We had never heard of this game before and we have no clue why. We used to loooove playing shop games when we were younger. But the wait times for crafting things to sell always made us lose interest. But this game is so fricking awesome!!!! Money is super easy to come by and things seem expensive but you can afford them in no time. Diamonds (which are basically like the hard to come by currency) are pretty plentiful as well. We like the different aspects of the game. Not only are you a shopkeeper but you also gear up heros to get supplies for you, you help build the town. Ive played for one day and Im already at level 12. Its so easy to level up and grow. So far theres four different materials that regenerate on their own and a couple that your heros have to get for you. This is awesome, so you can make products that cost one material while the other is regenerating. The longest thing to craft Ive seen so far was like 3ish minutes, most are like 30 seconds. And the more you craft it the better the quality and benefits are from that item and making that item unlocks others. And from time to time different people will come in and offer stuff to buy, be it crafting supplies or items. Or people will request a bunch of one item and in return they give you basically progress in unlocking them for your hero squad. There is energy that you use to make people pay more for your items but you can easily refill it. Just selling an item gives you energy but you can also get more by discounting it. And theres also a pet that one of the townspeople just gives it to you, you can pick a dog or cat and as you feed them and level them up you get random bursts of energy. It definitely isnt your average game. It is the opposite of idle. No stopping or waiting is really needed. You Dont have to get off and wait hours to be able to progress. You could play this game for hours and we do. We dont ever get bored, theres always stuff to be done. So many projects to work on! Would definitely recommend! We cant stop talking about it!!! We LOVE IT.
We think it would be nice to upgrade the pet house. Like the cat tree can get larger and cooler, just as an extra feature to give bonus energy or something.
Sooooooo exciting and addicting.
The game play is very fun and very easy you simply make weapons and you put them on shelves and wait for customers to roll in and to buy them you can spend action points to barter with them either increasing the price or decreasing it is a very easy to maintain the game but we would love to see a feature where you can temporary Close down the shop Ive had many situations where we are all out of items and making new ones but customers keep coming in and we have to decline what theyre asking it would be very helpful to have a button or a sign that says you were temporarily closed not allowing any customers it until wanted.
We love this game, and we have no bad things to say.
Nice little game. We enjoy playing. Layout on iphone 13 could use some work because the exit buttons for windows are behind other icons. We played this game in the past and remember diamonds being easier to get, which was more fun.
We've always had a sweet spot for 'Run a shop of your own design' games, and this game is no exception. The product making system is simple but balanced and we like how the wide variety of customers ensured that everything will eventually sell, though it does limit consequences for poor choices. The selling UI is unique and intuitive, though we find it a little silly that you can just surcharge any customer you want for no reason with no reprocussions. Really our biggest gripe with the game is that there's no way to close up shop; most games of this genre have a "Close up shop" feature or an "End of shift" condition that happens at the end of a day. This is good because it gives the player a good stopping point if they need to put the game down, and time where there are no customers to prep for the next day. The game offers no such respite, when the day is over you it turns to night and you keep working untill it's day at which point you keep working. The customers never stop coming in, the doors never close. This constant stream of customers is hard to keep up with and is occasionally overwhelming. We think the game could benefit from a feature which matches the day-night cycle to an open-closed cycle to allow players the option to work through the night prepping for the next day.
Great game! Lots of great features and ideas but we wasnt able to access the garden building or the resource herbs. We looked everywhere to see why we couldnt but it seems like its just a bug. Really frustrating.
You relize Russian kids who play your games are sad because of you.
We played this game probably a year or more so ago and we remember enjoying it. Im not sure why we initially stoped playing but we got reminded of this game and decided to download it again. Immediately Im bombarded with several screens, we were pretty overwhelmed. We figured its because of all the updates, we got really excited know this and went to restart our game. That way we can relearn how to play and take a slower approach to learning the new stuff. Thats when we find out that you cant, you cant restart! You know why? Because otherwise you would exploit the game. In other words you dont want players to enjoy the game without paying money for in app purchases. Because there will come a point when advancing without taking out ur wallet wont be possible. Thats really greedy and trash. Im writing this review that way we dont forget why we deleted this app today. That way we wont reinstall it, thinking we could re-enjoy it again. Would not recommend.
We got to lvl 60 just to lose all our progress.. One day we played then the next our account was gone and we Tried to get it back and they never emailed us back. Ive spent around 100$ on this game and Im the end it was just a scam. Dont recommend this to anyone.
Word to the wise. This game is pay 2 play.
We dont know what this game is about but would love to find out but we start to load in and it says theres an error trying to connect to the server and we tried it with and without WiFi Ive also deleted and redownloaded the game and still nothing.
Wasted so much time and money on this game only to have it all taken away cause the new service to transfer game data caused us to lose everything dont download.
Your newest update broke the game.
