Its the best rummy playing game we have found, but a pain when you run out of chips and try earning more without buying them.
Truly understand yall need to make money but 18 tokens a day then 600 tokens for 20 dollars dont you think that it is a little steep more free tokens = more players. More players = more people likely to pay money for more tokens as long as the are not expensive as they are now, most of us are broke lets face it.
Coins are too expensive and not worth purchasing.
The game doesnt keep up with your percentage for the next level. Unless you go out of the board and back into it. You can only play if you have coins. We like how the board is set up.
Enjoy and play this game every day, however, we had over 1,000 coins and when we went to play today only 220. Where did they disappear to.

This is a great game have played for a long time. However all the sudden we all lost all our coins and they keep saying that they are fixing it and its been weeks and nothing has been done. DONT INVEST MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL LOOSE IT.
Although the game is fun, so many players are foolish. If the tiles had to be placed in the proper place, the game would be much more fun. Players tend to put tiles all over the board, making for a disheveled and not so fun game.
This could be a fun game but…….before our time runs out according to the green line it knocks our moves off when it get to red!!! According to our clock that isnt 30 seconds more like 15 or 20. It isnt a fun and relaxing game when you have to REALLY scramble to play your tiles. We agree some people are REALLY slowwwwwwww and even when no one has gone out it shows differently. We would NEVER pay for coins for this game because if these issues.
Unless you are willing to spend money on the game, it's good, but the chances of earning points for winning are practically nil.
We love this game. It's very addicting and can be expensive. We find ourselves at times questioning the beginning of game when you have to get your first 30coins to actually get good into it and the other players are already down to under 10coins left before you get your 30 and game is over. What a waist of money. We know this is how it's played, but when it seems to happen all the time we start wondering is the game rigged.
Buggy. When you win a game, it is not always added to your score. Ive won many more times than the score registers. We wrote several times to the support email and they wont acknowledge our issue.
Well crafted app. Easy to move all the tiles and play effectively.
We play a lot of different games and this is the only game that doesnt give you any coins for winning. Getting 3 coins per video is ridiculous! Also, it is the only game that we have to constantly reboot.
Our name and picture and points vanished. Facebook friend asked to become friends with us again. We were left with identity of 10S and a few points when we had about 400. So disappointed.

We had an issue with the game and lost a bunch of coins we had purchased through a glitch in the game. We emailed them and they responded the same day restoring our lost coins and looking into the technical glitch. Now thats good customer support! Thanks, RummyWorld.
If you love playing rummy… This is the game for you! Very fun, follows all rules, you play against many different ppl all over the world. Many different types of games from classic to one on one. Our only peeve… It wont allow you to change your profile name once you set it. We login thru Facebook and it still links our old married name from 2011. Wish it would update it or allow a change. But that it… The rest totally positive.

