent played in awhile came back its a completely different and vastly improved game best on the web.
Isnt one of the rules of the game that if you pick up a card from the pile or deck you have to play it? Cause multiple times when we play against the app itll pick up a card and just hold on to it, wont play it. If we pick up a card it makes us play it, very unfair.
This new version doesnt work with ads. The ads dont go away, so you cant get to the game. If there are words in the upper left hand corner that say: feature >> You may as well try a game from a different game provider.
We love this game. However, after we have notice several times the scoring is incorrect! Please fix this so we can get joy your game more.
You have to pretend to lose in order to win or she rage quits (AND WINS BY DEFAULT) even after the final meld. The only challenge is you have to lose enough? What crud! It took the developers a year to come up with this?! DO BETTER DESIGNERS!!!! Oh, and the original Morgana pic was the correct and better one. Still love this app but Morgana is just ridiculous.
The game is fun when youre not stuck in an unskippable add this is very frustrating please fix this issue.
It added a third joker when we had both in initial deal.
Impossible to lose 20 in a row. Other player gets all the cards he needs.
We love playing Rummy 500 but we get very frustrated scrolling and deleting ads. Sometimes we quit at five and just go to Another game.
The app constantly logs us out of our account and wont save our points. Asks us multiple times to log in. Super annoying.

This game is definitely enjoyable. It brings back memories of playing Rummy 500.
After an ad plays, the sound is often off when the game starts. The ad has sound, but its like there is a glitch that causes the sound in the game to fail. The only way to get it back is to close the app and reopen. After watching another ad upon reopening, sometimes the sound is there and sometimes its still off. We keep our sound setting to on all the time.
The computer ALWAYS has at least seven cards to play on its first turn ALWAYS. Its like playing against someone that knows what cards youre holding. Definitely a democrat designed this app.
Love the game, but the very long game app ads in between are SUPER annoying.
Opponent ALWAYS has the advantage. Always opens playing about 9 cards of the 13 dealt. Its very frustrating.
All in all the game is just what youd hope for in a simple card game. HOWEVER, after about 1100 games now we feel confident alleging the programmers have designed the game for beginners. Ive played rummy for decades, and never have we seen soooo many opening hands that contain 2 to 3 tricks ready to go. Further, its clear that what is dealt in your hand very frequently fulfills a trick in your opponents hand and vice versa, FARRR too frequently to be chance. The implications of this design choice is a gameplay that heavily favors players who are attempting to offload their hand as quickly as possible, and often renders any other strategy impotent because players can go out in a matter of 2-4 turns regularly. Its a bummer, and we have been very hesitant to allege this, but by now its simply too obvious to avoid.
Over the years Ive played the game. It has been relaxing and a comfort for us to have to help us with focus.
We like the app, but its a pain to move around the app because of ads that you cant get around and take forever to clear.
Way to many ads at leadt 4 to 6.
Can play the computer to 500 but cant play friends above 250.
Whats the point of playing this game if the game is going to cheat you every time in a set up to win just about 70% of the time.
The ATT ad stalls and we have to exit the game each time fix this please.

Ive run into certain players that pick up from the discard pile and do not lay down the card they needed from the discard pile in the same turn. It might be a hack, Im not sure, but in order for things to be fair this needs to be investigated/looked into.

After the app update yesterday, we were logged out and lost all progress. Cannot log back in. Just keeps clocking.
We have been looking for a Rummy game like this for a while. We love it.
Now we can play whenever we want.
We love the app, our only issue is that occasionally the cards in our hand do not stay in the order we put them, and on a draw they will rearrange themselves. This doesnt happen in every games, but when it happens in a particular game then it always happens.
We just love game. We grew playing this game.
We have loved this game for at least 55 years when our husband taught it to us after we were married in 1969.
Its done better than most apps and the version we have ads, so thats a big positive. Our only complaint is that the cards are so small we have trouble differentiating spades from clubs. Theres plenty of room on the board, we dont understand why there cant be an option for bigger cards.
How many times do all of us have to beg before you decide to fix this game so we can play a friend to 500?? You are creating more games that no one wants to play, so you have the wherewithal to do it. IT MAKES NO SENSE!!! Also, why do you torture us with ads that will not go away?? What could possibly be the point? Please, be kinder to your players.
Not sure what is up but the ads are unbelievably annoying. You cant watch and close them anymore. Just dont bother with this game any more.
We love this game! Sometimes we say to ourselves, why did we miss that. But the game its self is just amazing.
This game is so much fun. We play against the computer and when most of the time, but theres different levels that will challenge us when we feel like we want more of a challenge.
Our Grandfather Ed taught us our love of cards which has persisted our life to present (71!) so cards online are great. Just a little strategy and some luck and there you go! Sometimes Im surprised to see what the computers holding when we go out! But thats part of the fun! Get in here.

The upgrade to the Apple version is heaven sent. We still have the old app on our Amazon Kindle Fire HD. The Apple iOS version is top drawer and one of our very favorite apps. We would gladly have to pay to use this version. A real KEEPER.
This game provides real Gin Rummy play. We play every day and its realistically fair in the percentage of wins and losses.
But suddenly theres an issue of connection with facebook. Ive always used our facebook account to synchronize our scorenot its not connecting. Please fix this.
Entertaining and fun. Very addicting but in a good way. :-) we have been playing it for many years now.
We enjoy card games, this is great on the go when you cant use a physical deck. Only flaw this has is connection issues. It loses connection and cuts out the game between you and a friend sometimes.
Great game, whats the point of all these tokens you can earn? Buying the seasonal background is a waste of chips. Any plans for higher stakes? $9500 isnt enough. Whats the point of having all these chips? Over $18million and all we can buy with them are seasonal card decks.
We like the game but we really detest the advertisement of other games. There is no easy way to get out of the game. We literally have to close our window and open it again to get back in the game.
