Can we get some type of ground covering for our home base? Gravel, a road, plain grass or dirt tiles?
We love the update. This is one of our favorite games. We cant get enough. The updates are everything and it really upgraded the play. Cant go wrong with this game.
We’ve been playing this game for a few days and so far its kept our attention. We usually get bored of games quickly but we like how this one has a nice story line to it. Events make it extra fun with the excitement of completing more tasks and earning rewards. Having lots of fun so far.
We paid for the newspaper passes and we did not get one single energy we didnt get nothing we should have over 1000 energy we have nothing from it. We paid 499 and we got nothing.
We like this game but to move through it take ALOT of energy points and many of the maps do not offer enough options to gain it.
First day playing and frozen already.
This is a very fun game but, every time we try to get energy from viewing a video, it doesnt work and the game freezes up. We hope you can fix this problem. We have been cheated, out of energy, three times now. Thank you.
Since you added the information for the game on your other game we have lost our game all of our levels, buildings everything is gone, now what start over, we so am beyond pi$$ off.
We used to play daily but the latest update with forced ads just to switch between maps is a little ridiculous. Ruined the fun for us.
We were loving this game. Been playing for a while but the forced ads that were just added when switching between lands is having us considering quitting. If this continues we will be. Its very annoying.
This game was so fun and we enjoyed playing it until the newest update, yes the updates are good HOWEVER there are now so many ads it takes forever to switch from the home land to the adventure land and its annoying!
We loved this game until we had a problem . The app says that we got the update along with a bunch of gifts. We did Not get the gifts at least that we can find and we tried to report it to them and we might as well try to report it to the President of the United States . Its nearly impossible. So Im just stuck.
Im stuck on level 17. We cant upgrade any houses to move to next level. Whats up.
This game does not just let you play by your self . It is way to bossy . We wish it would just let the person play . With out demanding what to do . We only gave it two stars . Will give it more if it changes .
As noted on our last review we lost a ton of energy on the last update. Theyre going to tell you when you write a bad review for them to contact developer and they will help you with your account. We will tell you right now that is a load of crap. We did contact them they cannot help you they do not help you Im still out the money that we spent on the five digits in energy. And they take their sweet little time responding to any issues. The game is a ton of fun when it doesnt have glitches and works. It is very addictive for sure. With that said you better be prepared to spend money you will never earn enough energy to be able to continue to play for long periods of time it is a very expensive game.
This game could be really fun if you could more easily get energy. It seems that they keep adding more and more brush and plants, etc. And half the time when you remove it all you get stuck at a fence and have to start all over trying to find a way out. It is very frustrating and we are close to deleting it.
Since we updated we can no longer travel between places without seeing ads. It was so frustrating last night that we had to just stop playing. You guys used to be one of the only games that didnt make you watch ads unless you wanted to but now we cant even go back home without watching a stupid ad for bingo. Please for the love of god change it back or we wont be able to continue playing.
Our only complaint about this game is energy usage. Removing 2-3 bushes and trees completely depletes our energy, and we see others have the same complaint. Its a big enough problem if we dont see a solution in the future as we get further along in the game itll be deleted and replaced with something else. If they would fix the energy problem this game would be near perfect.
We can not zoom in and out any longer. The game seems to be stuck on zoomed in, making it difficult to see where you need to go.
Commercial not needed when going to different places . Ill spend our money in another game !
We paid over $20 to jump from level 11-18 . It took 280 diamonds and im still not on level 28 but our diamonds and money is gone. Please put us on the right level or refund our money.
The creators are getting greedy. With the latest update, they now have ads when you go from your home to the story map getting silly now.
Seriously you cant even travel or open a menu without a 30 second unskipable ad!
Was a great game. Honestly spent real money on it from time to time, but now they are facing apps every time you change to another area. Not worth playing at all anymore, and whats the point of paying when youre still forced to see ads.
This game has been pretty fun, until now. Since this latest update, you are forced to watch an ad every time you go back and forth between maps. Terrible. It has really slowed the game down and makes us less likely to go back and forth. We have no problem watching some ads to earn rewards when we want to, but this constantly having to watch ads to move around in the game is ridiculous.
Can you seriously not zoom out with the new update? This is an AWFUL feature. Please change. This makes playing impossible.
