Community Insight:

We used to play when it came out we believe. We feel like that was a while ago but this game was so cute its gonna be our new fav again.

Used to be one of our favorite games. It is now become one of our dreaded games. The majority of ads on this game are broken. Your only way out is to completely shut down the game. We see the same ads on other games and they are not broken so we have to believe that it is the negligence of this apps team to keep broken ads out of their system. And the advertisers have gotten smart. The complaint button at the bottom left stopped working so you cant complain that the ad is broken. Sometimes an ad may run for as long as three minutes. We were told they have a standard that no ad should run longer than 40 seconds and there has to be the closure button clearly visible. None of their standards are being followed. Fix it! Dont bother contacting the app developers,we did, still failing in following through with their standards.

After latest update we lost all coins and boosters.

All coins and previous boosts suddenly vanished after update and ads came back. Loved this game, but its unplayable now.

Cute game but the long ads ruin it. There are 3 THREE 12 minute ads back to back in between every game. Thats too long. It takes the fun out of it for us.

Ive been playing this game on an almost daily basis for years (since 2017, apparently) and Im done. So many of the things that we liked about this game have been changed for the worse. We loved being able to play in landscape mode and thats gone. The ads were present, but pretty unobtrusive and easy to close, and those have been replaced with more and longer ads that are increasingly hard to escape out of. The worst part is the addition of banner ads in levels, because these really impede gameplay. We now make so many mistakes because the formerly smooth play is so choppy and unresponsive because of the banner ads. Again, we have played this game almost every day, practically since it came out, and the frustration level is just so high that its not worth it, even just to play the daily challenge. Enjoy your ads, Im done.

We have had fun with this game for years, but we cant believe you made Treat Heist require FIFTEEN games to win, as opposed to five. How obnoxious.

The ads are very persistent, extremely hard to close. Very annoying.

Absolutely love this game! Just wanted to let you know that lately, the game crashes every time we attempt the daily quest.

Hello, all – we have been bemoaning that the game was no longer working in landscape mode, but today we discovered a fix: click on the gear icon on the bottom of the game and you will find a switch to landscape button! Why didnt the developers let people know about this? Who knows but at least it works now. If you want to go back to portrait mode, just go back to the gear icon. Hope this helps everyone missing landscape mode! Cheers.

We love this game. Our only complaint is Jazz is needy and whiny but we just turn the volume down whenever he comes on screen. Just shows how greedy animals can get with food.

Have been enjoying this game for a long time, so would normally give it high marks, but for the past several days, trying to start the Daily Quest causes it to crash and close on our iPad. Not sure if something new was done to the program thats causing this, but wanted to advise others about it and its tech support of the problem.

Like many reviewers have said already, we are extremely disappointed that the game is no longer available in landscape mode. This ruins the experience when playing on an iPad. We have been playing this game for years – we absolutely loved it – its our means of relaxation! Its no longer enjoyable to play. Please bring back the landscape option! Thank you for your help. FOLLOW-UP: we are wondering when all the people writing reviews requesting we get the landscape mode option will get a response from the developers??? These multiple request/reviews have been posted for some time now. Better yet, when are the developers bringing back the landscape mode option???!!! Thank you Please bring back landscape mode. FOLLOW-UP to previous FOLLOW-UP when are he developers finally going to respond to the reviews asking to get landscape mode back? There are responses to ad complaints & cat characteristics (?), but we dont see any responses to this issue. Better yet, when do we get landscape mode back.

We have played this game from near the beginning of release. But it has evolved into a hassle to play. Very frustrating! The ads are absolutely ridiculous! There are way too many! They advertise games without ads while continuing to increase them on this game. Also, there are many offensive ads pushing agendas that only a few people hold. Agendas dont belong in games. Then there are the ads where there is 3 in a row that you have to click next on so they will advance to the next one. When you open the game app youre bombarded with a bunch of stuff you have to click off on just to play the game! We just want to play the game & relax. Some levels are nearly impossible to pass! We just played level 6813 & it is impossible to pass! We wasted all of our helps & coins-about 1,250.

