Ive been playing for almost 3 years now.
It is the best game it is our favourite game of fashion.
It's an amazing game, however they should add a way to change the shape of the eyes; the face is always the same even if we change the eye and hair color, it's still the same person. It should also be possible to change the body type, etc.
So realistic, every outfit is pretty, and you can really show your creativity with the amount of options you have to dress. The storytelling, amazing. Such as the voice acting is so amazing. Im just obsessed, download it. Nothings wrong with this game.
The outfits are amazing and we made our own ocs with them but we wish the game didnt have a big file. We had to delete it in order to update our phone. Also it was lagging too! We just hope the outfits from this game can be put into infinity Nikki.
It will look cute and adorable can you do that.
Loved it we wish there was not as many ads but otherwise its really good.
Love the graphics. Even overall the gameplay. Theres story so theres more to do in the game compared to other dress up games where the clothes are provided with ads.

Well.. We been playing since launch. And we will say this, the game managed to make us finally quit. It is still not optimized very well. There are small stutters, and things load too slow for our liking. It doesnt run smoothly. We have reinstalled the game and cleared cache; Im even on a new device without other apps, good connection too.its just a very laggy app. The game also has been feeling stagnant. Theres not much to do on this game. 4 stars because overall, this is the most child friendly dress up game. Yes there is a dark story line looming, but its a good introduction for young girls to read stories like this. Its also great at blocking in-store purchases if the childs device has it blocked. It also shows girls good eating habits as well. Splurging on sweets that unravels HARD WORK? Things that the US does not preach about. Which is why in America child obesity and diabetes is high. But yeah. Its a good game, just nothing exciting, interactive (like an mmo), and it runs slow.
Its keeping kicking us out. We cant play the game since new updates for 3 days.
In the game, certain parts of clothes will have black spots where the design of the clothing shows, like the set corroded feather. The sleeves are completely black. This happened after we downloaded the new update. Ive tried restarting our tablet but that didnt work. Hopefully the devs can fix this because that really takes the fun out of styling Nikki.
We love this game so much! But can you guys make it so you make your own cloths for Nikki? Because that would be amazing.
This has been our favorite game for almost five years. The graphics are just gorgeous. The developers are so talented. There's a creative, immersive story with a diverse range of lovable characters. Events and side quests are just as fun as the main story so there is always something to do. We most appreciate that you don't have to spend any money to have a good time and go far in this game! There's nothing quite like this game and we're so happy it exists. <3.

Old review: Ive been a fan since Love Nikki Dress Up Queen, and while the games are different enough that we still play both, there are undeniable QOL improvements in Shining Nikki. Also we generally prefer 2D art, so we wasnt sure how we felt about the new art style. But Ive found it more charming than we expected and the detail work is really quite lovely and photography/posing options are very fun.

We played love Nikki back then, and we wanted to try shining Nikki when it came out but didnt know when we would play it until now. We did the first half of the tutorials like, dress up, taking photos, and chapters stuffs, but one thing that frustrates us is the landscape mode is available, we cant do anything around the mode besides pressing it before it says on our screen unlocks after 1-2. Ive only done 1-1 because of the tutorial, it annoys that theres no skip tutorial button, because Ive tried three times in different severs and we still end up in the same unlocks after 1-2. We suggest adding a skip the tutorial button.
One of the MAJOR problems with this game is how often the characters engage in disordered eating and diet talk, this game is for TWELVE AND UP. Every other comment/convo with the main character Nikki loops back to calories, dieting and why she feels bad about eating things she likes. This is incredibly unhealthy for children to be consuming, it actively encourages children to take part in unsafe behaviors. Just got a conversation with nikki where she said If we eat now our hard work will go to waste! We really like desserts you know, but if we eat ONE slice of cake the calories will stay with us for days! 3% of all US adolescents have eating disorders, china HAS TWENTY ONE PERCENT OF ALL YOUTH EXPERIENCING EATING DISORDERS. Shining Nikki directly plays into this. Parents we would skip this one for your kid.
We used to play this game a lot! But… We wanted to reinstall the app and when we enter it, it kicks us out right away!!!! Idk what's happening it's not a bad game we still love it.
So we try to open the game and It doesnt let us open and it start last days.
Apparently as of the new update if you have an older iPad , phone or tablet ,you will probably experience crashing ,the game it seems no longer supports older models. We enjoyed this game during the three years we played it and will miss it.
We were obsessed with this game and loved it but we went to join the guild party, only to discover that its completely broken. We cant even open the app at all. It blanks out and goes to our Home Screen. Im super disappointed because Ive spent a lot of time and money playing and now we cant do anything.
After the update we couldn't get into the game, it was empty and crashed on the first try. We have been playing this game for a long time and this is the first time we have encountered this situation. We deleted it and downloaded it again, but we couldnt get in.
Love it the outfits are so pretty our fav is the vast bloom we didnt get it but we wish we did anyways we wish the events where longer and yall gave us more gems for the people who dont buy anything because they cant like us we really hope yall fix this and we will love to do another review if it gets fixed and we get more gems keep making more pretty outfits and make them prettier than the next -love coffeehouse.

Ok so far ive played love nikki shining nikki and infinity nikki with tons of other fashion games such as project star life makeover or flipped in love. To be honest we really adore nikkis fashion and stories, but somehow we dont really like shining. The clothes in this game are kinda mid, although the story is fire, we quickly got bored. Just our opinion tho!! Its still a great game to play, but for a f2p like us, it may get boring over the time.
So this game is actually very nice and we enjoyed playing it but like once we just got of the game for a break and we LOST MY ACCOUNT. We were on like level 28 and we loved this game. We were talking to customer service and they still have not replied to us.
The only reason we got it was bc MSA talked abt it. But it doesnt look like what msa showed. :/.

