The games are enjoyable, and Ive had very few "bugs" with them. Also, the developers are quick to respond to problems. Just one thing bugs us they all drain our iPad battery like crazy. Ive never had this happen with other developers games. Any thoughts on why that happens.
As unfortunately with so many other of your F2P games, which we appreciate because of the free to play, we regularly encounter gross mistakes. In this game thenallon ride puzzle! The help. Clearly says go through ALL tiles, which is impossible, and the solution shortcuts then going only through parts of the arrow tiles. Thats a hiuge programming error or cheat.
This is one of the least responsive games Ive played. So many times we tapped on an object or dragged a tool into a scene, only for nothing to happen. Then, out of desperation, we use a Hint. Lo and behold, its the exact thing we tried to do twenty times! This is ridiculous, and we hope they decide its worth it to fix this issue.
It really takes away from the game when you cant hear any of the characters talk.
When the characters talk to you, you cant hear them!! Whats up with that?? There must be a major glitch with the sound in this game!! We know you would want us to email your specialists, but we dont get paid to email game developers issues with their games!! Thats what pre-release testing is for!! We love the secret city series, but issues like this make us less inclined to play these games! We would have given the game a better rating, but the sound issue made us take 3 stars away. Sorry, domini games.
When the voices are supposed to be heard there is no sound but we hear everything else. No Im not going email and Im not taking a screenshot of video both of which are always impossible. So dont ask just fix your game.
What happened with the sound of the voices? Checked the button in settings, even deleted the game and installed again and no change at all. We can hear the rest of the sounds although.
It will not start after a few seconds of the video introduction.
In the game where, in the beginning, where the chalk gets stolen. We are having a hard time moving the pictures. Takes a few times at least to move a picture. Sometimes they go in the opposite direction that we want them to go. When the car is on fire and we have to play the game with the green gems on a checker type board. We put one down and touch another and it makes us start over.
When we got to the Alps, and picked up wrench we couldn't use it on the faucet nut. It keeps telling us " thats not right".
We had no issues with game. Enjoyed very much. The perfect degree of difficulties. Not too easy, not too hard. Well done.
The game itself is fun when it works. But this is the second game like this from this publisher where a bug suddenly orevent all progress. We have the item. We try to use it. The item looks loke it was used – but the game will not progress. The item is gone and irrecoverable. Restarting doesnt fix. Reinstalling doesnt fix. Its just done. Oddly, when Inmove to a new room, the item appears in our inventory. When we return to the room its supposed to be used in – it vanishes. As we said – this is the second game that doesn this from them so Quality Control is kinda weak. We wont start from scratch, so just have to delete and forget the game forever. Too bad.
We love this game and have enjoyed playing.
When you get to the mini game where you have to go find the items in the building once you get the pair of boots it doesnt let you go back The first problem we had was fixed fairly quickly but now we have encountered a problem in the bonus game your inventory doesnt show up so you cant use it.
We always check to see what new games you guys have and we were excited when we saw this one! But there is one particular scene that causes the game to freeze. We cant back out of it, not by restarting it, not by closing and opening it again.
So far the game was great but when we got to the Statue of Liberty the back button did not register and you essentially get locked in a room without being able to turn around when you get the rubber boots. Ive restarted the game but it does the same thing so Im stuck.