The game itself would be good if they didnt have soo much content behind pay walls. You cant craft a large amount of items unless you buy individual packs over $20 each. The biggest problem is they expect you to pay a $9.99 monthly subscription for a mobile game. If you dont have the subscription you dont get the good loot and it actually shows you what you could have gotten. The thing that made us quit playing it was that items on your heros frequently break and can only be repaired with gold if you have a subscription. So, if you get a legendary piece of equipment your not likely to equip. Kinda takes the fun out of looking for good gear.
All around amazing game, not disappointed.
Ive been playing this game since it came out years ago. We used to absolutely love it and Ive spent a ton of real money on it. Unfortunately, the percentages at which things fail or break isnt consistent with what is shown. Before any buffs, the fusions of legendary items is supposed to be 50% success rate. Ive done many legendary fusions and documented them, and the rate is MUCH lower than that. The rate at which items break is supposed to be VERY low, with the higher quality being less likely to break, yet when we send our heroes out on quests, somehow the higher quality items are the ones breaking the most often? Thats not right. And unless you have Royal Merchant (the subscription service at $10/month that allows you to repair items for gold instead of diamonds), youre out of items left and right OR youre broke on diamonds. Its near impossible to enjoy the game without Royal Merchant, as we dont want to send our heroes on quests because we know their high-quality items will break. If we cant send them on quests, Im not gaining components or chests/keys. We cant pay anymore money than we already have. And we have to stop playing the game because we no longer enjoy it.
With the new update its not loading.
Okay this is one of our absolute favorite games and we love designing games, which this lets you design a shop just how you want. We do have a suggestion, players should be able to lock a certain item or items to shelves, racks, etc. We know there is a lock feature to keep some items from being put on shelves, but it would soothe us to be able to lock something so only THAT item goes on THAT rack/shelf/etc.
We cant make the flawless fusions.
This game is really fun. We were really enjoying it. But then as we were trying to create some items, we were out of an ingredient. So, we went looking for the information on how to get the ingredient. Turns out you can craft it. But in order to craft it, you have to have a certain worker. So we tried to find out how to get the worker. Turns out, the only way to get the worker is to pay 20 dollars. Ive suddenly lost all interest in playing this game. You should not force people to pay for part of the game. The other bad part is that its constantly pushing new deals onto you to buy more stuff. Just about every day we log on, there is another deal thats in your face wanting you to spend more money. The more we play this, the more we feel like its pay to win. No longer interested.
Why would we pay for the royal merchant subscription and then pay 1500 gems to unlock all of the cinco de Mayo rewards. Yall are seriously tripping.
For some reason the game limits short hairstyles to male only avatars and long hairstyles to female only avatars.
Watch spending real money in this game!!! Our game is frozen and locked up. We sent emails in and got no response from there help center. It is going on 3 weeks now. Just watch is you use real money.
Hard time finding new guildmates.
We wished we could give the game a higher review. It deserves it. Unfortunately the customer service team has no idea what a customer is. Truly sad.
We love the graphics and gameplay. You can be incredibly unique and create your very own custom shop. We recommend this to all mobile gamers out there. There is so much to do.
This is one of those games which encourages creativity, and relaxing, yet addictive gameplay. Would recommend to a friend.

Ive been playing for 2y now we play this game almost every day overalls the game is pretty fun to play for a couple of hours the only thing we dont like is the fact that consumable packs are a little too expensive. We think they should lower the price in order for people to buy it , $20 or $30 we think is just too much . Ive played other games where they give you more value for less money.
Its a really fun game and a great concept. The only think is we wish they would add either a store hours cycle or a close shop function. Between all of the customization options of your shop and choosing what is made to sell, we want to be able to put a lot of time into doing it well and organized. But the non-stop flow of customers and the limited crafting slots makes us feel rushed. It would be nice if the shop temporarily closed so you had time to do whatever customizations or work orders you want without feeling like there are a whole bunch of customers youre ignoring.
Ive been playing the game over 2 years now. Once you get tighter levels it start to become tedious and long time to craft and unlock higher tier items. We dont know why there still isnt a dm ability to this game yet. It would be that much better if you could dm guild mates and moon guild mates.
The game is so fun and addicting. But having to pay for 3 things to get their exclusive blueprints?! We have to be paying at least $70 just to get 6 exclusive blueprints. You could at least make it cheaper that $70 or dont make people pay money just for exclusive blueprints.
Wish customer service existed for this game. Just trying to play a game that us and our friends played years ago but cant seem to get help to get access to our old account . Hopefully they reply soon want to buy packs.
Keeps closing out and cant play the game.
We love this app. We've played it off and on for a few years now. We always come back to it and pick up right where we left off. It's got an addictive quality to it that even though it gets repetitive after a while it always drags us back in.
Great time killer. Global chat is cringy like most mobile games with a global chat, but theres a bug where if youre watching a video or listening to music itll turn it off when you launch the game. Using an iPhone 10 S. Other than that a really fun and rewarding game.