Hiiiiiii :D !! So first of all this is one of the games we have never gotten bored of , its TOTTALY the best !! Tho we have a few issues that we really tried to fix and contact yall through the game but yall gave no rispond , our Maria's color tab won't work , it's stopped working , as well as the tasks bar which also stopped working and glitches us out the game , we haven't been collecting tasks gems for like a week or more , and that's ruining what we gain in the game we really wish you help us fix it , love you all !! :3.
The game is really nice however there are 2 things we dont like. The first thing is how much storage it takes because the data itself is a lot and when you want to play somewhere with no WiFi, that costs you even more storage than it should be. The second thing is probably the design of the clothes Im NOT saying there terrible just need some improvement or more detail something like that. Other than that this game is really nice and yes, we would recommend it.
While in the dressing room we are able to select and choose between every dress except the 'Lurking Shadows' dress. Whenever we click on the dress our game completely freezes and we are unable to do anything. No matter how many times we have reloaded and even used the repair function yet the game it continues to make the game freeze and it's quite frustrating. We're not sure if it's something you're able to fix but we thought l'd let you know. (It's not a storage issue on our device as we have 20GB of free space) Its the dress with the highest points in its category that we have so it stops us from getting all the things we could be getting so we ask that you please look into this issue. Other than this issue Id give this game 5s so we hope its something that can be fixed Thank you for your time and have a nice day.
Like we said its a beautiful game the graphics are amazing but when we first started their wasnt enough freedom, it made us pick specific outfits and it wouldnt let us pick anything else even after we left the hospital.

As a player of Lovenikki, shining Nikki, and Infinity Nikki, this one is our favorite. Im a big fan of Nikki as a character and the lore around her and her journey, after starting Infinity Nikki we became curious about her backstory, in our opinion this games story is the best out of all of the Nikki games. Theres so much fun stuff to do as well, we play everyday and always look forward to doing our dailies. Highly recommend this game if youre interested in Nikki and fashion, we will also say this game is very fair with its gacha drops and with crafting new clothing, completing suits and other methods to express your creativity. Its quickly becoming our favorite mobile game. Forever a fan of Nikki.
Ive been playing the game series for 8 years and we absolutely adore Love Nikki and Shinning Nikki. Best thing about these games is that its super cute and highly detailed and can collect numerous outfits it wont shut down on you either unlike most iOS games do. The graphics are amazing on both of them and the art style is precious! Although we heard bad things about Infinity Nikki so Id recommend sticking to those two Nikki Games unless you actually do love Infinity Nikki then stick to all three!. Other than that we recommend this game its fun and has a good story line.
Shining Nikki has a pretty interesting story line that can get surprisingly dark at times. The actual dress-up part of the game is fine, although theres a decent amount of clipping when you try to combine certain pieces. The event pacing can be a bit overwhelming as theyre trying to catch the global server up on all the past events. But otherwise, we think this game is worth a try. Once you get a hang of the game, the time requirement for dailies isnt too bad (outside of the start of events). You also collect things called Designer Reflections and the art for a lot of those is absolutely gorgeous.
PLEASE fix this, it shows up on some events and the shop.
Dear Nikki Chester the wife is very slow and we couldnt get to play it we cant give a penny to you about the game but we were so happy to see it.
Ive had this game for around two years or so and if Im going to be honest its always been pretty slow and laggy. The graphics are really good and we loved the posting feature where you can pose Nikki as if shes taking a photoshoot. We also really love the outfits. However, its always trying to download additional resources after a really long update. And we have a time limit on games, so since the downloads were taking so long we eventually just stopped trying to play. The daily quests are overwhelming for us and it takes us a long time to do them. We never got any suits because the gacha luck is really bad and we didnt want to ask our parents for too much money just for a game. Now, we recently tried to open the app and download updates and the screen is just black. No music or anything. We waited for a good 5-10 min and nothing happened. This doesnt make any sense because we had done an update/check-up around a month ago. Not sure what we did wrong but if we could get some help, itd be appreciated.
We recommend playing Life Makeover Game its basically the same game but with more talking and lagging , the designs are more alive and less annoying with the talking and gets straight to the point of the story , the home design is horrible honestly . If you are interested in playing this kind of game try LIFE MAKE OVER GAME.
We dropped this one because there was a lack of diversity in skin tones and hair dyes. The graphics overhaul update made what little darker skin tones we had look lighter and made dyed hair look a lot different than what it was. No amount of lighting and filter settings could change that. This was after years of players asking for more diversity. The dye system is a complete joke. Even if you spend money on dyes, theres a limit to how many you can get. Theres not a diverse range of colors. If you want a different eye color, good luck. There are some free ones but they take a while to get. You can save your diamonds for pulls that have contacts you want but its a gacha so no guarantee unless you can afford to pull the entire set. Home function is glitchy and crashes the game. Its difficult to place objects. The only good thing about the game is the plot and the characters. The writing team is very talented.

Hiiii we have had this game maybe like 2 years ago and loved it so we got it back but one thing why do we need friend chat like broooo really this is a fashion game love the graphics and characters and everything but can you remove the chat please you dont know if people these days could be sending inappropriate messages to friends just saying please remove it love the game though oh and we would do 5 stars but for the chat it lost 1 there is only chat if you have friends on the game.

Overall the visual are stunning we loveeee nikki so much and the outfit pieces are so cuteee momo is adorable too!!! Definitely recommended.
We really like the game even as a free to player even if we cannot get all of the stuff, one of the problems we have is that you cannot dye anything black or white. The graphics are beautiful, and the outfits too, but not everything is able to be dyed either.
We like this game but couldnt keep it becasue of our lack of storage.
