We’ve been looking for a realistic sailing game with real sailing concepts for a while. And this game is one our favorites, But it could use some improvements. First of all it needs more content and also improved controls. Also I’d be happy to see boat stats and maybe even achievements. Looking forward to seeing some more updates!

This game is great! We love sailing games and its nice graphics! Why is it 3.6 rates? It must be 5.5 rates!

Can you please make a first person mode? The game is amazing, but difficult, we will change to five star if that is possible.

This is a fun game that, we could see myself playing to relax. The controls are good, its fun and easy to play. Most other sailing games seem really technical and are trying to be real. We would never play those. Please add an in app purchase to eliminate ads, then itd be worth 4 stars.

The game is fun, but can you give players the option to change their view? Itd be much easier to steer this thing if we were always looking at it from the rear. The rotating orientation makes for confusing steering.

Doesnt allow you to sail upwind. Not really sure why.

Its like they want you to delete this game.

As a sailor, this game could be a lot more accurate. It seems like theyre trying to be accurate so it could be better.

This game does not have a way to get out of whirlpools and to get to the finish line we had to go through a whirlpool so we lost and we hate this ap the graphics are terrible to.

Disgusting horrible mechanics really bad.

It is fun but controls are terrible & very hard to control boat n sail in direction we want , controls need to be worked on ASAP & made more easier n smoother to use.

So when we needed it, we would use the wind. Everyone single time we would use it then put the sail thing down it would still pull us with the wind. Tbh the first few rounds are kinda fun but after a while it just gets extremely boring,( a while= 5 minutes) the boats dont add anything. Theres no perks or control when you get a new boat and it makes it not rewarding to get one, we mean who are you gonna show it off to?

This game has so many adds and you only play like 20 percent.

Silly? Really more like complicated. The wind makes it too hard and we dont like how you have to turn the sail.

When we race we have to find more checkpoints than everyone else.

This game has the potential to be a mini Sea of Thieves. But if you were to make it that way, try NOT to copy to many things, because otherwise youre just ripping off Sea of Thieves. Add more cosmetics for not only your ships but your character too.

This is the first sailboat game we have played in a long time that understands sailing and try’s to simulate a small boat regatta. 5 stars for That! That said, it has a lot of room for improvement. We find the controls a little tricky. The rudder seems very sensitive. Maybe a more analog adjustable tiller on the bottom of the screen with a vertical sheet control? Also, the tutorial we think is inadequate for someone who has never sailed before. A more closeup view of what the sail is doing when you adjust the sheet and a speed indicator might be helpful to show people new to sailing how you can adjust the sail to get the most speed in a given direction. Lastly, why can’t we buy it to remove the ads? Anyway, a great game and we highly recommend it to anyone interested in sailing.

Awsome its very cool and entertaining.

Omg we saw this on the Unity forums, congrats on making it to the charts!

Great simulation for sailing and fun game. Agree with other reviewers about need for left/right slide steering control and separate up/down slide sheeting control, or something along those lines. Also needs more races and a leaderboard or some form of tracking competition and progress. Thanks for putting together a more realistic sailing simulator.

Its a great game, but it crashes.

We’ve sailed boats our whole life so we were excited to see this game, but the controls are a real let down. Conceptually the game is awesome! And we love how you can adjust the sail in a pretty realistic way, but its so hard to coordinate tapping the left and right sides of the screen to steer while sliding the bottom for the sail. Maybe have a joystick style control for the steering direction and a slider for the sail?

This game is pretty great, for the first few rounds. It is relatively similar to real sailboats in the way you move, but really only has two controls, you dont have to tack/come about, or control much more than looseness or tightness of the sail, and obviously turning. It has a cool design that could be worked on, but is one of the singular most boring games we have ever played. Different races really are all the same, and once you are able to mentally link the two controls there is absolutely nothing else to learn. The only things you buy are cosmetic so we have no reason to play very much, and the controls are hard to get used to. Scrap it, start over, and add more stuff. Maybe multiple sails that you have to control individually, or a bit of a story where you have to sail around a map to do stuff. The basic idea of the game is cool and unique, but the way it is implemented is very much not so. Also, the menus are pretty uninteresting but very smooth, and we encountered no frame issues on our SE.

It has no point to the game and the game itself is confusing.
