Good game to relax. Bonus points for making it a one-time purchase with no ads or in game purchases.
A deceptively simple game at first glance. The challenge ramps up well though and really tests your ability. Hard to put down once we got going.
Scalak is such a pretty game. The gameplay is fun, with a simple interface and the challenge being a mix of figuring out what the puzzle itself is and how to solve it, but what really strikes us about Scalak is how pretty it is. The satin sheen on the surfaces and the jewel nodes that glow when matched, along with the pleasant background music and light notes, make this game lovely to experience.
We love this game. Its fairly challenging which a lot of puzzle games arent, so we were very pleased with that. Our only issue is that there arent more levels! But we can understand why. We imagine its hard to come up with new concepts for them. Definitely recommend.
The only disappointing part is that it had to end.
Working on mental rotation skills without the pressure.
The first 75% or so was not too challenging and almost kind of boring. Towards the end, the puzzles become quite difficult though, and we enjoyed those greatly. Glad that we stuck through it. Hope they add even more.

We have really enjoyed this devs puzzle games. This one might be our absolute favorite. It does an exceptional job of introducing new elements throughout your play through and it kept our interest high. There were a good number of puzzles. We felt like we got our moneys worth, but it also did not overstay its welcome.
This is undoubtably one of the best puzzle games Ive ever played.
Is a great puzzle game, the difficulty is hard enough to give you a nice brain exercise but not so hard that they're frustration inducing. We finished all 90 puzzles in a few hours, we wish there were more.

Addictive and often frustrating trying to figure out that one last misplaced piece, it was very entertaining.
All puzzles are can-do in a laidback manner that challenges without trickery or deception. Because all are solvable, plodding will win the day even when brains go AWAL. Thanks to shapes & designs, even those who are color challenged can enjoy this game. Only weaknesses… 1. Completed puzzles vanish too quickly to enjoy them. 2. No quick redo to restart a puzzle from its beginning. 3. In menu, a marker to make it clearer which undone puzzle one is currently working on, would make that clearer. These are minor quibbles and fixing them would merely make a truly laidback game more laidback. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Excellent game very challenging and very mentally stimulating we enjoyed it very much and we would absolutely buy again from this developer.

This old brain is on serious overdrive with this puzzler.
Great game, good difficulty and nice building up of puzzle elements over time. The only issue we encountered was occasionally glitchy controls for rotating objects, but it never got to the point of frustration.
Your brain will get warped at times but it forces you to see a different perspective. Its a fantastic game to open up the mind and see outside the box. Did it really just end though? We bought this game two days ago lol.
These puzzle games by the same company are so creative and enjoyable. They walking you through the steps to solve complicated solutions so that you are thinking the entire time. There are a lot, so you can take your time and enjoy them. Then move on to the next app and learn something else.

Just started this, but makes you think. Have to get 1 piece in before another fits. We like that. Hope this helps to keep the brain active.
The puzzles in this game start out very easy and quickly become very intriguing and satisfying when you actually complete each person. The only criticism we have is that its hard to pick up where you left off if you go back to the menu and try to find the last problem you worked on. Ive had to redo a few puzzles. Redoing them is just as satisfying as the initial. We recommend this game for everyone, it makes you think, and it is very rewarding when you solve.

Great collection of interesting perspective puzzles. Similar groups of puzzles with a nice variety of challenges and growing difficulty sharing similar motion physics. Hoping theyll create more of the same as we really enjoyed playing. 90 levels for 2 bucks is a great value.
We bought Hamsters four-pack bundle of puzzle games. Our least favorite of the bunch is decent. The third-place game is a good diversion. Zenge is great. And Scalak is a fantastic, top-notch puzzler. That might not be evident at first as the game gradually teaches you new mechanics (mercifully, without a tutorial). But after some time, the levels start bringing a smile to our face when they load. Get the bundle. You wont be sorry. Dear devs: make more levels. Ill pay for them.
One of the best puzzle games in the App Store! Its been over 6 months since the last update and we've been hesitant to delete it in hopes of getting more levels.
We keep waiting and hoping that someone adds on to this game or makes a second one. Loved it. Ive beaten it several times. Very satisfying as you solve puzzles. 2 of our children loved it as well and played all the way through.
Its great! Very calming and just the right amount of hard. But Im out of levels – it only took one day. We need more.
This is by far the best game we have ever played on the App Store. Its challenging but not so much that you give up, you can figure out your next move. The gradient approach is perfect! Im rehabilitating our love for shapes and geometry with this game.
Some times a bit hard (especially as there is no undo).

Please come out with more levels!!! We rarely write reviews but enjoyed this game so much we had to review it if only to request more levels or a sequel.
We absolutely loved this game! It took us 3 days to complete and we were seriously bummed when we finished. We could have done 1000 of these puzzles. Mesmerizing and addicting we had trouble putting it down. If you like puzzles you will love this.
Dont stop playing if the beginning doesnt get you. You will see a genius at work.
One of the best of this kind of orthographic manipulative puzzle games Ive played. Also, if you like Euclidian Lands, this will suit you. We bought the group of four Hamster on Coke apps after determining they all had great looking previews and reviews. Very happy with two out of three Ive played so far.
We had a blast playing this game – we wish there were more levels. Its challenging, but never too hard. Very well designed.

Ive counted from the last square that represents the end, and we figure Im stuck on number 49. There doesnt seam to be a way to skip that puzzle. Is it a typo??? Its similar to the puzzles before that one, it doesnt seam logical for us to be stuck. Is there any way we can get a hint? We love this game but Im stuck. Help??? Im back….we figured it out, wow what a great game, one of the best so far and Ive played a lot of games. Thank you for making this. Hamster hugs.
If youre looking to spend a minute relaxing and learning – this is a very good option.
We really love this game! We have a brain tumor and a seizure disorder because of it. And on the advice of our doctors,…Ive been playing Scalak and other puzzle games similar to it as a precautionary form of cognitive, comprehensive and short-term memory loss therapy. After completing and playing Scalak over and over again,…Ive been trying to find games as closely similar to it as possible. However,…we havent been able to find any even remotely similar to it! We know Scalak isnt considered challenging,…for most anyway,…but can anyone recommend any other games comparable to it? Id rather any recommended games difficulty level be as comparable to Scalaks as possible. Thank you.