This game is free to play with in app purchases. We went ahead and got the Royal Merchant subscription for $9.99 a month and we feel the money is well worth it. We've had this game for a couple of years now and still not bored with it. There are two reasons we give 4 stars instead of 5. First, as with nearly every game with in app purchases, there's an invisible pay wall. As you level up it gets increasingly more difficult to really get any progress, mostly involving the upgrades to the training yard for your adventurers to be able to level up and take on more difficult dungeons. The pay wall probably leads to many people leaving the game. It would be great if the developers could find a better way to manage player advancement proportional to their level other than rediculously expensive investments in the training hall. The second reason this game only gets for stars has to do with guilds. When a player leaves a guild, all that they have previously invested in the town goes with them, reversing any level progress of remaining guild members. We think what the developers should do is let them keep their existing value to take with them but don't downgrade the guild they are leaving. People can leave a guild for many reasons and those left behind shouldn't be punished. Other than those two complaints, we highly recommend this game. There's so much you get to figure out which is in itself a reward. It's simple on the surface yet there's a lot of complexity built in. Very good job.
We find that most games lose our interest after a month or two. We have been playing for nearly a year and it remains nearly as fun today as it was when we started. We are also very impressed by a game that puts morals over profit. We would give it five stars but for the fact that it crashes on our iPad every five minutes or so.
Great game. We wish they made a pet shop Game like this. It runs smoothly and its easy to level up quickly. We would be nice if they had more events like the tiger one or the Avatar one. (Huge anime and animal fan and so are our friends and family that also play this game) we are all waiting for another event but its boring when its the same city of gold over and over again instead.
Its a very solid game, and we feel like we enjoy the core concept a lot, but the constant nagging of Hey spend more real world money ! Interrupts that fun so often, it really takes us out of it. And then we start looking at all the time wasters and things that are specifically designed to be annoying to players in order to coerce them into spending more money, and the whole thing just turns sour. We wish we could have bought this whole thing for a flat cost, and just never have been bothered with the constant upsells. A solid core, hamstrung by bad incentivizing.
We would say this game is one of the best games Ive ever played. Im a big fan of doing trades and making deals. When you can do that while crafting and collecting items within the scope of a video game, its awesome! But be warned, this game is what developers call a feature factory! Theyre more concerned about pumping out new content and feature than fixing the bugs that plague the players.
No one was asking for T12. Give us some new hero types or the ability to save groups for quests.
Last update completely ruined the game for us it crashes every 30 seconds now. We have to find a new idler because this has become unplayable and we have zero clues why.
Dont get us wrong, we love this time waster game. We pick it up all day long and do a little something. But, repairing your gear is impossible unless you pay $10 a month to be a royal merchant. Yes they have repair kits but only subscribers can repair things with gold. We paid it for over a year and built up a huge stack of repair kits. When we quit paying they ran out so fast!! Its a vicious cycle, cant repair gear means you cant go on quests, cant quest means no resources, no resources means no crafting, no crafting means no inventory for the shop – the purpose of the game. Making good gear is expensive and risky with a high breakage chance and without repair kits youll break things all day long with no way to replace it. To us this is the major downside of the game and $10 a month is far too expensive to just play.
This game is one of the more fun games ive found on mobile. In fact id rate it number 2 of all games (number 1 being smash by ATA which is no longer available). Us and our girlfriend have both picked up this game and we recently have had a newborn so we have less time to do many things but are able to play on our phones still so we try really hard to progress in this game when we get the chance. Weve met good people and when our inactive guild was dying we grouped up the other 2 people who were still active and brought them with us to a new guild which has great people who are helping us grow. Were currently level 49 and 52 and have numerous t11 items. Definitely looking forward to the t12s coming out in the next update. The game constantly updates and has events which is a huge plus , our one and only complaint with the game is the over pricing of their packs. We know its not necessary to buy the packs but sometimes id love to get a pack for $5 or something rather than $20-$30. Regardless we have bought several IAP in support of the creators because we believe the game is good enough to support. Thank you for a good game and keep up the good work devs.
Originally we posted about the guild search being broken, but they fixed it!! The cost to add people is still way too high, and hasnt changed. $90 to add four people is a very steep price. We love this game a lot, but we cant afford to put that much money into a game.
They decided to turn the game in to a political statement and remove access for Russian players as if citizens are making the decisions. Bet they didn't stop buying or using oil or gas that "supports" Russia … We are disgusted by this punishment of innocent people.
This game is expensive when you get serious into it. Lately they decided to punish the citizens of Russia and Belarus for the actions of their leaders over the war in Ukraine. To clarify, a video game is punishing the people of two countries to virtue signal they dont like the actions of their dictatorial leaders. Its like beating up a kid in school because you dont like his teachers. Its insane and its stupid. So here is a one star review for all those scared people whose leaders put them into a war and are looking for an escape through media, because the people did not start this and the leaders of those nations are most likely not being punished by a mobile game banning transactions in their country. Ive spent a lot of money on this game, and if you want to help then donate your money. Do something that matters instead of sending a stupid email out saying your punishing the citizens who have no control of the situation.
