Community Insight:

We love this game we play it with our grandpa all the time and its our favorite game. We love it and you should try it.

We're just learning, but it's cool to find a new game to play. It seems to have a nice interface, but we'd love to get rid of the ad at the bottom. We don't see a pay version for this. Update 2024: Game is now sluggish, taking forever to respond to your selections. Update 2025: still sluggish, just used to it by now. Doesnt show your Scopas with the gold coin anymore, just the opponents.

Great game. We wish it would have your stats though! And it lags when you play . Card.

Easy to use addictive too easy.

We have a new IPhone 16 and the response time hesitates to move the Scopa cards off the screen. It is much slower than our old IPhone 8. Can this be adjusted.

We love the game Scopa and play with friends as often as we can. We have introduced the game to dozens of people.

Excellent game. Right speed, visible cards and easy to follow. We are having hours and hours of fun! Excellent to improve short time memory to delay or avoid Alzheimer. We memorize all cards from 7 to 10. Just two things wrong with the rules: the player who takes all the cards at the end of the game, in Italy is counted as a point in favor of that player. Secondly, if one card is left on the table, you make a Scopa; that scopa is not counted as a scopa! Thank you.

We just upgraded our moms phone and now there is a two second delay after she makes her card selection. We changed the speed in settings but that only changed the dealer speed. Unsure if theres a fix or if Im missing a setting.

Since we have a new 15 pro max, our game has been lagging. We have uninstalled and installed the game serval times and still bugs out just when we go to place a card.

Its a great way to play scopa, and the gameplay is perfectly fine. But if you try to move up the game center leaderboard, good luck. On the daily ranking, the top player is scoring 428,000 points a day, or continuously 5 points a second. Its fun enough to play alone, but we wish we could enjoy a fair competition.

We enjoy this game. However the card play is very slow and not responsive.

We love the game , this new version does not show the Scopa! It used to send an image when you go it. Also its a bit slow gathering the cards on retrieval. We love playing it reminds us of our grandfather.

Great app. Would like to see oppositions score throughout the game.

If you know Scopa, play more here. If you dont, download and get started. So fun.

We really enjoyed playing this game. But it hasnt been updated in a while and is slow and lagging. Before this happened it was the best scopa game in the app, and we tried them all but this one was the best of all.

Simple to play, effective and – best of all – the Scopa game with the least obtrusive ads in it.

What an awesome game. Could run a little faster but not a huge deal. Keep the updates coming.

There is some lag when playing cards which is why we only gave it 4 stars. This game is really worthy of 5 stars but there is a bug causing it to be much slower than it used to be. That said, we would still recommend this over all the other Scopa games out there.

This game doesnt follow the rules of the game. The computer only gives us the cards that he wants and favors the other player. Doesnt play fairly.

We agree with all the other negative reviews that the game clearly ensures player one has the right cards every game. Also and equally frustrating is the glitch that regularly deals more than 4 of the knights. Ive play games with the game dealing 6 or 7 knights in one round. Unless you like playing purposely frustrating and glitchy games, you wont like this one.

Like the game but would like to see everyones scores.

Our husband and we LOVE playing this game. It can be fast paced if you want or just play while sipping a nice glass o wine.

Ever since our last maintenance download, we have been experiencing a delay with the playing of our moves, and when we score a Scopa the game does not show a coin drop. Plus we would love to be able to connect with friends to plan them on the app through a remote connection. With all that said, we really love this Scopa app.

Great game. We wish it would have your stats though.

The only thing we wish this game had was more info on statistics. For example games won/lost, number of games played, highest score in one round, etc.

We downloaded this game a few years ago and love it. We recently bought a new iPad and this version is the closest to the one we had but the screen and calculations are very slow. We have to tap on our card multiple times or wait several seconds until our choice is accepted. Is there anything we can do to fix this lag in the game. It is very frustrating as the we have no problem with original.

You need a new update, we think Ty long. . We installed iOS 15.2.1 today and now the game doesnt work properly. Very slow response to every play. Have not noticed this with Thany other apps.

The scoring of the game is off..used to be a good app.

This is a fun Italian game! And there are no ads! Enjoy the fun.

Love this game, just wish the cards had numbers on it like our card set. It took us awhile to learn the values and pictures of the cards online.

Keeps us entertained with. A smile but we dont like the red background green is easier on the eyes.

This is a great app for Scopa. We play every day. Tom Resciniti.

This game is so fun and addicting. Learn how to play here, then order the actual Scopa cards and teach your family a traditional game.

We have played this game in real life and it is a lot of fun although on the app we are unsure how to play with our friends. We have added them as a friend but do not know how to play around against them. If you know the answer please respond. Thank you so much.

Good quality app. Plays a mean game of Scopa. No bells and whistles, no internet connection needed. Although we do have a question for the devs- how do you have a difficulty selection on a game that owes so much to chance? In terms of skill, the digital opponent does not seem to pass on operatunity even on easy mode, so how does the difficulty level change.

Great fun . Make game as difficult or as easy as you like.

Please add the other players score to the board after each round to see where both players stand.

Great way to play if you dont have anyone to play with.

Scoring is accurate and there are no bugs and glitches. Love it! Nonna would be proud.

We were introduced to Scopa by our fiances Italian grandma, and Scopa! Is by far the best app for playing it (and we tried all the ones we could find). Its very close to the real deal, with enough customization to keep it interesting each time.

Great game, two suggestions to get the last star… One is to create an option with teams 2v2 and the other is to fix an issue with prime calculations. It always seems to get the prime winner correct, but sometimes it assigns zero prime points where a person has a seven or a six and should therefore get either 21 or 18 points, right.

It seems to us that the game always knows what cards we have we have played this game for years and in real card game the odds are not stacked against player House always gets 7 diamond.

We love scopa. We play this when nobody will play with us. Sometimes the game doesnt count our scopa or 7 of gold. Sometimes the 7 of gold gets passed around several times during the game too which is weird. Good substitute for a quick scupa fix.

We have a lot of fun playing this game.

Fast moving and challenging at many levels. The games are over quickly so you can enjoy this during a break of unwind after work. We have not played with other humans yet but at least this gets us familiar with the game.

We learned Scopa ourselves. Not Italian here but love the game. We play with actual physical cards with a friend (we have several Italian style cards at home) but this is a great exercise. Too bad you cant play with actual people online. We love the variety of the different styles of the cards. Our favorite is Trevigiane and Napoletane.

We really like the game, but it gets stuck every once in a while, requiring a restart to resolve.

App was made perfectly. Feel like Im at nonnas.

Love this game! A bit hard to figure out the value of the cards but when we finally did its been a really fun game to play.

Great Italian card game!! Perfect to learn or get the rust off!! Ciao.