One of the best games in the Draw match Genre if not the best! We love the art, interface and graphics! The gameplay is so smooth we love it so much! We love saving our progress to Apple ID as well too!! We only wish there was a profile where you can see stats and a leaderboard, which would be cool for them to add.. Please keep this game going keep adding infinite levels.

Please bring back landscape mode.

Its far more comfortable to play in landscape than portrait when using an iPad.

We have to add our name to the list of people that find the game not desirable to play in portrait mode. The way we hold our iPad is landscape. Our fingers can both support the iPad comfortably and reach across the screen comfortably; Not so in portrait. We hope it was not a choice to do away with the rotate ability as it was more playable the other way. Also the screen is more crowded in portrait.

We are another one who has played this game for years and suddenly cannot rotate it on our iPad. We even deleted it, giving up all our rewards we had accumulated, and reinstalled it. Same problem. Ive tried reinstalling several times and its always the same. We can get vertical but not horizontal. Please fix!!! (And no, we do not have rotation lock on).

Up to level 15 or so without problems. Just wondering if we get to a level where there is only one solution of if it is random puzzles. Worth finding out. Several years later, and it is a daily treat! * updated several years later ** CANNOT PLAY IN LANDSCAPE MODE ANYMORE! **** is it time for a new game.

Question – why am we no longer able to play Crunch Time on our ipad in the horizontal position? Will this be fixed.

Ive been playing this game on our iPad every morning for quite a few years now. All of a sudden, this morning it no longer rotates to fit our iPad. We have to turn it lengthwise and it gives it a whole different view. We old dogs have difficulty with change. Please fix it so it will rotate again.

After all the years we have been playing this wonderful game. We are probably going to have to stop. We love landscape modes on games because it allows us a much better view when using an Ipad etc. Squinting and moving our eyes up and down on the Ipad does bother us more then reading right left to right. We understand a reason why one would justify portrait because of graphics on cell phones which are just to small (even the.

This latest update 2/17/2025 made the game no longer rotate to landscape orientation. We are sad.

Let it be know, any ad we are forced to click on, especially several times, to move forward in the game: we will never use or purchase that product. If we have previously used that product we will stop using, purchasing. We do love the game, some of the ads are too much. Do like the new portrait format. Landscape format at was a nicer game. We did quit playing another game when they changed to portrait. Please change back. Thank you.

We love this game, but as someone who plays on a iPad, please, please bring back landscape mode! Playing in portrait mode on a ipad makes everything too large for the screen.

We actually really enjoy the game. It would have five stars if we hadnt recently bought a new iPad. There is absolutely no info regarding transferring our current game to the new pad. Even Google couldnt find the info. All our other games were easy. Two of the four we regularly play, transferred automatically. One took a little research. But this gameI either have to start from 0 or maybe move on. Unless the developer can shine a bit of light on this subject. We imagine Im just missing something. Surely the game, including the players content, must be able to be transferred to a new device. Update 11/29: finally figured out how to link. In game settings, we found where to log in with our we.d. And we needed to log into the old pad and the new one, both. Anyways, figured it out just as we received messages from developer. Thank you, Tactile, for those responses, here, as well as, through email. Its a fun game deserving of five stars or we wouldn't have gotten so upset, lol. Update 2.0 2/15: reducing stars because for some reason they decided to change to a portrait view rather than landscape. Now, if we admit that we havent looked into settings to see if we have a choice. But we logged into the game a day or two ago to find this change. Maybe for some this isnt a big deal but for us it isJust checked settings and there is no choice to be found. We will play the game again when this matter is resolved.

Highly addictive but the animations are so cute. Originally we gave a low rating because of a serious lag issue when not on wifi, plus complaining about the ads. They communicated with us in-game and tracked down the issue (an iOS problem) and very kindly pointed out that any purchase would remove ads. Excellent customer service and we paid the piddly price to remove ads and consider it worthwhile.

We simply adore this artist and the fact its a game featuring his cats makes this even better. Superb and thank you.

Shop function takes money without crediting account after confirming purchase has been made. Did it on two separate occasions.on different days. Please fix.

