Community Insight:
Like all the maze games we are enjoying this one.
Loved the interactive hidden object scenes, puzzles and the graphics were outstanding. The update helped and we were able to finish, however there are quite a few glitchy spots still. The map is of no help – this game really makes you think and travel. Looking forward to the sequel! Thank You, KbBoots.
Great game, lots of puzzles. Love it.
This game was pretty good and the puzzles were fair. We liked the apple theme. We were happy that the puzzles were set up better in this game so that we did not bump the skip button with our knuckle by accident as we've done with so many other games in the past. A suggestion for future games: we would love to see more brighter positive atmosphere. More nature, color and beauty. Like Moonfell Wood. We love these hidden object games but they are all starting to look the same with too much rubbish garbage and junk, discoloration and worn, faded creepy stuff and too much cobwebs. Everything looks grey and blue and depressing with ghosts and skeletons and everything about death and darkness. We miss seeing beautiful trees by the stream in daylight. We miss flowers and berries, butterflies, bees, lightening bugs and the feeling of strolling through a beautiful realistic forest.. And those game puzzles where you untie and untangle the strings. We miss the soft peaceful music of harps. We like positive fairytale hidden object games with the theme of love and time. We get that the enemy will always be dark and sinister but we just wish that the journey could be more interesting with the kind of atmosphere that makes a person feel like they want to be there. We remember when we first got an iPad and started playing big fish games and some of the art in the games were so beautiful that we would perk up with thrill to our fingertips. The brighter atmosphere games effected our moods in a positive way. But the darker ones made us feel bored and depressed. If big fish puts out more brighter happier games, we'd be buying them more often. :).
Very shoddy map, Hint button sends us back to beginning of game. Level 2 Nurses Office has a glitch getting wallet to get code. Was able to open wallet after many tries now we can't grab it to inventory. Tried many times and now stuck. Not sure it's worth it to deinstalled and reinstall from the beginning. Could have been good if more work was done on map and Hint button.
Sable Maze: Sullivan River is a relatively simple plot. As an adult, you suffer from guilt over a childhood incident at Sullivan River Camp. You return to the deserted camp to discover why several children disappeared in the ancient Celtic maze contained within the camp. You discover the corpse of the camp director, who was in love with Alyssa, the camp nurse. A boy, Derrick, who could talk to the trees, also had a crush on Alyssa. The trees are alive and have faces. They destroy buildings and try to thwart you. There is a Transporting Map, a good Hint and Skip, a Strategy Guide, etc. Artwork is good, but a bit dark for our taste. If it had been brighter, we would have awarded another star! The Hidden Objects include combining objects or altering them. Puzzles have been the average sort, and mostly fun. You have a Diary, also. We have not discovered any extra morphing objects or collectibles. You see many ghosts along the way. There is a convenient reel-to-reel tape player with tapes to give you added information. For the sale price, we think it's great for a snowy weekend.
The plot is good, the hidden object game is great but had to tap several times to pin one object onto another. Never used the map. At times, get confused at an objective here and there so had to look up the strategy guide for a clue.
We like the game. Challenging and interesting, but there are a lot of bugs that make it very frustrating.
Enjoyed game, some of the hidden objects looked like something else other than what you were looking for, good thing you can enlarge scene when looking for hidden objects because they were so small never would have found them.Waiting for sequel.
This game only took us a few hours to complete. You would think for 6.99 you would get some time out of it. Content was decent.
This game is ok, however. We don't like that there are no directions with the mini games. You have to load the guide to find the instructions for the mini games. The other thing is that the items in the inventory take several tries to get them to work, this also happens in the HOS. That to us is very frustrating! Due to these facts we're not sure we will buy anymore of these games.
Game is slow , hints are horrible and no help and story is stupid . Too many hos and mini games.
No morphing items, useless map, boring puzzles and Ho scenes. This game could be so much more!! The storyline is great but the game itself is a huge let down.
We play these games to keep our mind off of our chronic pain. We DON'T play to listen to music, etc. We DON'T want the sound disturbing anyone around us. We went into the options, as always, but even when we brought the levels all the way down, it can still hear the music and sound effects. For us, that's a deal breaker. The hidden object scenes are confusing, and the tapping is off. We kept trying to pick up the photo but it wouldn't take until the fifth or sixth time! The map is pretty useless. It shows where you are and allows you to teleport, but that's it. No hints as to where you need to go. The directions for the games are beyond terrible! We figured out a couple by guessing! And, using a bandage on wires? Really? We figured it out but it was pretty dumb. And it took us over a minute to figure out what the wired colors directions meant. WAY too confusing. No sale.
Tapping the Hint button kept returning to the opening scene. Map is difficult to understand. Graphics are below average.