This would be a great game if there were not so many problems but there always are. The game has not advanced more than one map in the 4 months we’ve been playing. They give you lots of special events to keep you playing, which is better than nothing. But the special events have lots of programming problems or maybe they are intentional to make you spend more real money. This game is a HUGE money grab. Each special event has tasks. You complete the tasks and the players who score the highest win the most prizes. The problem here is all of the items that you need to make to complete a task do not get counted. We took a photo several hours ago of the tally of items we had made to complete our task. We’ve since made several more items to complete the task. The items that we keep making do not show up, so we can not complete the task. It takes a lot of energy to make these items and energy is hard to come by. This is not the first special event this problem has happened in. The help board is filled with people complaining about problems that sound like programming glitches. Using the settings to try to fix these problems is very risky because many including myself have had their game reset to the beginning by touching the wrong thing is settings. (Theres a mystery button that will wipe you out if you touch it with no warning). Anyway, its fun to play but the massive problems will frustrate you.
We’ve been playing this game for awhile and spent hundreds of dollars on it. Now all of sudden, it started us over and all our game info is gone. We were already on level 19. We bound it with Facebook and now when we try to get it back it just says the user info is already in use. Im so angry and disappointed.
When we first started playing this game was great. It moved along it was fair with energy and the story was cute. Now, after the last update its a chore to play. Now its a money grab. Those short, four-day adventures is a way to make a ton of money. You cant possibly finish without spending real money all the time. This last one where you barely found energy was eye opening. We used to try hard to reach the top three but not anymore. We refuse to waste any more money so greedy developers can develop more ways to squeeze as much as they can from players. They need to bring back what made the game fun and right now it isnt.
We have really enjoyed this game until today It has changed so that we have to watch an extra advertisement each time we go to another area. Really unhappy about that. We will be deleting the game soon. There are already lots of ads when you actually click on one and know you will watch one there dont need to be any extras.
This is the second time we have tried this game. The game is stuck and cant move forward. From what we have read on their Facebook page they dont answer back or fixed anything. Poor way to run a game. Im deleting it again and will never try it again. If we could give it a 0 rating we would.
After the update, you have to watch commercials when switching maps. We were trying to decide whether or not we wanted to try and stick with this game and the forced commercials made it a no-brainer to delete this game ASAP.
The game forced us to get the new update this morning and before now we would watch ads to get different extras in the game, now it forces an ad just to play the game. When you go between your home farm and your adventuring you are now forced to watch an ad. We really dont mind ads when Im getting something for them but we usually end up deleting games if we are forced to watch ads just to do normal things in the game. We really liked the game before today.
UPDATE: Developers response is simply a lie. We have been in conversation with them for days to retrieve our account. We have given them everything theyve asked for multiple times. They still cannot retrieve our account. Original review: Most recent update has put us back at the beginning. We’ve tried relogging in and it doesnt work. It says login successfully but still starts at the beginning, and the login box stays stuck on the screen so you cant do anything anyway. Apparently nothing can be done without player Id but you can only get that in the game which, again, we cant get into. We filled out a bizarre form for help (requiring a photo of the login method???) but have not yet heard back, but since we dont have our id number we guess Im screwed anyway.
Good game but the video ads are too much and too many. The farther into the game with several updates later the ads are everywhere even to get to other areas of game play. Deleted.
We have enjoyed playing this game (when it works), and have seen the game develop. But sadly it is having major issues with loading, we have not been able to log in in days and their in game help is non existent. This could be a great game but not if you can never get in it to play.
The tutorial was too long. Was getting super annoyed.
There are NO places in this game that slow down and stall out. This game just keeps jamming along we keep thinking, ahh this is it, its going to slow down, lose focus, and never recover. But it still hasnt happened. Theres always something interesting going on and this game moves at a real nice clip we never get bored. Well done!
These type of adventure games are our favorite to play. We like going to new locations and special events to look around. This one is by far the best when it comes to ways to earn energy and the number of special events. We do spend money in this game because there is also almost always a special deal associated with the events, and Im far more likely to spend $.99 a few times in a row than $9.99 once, so we appreciate that. This is definitely our favorite in this genre of game!
When they first brought out the big update, there were bugs, adjustments needed. But now theyve worked a lot out and its better!
Im really loving this game! There are so many ways to get little perks and energy. You just have to look for them. Everything is like an Easter egg to figure out. Such fun! Im middle aged and really needed something relaxing, yet a bit intricate. The stories are great. Very quick interactions (not long drawn out conversations). Great story telling. Theres always side adventures too! Theyre up for maybe 3 or 6 days for you to finish. Plenty of time. The more you play the more you learn the tricks and secrets of the game!
Fun game. We really like that energy is readily available when we need it.
We love the game but Im on level 19 and cant move on till we make cabinets on level 23. It is so frustrating.
So, we’ve been playing for a few months and apparently finished the map? When will there be more to do besides the extra events that are coming soon? Im really close to just deleting the game and finding a new one. We really enjoyed the storyline in this one and its very unfortunate that it seems to be done so quickly.
Hate the new update! Cant zoom out anymore so its really hard to play now. We wont be playing much till its fixed.