When we get credits to play because we play everyday or we win or something like that, the game steals our credits. Ill have 25 or 28 credits and Ill sign up to play but then a glitch happens and Im in the middle of that happening and we lose 10 credits. We love the game, rarely do we win, but its fun but we hate losing those credits. Thank you.
When sending an invitation to play over SMS it added a blank contact called Buddy Name that we cant get rid off! Also we wish playing with friends was easier but you have to send an invitation every time your want to play, dumb.
Love the game. Very challenging and fun. But Im not going to keep paying to play!! There needs to be an affordable way to use your game or win LOTS of Chips when you win a game.
We like this game but would prefer a paid version or even a subscription. The in-app purchases are very annoying.
Like others have stated, this free game is made so that you have to spend real money. You get 18 coins a day but when you enter a classic game, it takes 10 coins to play. If you win you ONLY get 2 coins per win, not 12 as advertised- the 10 of 12 is your coins back. It would be way more worth it if winners got their coins returned plus an actual 12 for winning.
Absolutely a great game but unless your willing to spend real money on coins, you dont get much playing time.
This could be a fun games. IF there was a reasonable chance of winning. And IF the game didnt freeze on our turn. And IF it didnt jump to the end of our turn without even a second to make a play. And IF there was a reasonable way to earn coins since we never use real money to buy stuff for games. And IF the payout for winning wasnt so small and the cost in tokens to play so high. And IF we had a fair chance of winning instead of getting down to 2 tiles and than a player with 17 tiles suddenly wins!! Come on. Give us a fair shot and fix it so it stops freezing.
Love the game but not given enough coins to play.
We have played this game 155. But only won 11. YES we know how to play rummy and do great on other rummy games. However What we have notice is that we can be winning with only 1 tile left. The others will have 14 tiles left and somehow someone always goes out – mind you it doesnt show they are going out they still have tons of tiles in their hand. We dont get this game. Its not worth our time playing if Im never going to win and Im going to lose all our tiles. Not a good game. Dont waste your time or money.
We enjoy playing the game but don't ever seem to have enough coins to play, and don't seem to have many ways to get coins other than winning.
Fun game but the boosts awarded to you are impossible to use. Instead, you are asked to send free boosts through facebook. Its frustrating because you cant earn extra coins and the cost to play vs win reward is kind of steep and not very lucrative. If you lose one game you have to win 5 games to make back the ten coins you lost. Without the boosts, you will loose all of your money quite quickly.
Fun game but quit making it all about making money and buying coins. 10 coins to play and you win 2? Ridiculous.
You spend more coins than you win. Constantly bugging you to sign in with Facebook (dont have it.) Out of the 20+ games played about 1/3 of them glitch and seem to stop working mid game. It looks like youre waiting on another player and then suddenly you get penalized because it said you took too long. Deleted after a few days.
Fun at first, but then have to buy coins to play. Deleted the app.
We would give it 5 stars if not for REQUIRING connecting to Facebook to save progress.
Get rid of the play with friends countdown instead make it so you can invite your friends and once they are in the room, the host starts the game. Make the game even $5 and let the host make private rooms and set the rules.
We can understand the game companies has to make money to survive, but this game is all about money … Similar games are giving you options to make coins this game is giving you very little chance for that and when you make enough coins to play then you are facing with stupid players who are leaving the game in the middle of the game or you are playing with someone who doesnt have a clue about the game therefore he or she is playing very slow when you leave the game you loose your coins …another bad thing about the game is ; there isnt an option for messaging or blocking the people while playing, some people are playing so slow on purpose to make you crazy.
Youll spend all your time trying over and over to get one tile to move and your time will run out. Why on earth did you make it so hard to get a tile to move right.
Its hard to stay away from this game! It is quite addictive and we love the Challenges. Customer Service is awesome, we always hear back from any issues we have and they take care of it. Outstanding! Rose.

We love the game, just wish you would give more coins when you win. Thank you please dont change the game just more coins.
We love this game and the setup is user friendly and fun. But unless one wins literally every game played its impossible to get ahead to play without in-app purchases. 10 coins to play, and only 12 awarded on a win! So disappointing! There are many skilled players which make it so much fun, but also difficult to win. We wont be paying more and will soon be searching for an alternative.
You wager 10 coins to potentially win 2 coins. This is a rip-off that they are only doing to make you spend more real $$. Fix or Ill go elsewhere.
You sell your chips for real money, but it is totally unfair that when you are playing and the competitors leave the game, the chips wagered are total loss! We just lost 40 chips and that is profit for you! You are thiefs!!! Im very disappointed.
This is the best rummy cube game. You actually get to play against real people and not robots. Much more challenging than the autobot rummy games. The boards are set up in a logical manner and dont jump all over the place like in the Original Rummikub app. If you like rummy tile games this is the app to choose.
Similar to the home version, but you can play anytime. Only drawback is that you have to win to build your stack of coins, but they have to make money somehow, so we guess thats ok,.
The game is so addictive the problem is to expensive to get coins.
Love the game and it has a nice interface, but as a beginner we get stuck playing in rooms with super experienced players and lose quickly. If there is a way to level the playing field and allow players to play with people within a range of their level, it would keep us interested. But it just becomes frustrating because there is a limited chance of learning as you go or even having a chance at winning.
Our son and we share our iPad. We cannot both play because you cannot change Facebook accounts unless you delete the app and then reinstall it. Even after making sure we are logged into our appropriate FB accounts online AND on the FB app it wont work.
Spending 10 coins to win 2 against 3 other players is a terrible risk/reward ratio. This game doesnt want you to play it.
We purchased coins, was immediately charged but never saw them added to our bank. The feedback button in the app doesnt work so we have no one to reach out to about this problem. Also, the option to watch ads disappeared so you are stuck buying coins (and never really getting them) or waiting to play just one game every 24 hours. Why wouldnt you want people to play your game.
