Howdy. We really like savage worlds and this is a handy character tool.

Very handy. Almost as handy as a pip boy.

It is simple we quick and powerful. Love it!

It is a great app, only problem is we don’t see any place for Powers/Magic…

It is such a pain printing off character sheets and it can be hard for new players to understand the rules of character creation. This is the very best system we have ever seen to make character creation this easy!!!! It really should be a 5 out of 5. The only problem we have found with it is: there are things that change a charters basic stat (edges and hindrances) that don’t seem to update. This would be ok except there doesn’t seem to be a way to change these stats manually. By all means, consider this a 5/5 with a flaw!!!

Not the best for penciling out a character, once you commit a sheet you cant go back and edit certain features.

Overall, this app is great. An electronic character sheet that works well with Deadlands Reloaded in the Savage World’s gameplay set up. Made truly understanding buying skills and other parts of the character creation much easier. A few minor annoyances though: Once gear/attacks/edges are added, there seems to be no way to go back and modify or delete them, without setting up an entirely new character sheet. Then, Ammo and Power Points need separate trackers, as possession of a gun and an Arcane Background are not mutually exclusive. Also, the feel/aesthetic seems very crammed with little space given for each element, and many tiny fonts used. Plus, there is no space given for Power-specific Trappings. In addition, Humans (by far the race most used) as a race are provided with one free edge, but nothing in character creation accounts for this. Other than these faults and annoyances, this is a great app and well worth the time it takes to bypass these pitfalls. No obtrusive ads, which is greatly appreciated, and the backgrounds and dice purchases are completely optional, which is also appreciated. We would like to see a dark themed background option, as that is easier on our eyes and battery life, but would appreciate some of the more annoying faults fixed first.

So if you add block later on, it doesn’t update parry. There’s no way to add edges after the sheet is done. No space for powers/power points. Doesn’t look like this is being developed anymore. It’s not mentioned anywhere on the developer’s site.

We stumbled onto this app via a link from Pinnacle, publisher of Savage Worlds and started playing around with it. The main character we’re tracking right now is in Deadlands Noir, and this works well for that. The dice roller, which seems to be the contentious aspect of this app, works fine – you can add all the dice you want without any problem. That being said, given the choice, we will always roll actual dice anyway. Our only reservation is that we couldn’t find documentation easily, and we’re from a generation that is happier reading (or watching) how something works instead of stumbling across it or knowing it intuitively. This slowed down our understanding of the dice roller and tripped us up when we were trying to undo some changes we made on our character. We sent a quick feedback note to the designer, and Mr. Winn got back to us quickly, explaining how to correct our errors. Huzzah! Great app and an excellent way to carry all your characters around.

Application was updated to have exploding dice, which is a huge improvement. We will recommend this to all the players at our table.

This app is good. Needs a lot of tweaking. It is NOT READY for the table. We’re sure DEV will comply. We are a SW fan and will stay with this as long as DEV is working to make it better. Will update our rating if it improves. This app is a beta quality app in our opinion. Looking forward to seeing it get better.

Once the kinks have been worked out of this app, it will be a real asset during gameplay. But for now, it crashes frequently, it’s too hard to go back and fix mistakes, Edges aren’t always calculated into the stats correctly, etc. This is a talented developer with a great idea, but he still has some work to do here.

Horrible execution. Who ever edited this was high or is totally jacked up… And…. No exploding dice! We would not have given it any stars BUT it was free. *** The problems could easily be fixed to bump it up to a 4 easily. We would gladly support the product if this was done by purchasing an add on. So pretty please, with sugar on top, get your $h+ together.

As another reviewer pointed out, no exploding dice aka "aces". So this is a pretty app, but the die roller is a bust. App also doesn’t allow for edges during character creation based on race. Just not quite there yet.

We’re really excited about this program, but it currently doesn’t load. It just displays the splash screen and crashes after about 10 seconds.

Like another reviewer, this will only give us a loading content screen then crash. We’re running it on an iPad 2 with 1.5 gb remaining, iOS 8.3. Hopefully this information helps.