Ive played this game for years & its really enjoyable. The only thing we wish would happen is that the Daily Quest would have some new boards. Playing the same one for (literally) years has become boring. We also wish this company would launch a Find The Difference game like what they include in this one (for extra coins). It would be a success.

We really used to enjoy this game but after having redownloaded it, we think Im going to delete it again. Way too many ads and new features that pop up and make it so much less enjoyable.

… We really did. But despite enjoying it being a Simon's Cat game and the fun idea of linking treats…. There are other aspects of the game that are frustrating enough for us to not play. The boosters are pretty stingy. They don't dole them out much nor do they coins. We play to relax, not get frustrated. Even when you watch an ad, instead of say, 3 extra moves, like what you get in Pop Time, you get one. Stingy. And when you create boosters with a large link chain, frequently, you don't get the amount of boosters that you actually made. Stingy. And, we feel, unfair. Plus some of the levels, even early on, are ridiculously hard, requiring you to use boosters or buy them. So over all, we don't care for the game.

We Love this game have been playing for FIVE YEARS! Unfortunately now every time we attempt to do a daily challenge the game crashes. Please fix this! Im literally addicted lol Im on our LAST 60 levels yet again.

We love Simon's Cat and this game is a lot of fun.

We loved this game until we paid to have ads removed BETWEEN LEVELS. It was said ads for rewards would still be available. Now we dont have the option to watch ads for extra lives & rewards like we did before we paid the money. Wish we hadnt PAID for that option.

1684 is an undoable level. Several of our friends have quite the game because it is impossible to pass. To bad we really enjoyed this game.

This game is fun but its really hard to earn points that will give you tools to beat hard levels. The only way to win is to play the same level 100 times or buy tools. Im not going to pay to beat a level.

We love the board and graphics but we are deleting this app. As with all other match three game developers you cant advance without paying for boosters – unless you are one of those freakishly good players. Even the daily quest no longer gives good boosts. We just paid for 16 hours of unlimited lives and Im not even going to bother to use them. And now no opportunity to get extra moves by watching ads. Deleting it AGAIN. Its a money hog.

The puzzles and cute cats make this fun, but this game crashes and just poof closes out of nowhere a lot. Also the levels go from extremely easy to impossible pretty quickly.

This used to be a good game, but now it takes longer for the game to go through all its junk we dont care about between levels than it does to play an actual level. So frustrating.

This is truly our favorite mobile game at the moment it is so cute. We just love all the thoughtful details in the game. Hope to see this game more recognized for how great it is.

Okay this is a fun game and very addicting. Right now we think Im on level 643 but what we want to know is what happens after level 16? We have passed level 16 and the game is not doing anything else. Is there something else to do? Or do we need to delete it.

Omg they finally installed an update to speed past the rewards and t treats and we AM SO HAPPY FIIIIINALLLYYYYYYY.

Love the ease and simplicity of the game but why is the game making us watch 2 adds before we receive the level booster and 1 another after we win a match? When we first began playing, we needed no level boosters so we didnt have to watch any ads. We dont mind watching an ad because it helps us complete each level but to make us have to watch two ads now, plus the third one after the win. The game is fun and we like picking it up every once in a while just doing a few challenges, but if the game is going to consistently make us have to watch ads in order to play, it will end up deleted.

Too many bugs on an iPad. For instance, a mole will move onto a cat treat, instead of a molehill, and will stay there no matter how many times you hit him to get him to move, which prevents you from completing that task. Played up to level 1912 and just cant be bothered anymore. Probably for the best because we did periodically spend money on the game and we started to notice the nigher you went in levels, the harder it became and it was almost impossible to beat a level unless you bought power-ups.

And Im a senior, this is an excellent game. Check out all this developers games.

Lots of fun to play. Addicting.

Despite being basically a reskin of Cookie Cats, we absolutely love this! The Simons Cat cartoons are adorable and its amazing seeing these iconic cats getting a full-color game all to themselves! Awesome job.

Almost perfect! We would have given 5 stars except for a problem which has arisen recently. The arrow ticket for additional turns (5?) is no longer dependable. Sometimes it works and others it doesnt. Its frustrating to say the least. However the graphics are excellentand fun. We do appreciate the thought and originality that have gone into these games.
