This games used to be our favorite thing to play, but now we're unable to access it. Have the developers stopped this game.
What is wrong with this game. It will NOT load after last update. We want to play!!! If this game is no longer supported the games users should be told.
We can not see our buildings at all.

Our daughter has been loving the game. Only defect is it takes for ever to get swords to continue playing.

It wont let us visit others. If we have a quest to grow ex: corn when we choose the corn it picks another vegetable. It does the same on all the houses,decorations and buildings. Ive played this game for years and loved it but something is very wrong.

Its hard to sort through add when you dont know who is active or not we wish they would make a list of people who online that you can actually add cause you need neighbors for certain tasks. Also it would be a lot easier if the decorations was more organized theirs 900+ in decorations it should be separated by holidays buildings or whatever and such Ive been looking for seawalls to add more and cant even locate them trying to skim through so much can you make decorations section more organized for the people who still play and actually like the game.
Please update this game or at least let us know why its no longer updated.
Fun game. Super easy and dont have to use real money.
Not sure what the problem is but we cannot load the game on our iPad.
Love this game have been playing for a long time lost it after we broke our phone and finally remembered the name.
Its a very good game and they start you out with enough stuff. You are not forced to use actual ,money because there are free ways to get the items you need. If you have the patience to wait when you dont have a lot, its easy to gain and bounce back. The things that wash up on shore really do give you a lot ie:seaweed, wood, and other junk. We have actually get little to no ads. Basically, you just have to stick with it and wait.

Finding the time machine skull is interesting, found the sulpher for its eyes, need the chalk to make it work…still searching.

Amazing game overall we used to play it years ago and wish the Facebook connect function still worked, its also slow loading screen at first but after the first time booting it up it works amazingly good. We wish the developers would still update it though in order to fix these bugs but all in all great game.
We just downloaded it and its been loading on the home screen since 4:00 and its only halfway done and its been 10 minutes and it still is isnt done.
So after emailing and having issues fixed our game completely froze. A year later Im trying again and got into it. We still cant touch/finish one part and we cant visit anybody or it freezes. However, the problem is neighbors. We cant finish two things without messages in bottles and this isnt cool because we send requests every day. We get the point of this but really. It makes us want to stop playing again.
Hi there. We are having trouble getting into Violets island as it is one of our tasks. It does not load at all and after awhile, we receive a message like Ben is tinkering with the servers or something. Can you fix this please? We really want to complete this mission and we cannot do that when we cant even get into Violets island to search for four gifts. Thank you.
Great Game But can you guys update this game so we can read the subtitles and fix the store.
Game needs major improvements. Downloaded the game on iPhone 8 which is only a few months old and software is updated regularly. Clicked the game to start loading it and it go to the Halfway point and then stops loading. Seriously..? Why have a game and advertise for it if its not going to even function properly. Please fix the loading of the game so users can enjoy trying the game out. So far not impressed.
The game has not been able to open since Tuesday 6/11 and its now 6/14. The message about Ben tinkering with the servers keeps coming up with instructions to Re-try in a few minutes. The bar at the bottom that fills from left to right stops about 75% across and will not go further. We were enjoying the game until this happened.
We really love this game! The only thing we would change is being able to pick which quests you want to work on, particularly when searching the "jungle" because you have no control over what is found. Now, we have a million half finished buildings that expired and we have to sell, rather than being able to finish the ones we want and just ignoring the others. Please fix this and we'll rate a 5.
Love the game. Only have one problem with it. Our entire game locks up when we tap on the waterfall. Have to exit the game and reopen the app:(( Besides that, it's probably our favorite game.

Ok so obviously this game wont let us play for some reason. Every time we go to play it will load half way then kick us off.
We download it to our phone and it wont work ive tried it all we love the game but it wont work start nothing it just says server unavailable.

After purchasing a packet. Our game has froze and Im unable to play. Have done everything possible and still unable to play. We enjoy the game but the bugs need to be fixed in it.
This app is a joke! Nothing works right and Ive requested support many times and the administrators dont seem to care! Its a shame because we do pay for upgrades and items to better our game play. We must not be important enough for their time! Ill give it one more week and if we dont get any response well, we guess it will be an easy click delete. Not wasting anymore time on a game they obviously dont care about their customers.
We loved this game on our older iPad, then got a new one and the images will not load….we just have open space with a bunch of empty squares on it. Is there a setting we can change to make the images load? We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail.
