We have not seen any update. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still no update of the game on our iPhone 14 Pro Max. Without the Facebook login ALL our levels are lost. Signing with either Google or Apple just starts the entire at level 1. All money lost in previous progress.
First, we LOVE everything Simons Cat! The graphics are hysterical! Even before we start playing, we spend a few minutes checking out all the critters on the game path. Brilliant! The game is fantastic and the levels difficulty increases at a good rate. The only complaint we have is when you play without a shield (umbrella) and get hit with water, it asks if you would like to continue with a shield and 10 more bubbles. If you buy them and already have 1 or more bubbles, it doesnt add the additional 10. Thats kind of disappointing, but overall this is our favorite game.
Way too many annoying pop-ups, but an otherwise enjoyable game.
Love this game. But the app isnt quite working. The option to watch an ad for 3 more balls wont load. Yes we have the newest update.
We DO NOT want to play simons pass!! But we cant bypass it covering up poptime and the X wont delete it. Thot we had poptime backbyupdating nope Simons pass back and wont budge! We m on game 441, so veryfrustrating!! Tried to send for help but no answer. SO SAD Carole.
Attained about level 250 After-updates game crashes Played offline to decrease crashing. When viewed an add crashing. Finally the game would not open without immediately crashing. Deleted game Attempted to play again crashing on daily quest now finished level 19 crashing Frustrating.
We had written a negative review because , due to our own stupidity, we thought we had lost all our progress. App support told us how to fix it and we couldnt be happier. Was shown a very X rated app ad. Their customer service jumped right on it. Bravo! Love love love this game.
Sometimes during the in-between ads the screen just goes black and won’t work anymore so we have to force close it.
For all who were not able to play due to game freezing (for last 5 days), an update was done 6 hours ago and resolved issue. You will need to update your game. We just did, and we are now able to play. No more freezing.
The game and all its components are excellent. It is animated perfectly. And sometimes we just enjoy seeing what’s going on with the animals outside the levels. Seeing what mischief they are up to. It’s entertaining too!

Why would you have us loose our daily challenges, when the reason we missed them is because the game was broken? We like this game, but thats low.
Simons Cat is an entertaining game for our autistic son but the cruelty shown in the Royal Match game advertisement game upset him. Why do you even permit such cruel & violent images on a game rated for children?! Royal Match depicts an animated king to be threatened by spinning saw blades, crushed by large stones, drowned in a variety of liquids, electrocuted, and MORE! What kind of sick mind makes up this game and why is Simons Cat permitting it to be advertised on their game? The promotional people for RM are significantly older than children indicating that game knows it isnt for kids. Get Royal Match ads off of of the Simons Cat game and keep it off!
After your last update almost a week ago our game freezes up and wont let us past the Simons pass screen. We have many hundreds of power ups and we absolutely do not want to lose those by having to reload this game. Can you please address this? You have been asked over and over again in the comments and the reviews to fix this and it seems like nothing is getting done. Please fix the glitch so we dont lose all of our hard earned power ups. And Im not kidding when we say we have a lot of them. Im into the hundreds for some, over a thousand for one of them.
This is a terrific game, but we havent been able to play since the last update. It keeps crashing on our IPad Air.

The most recent update results in the game immediately going to the Simons Pass panel which does not respond to touch, leaving the game unplayable Ok, you fixed this, now we have to restart the game after each round because the now the bubbles dont reach the target, instead bounce all over the place like a broken popcorn popper. Rally.. Is all you can do is replace one mess with another?
Watching videos now only gives 3 balls instead of 5. Triple balls disappear. Rehashed old levels added as new levels make it boring. Used to be cute and fun ! ***6/14/23 they removed option to watch ads for extra balls, fail !!!!
Since the addition of Simons pass the game is pretty much unplayable. Every time you open the game you have the Simons pass pop up. Once you close that screen it crashes. Havent been able to play for the last week.

We love this game and have played it every day, but since the last update it freezes as soon as it opens on the Simons pass. We have not been able to play since last Friday. Very frustrating!

We do enjoy these games, pop the balloons and feed the cats, but as you progress in the levels, it becomes next to impossible to win the games without purchasing extra moves. We refuse to do that under any circumstances. We feel that there are way too many ads we are required to watch, let alone purchasing extra moves! They make the games increasingly difficult and we are almost ready to delete the app!!
The screen is frozen on both our cell phone and IPad. Its been like this for at least 3 days. We have deleted the app on both devices and reinstalled but it continues to freeze up before Im able to play. Please help!
Maybe a good game for kids. Kinda stupid for adults. But the graphics are very good.

The game is currently not working please fix problem.
Good game play and graphics, but it seems lately that whenever they issue an update they need to issue another quick patch because they break something; for instance, with the latest update as soon as the splash screen goes away, the Simons Pass screen pops up and doesnt respond to any attempts to dismiss it, preventing you from playing the game. They need to do better testing before pushing out updates.
The new update keeps freezing up and doesnt work now.
IT HASNT WORKED FROM THE LAST UPDATE. CANT FIND A WAY TO REPORT IT EITHER. JUST OPENS TO SIMONS PASS AND THATS IT.

The game seems to not be working. The opening page just shows Simons cat pushing a lawn mower. When you try to go to a page it just freezes. You cant even get into the game to send a notice to see if something is wrong.
It opens and takes you to simon’s pass and stays there. How long do we have to wait for the simon’s pass to be finished? We still have 7 days to go. If it’s frozen after that we quit. Level 6000 so far.
