We love the game its really nice to play very good graphics and it isnt an scam like most games it just needs an update on the plane and the game would be even more awesome.
But it need more update for many players still now example for mix version of reload&2014..
We love this game skyforce 2014 and reloaded. We’ve been playing them both from release on our iPad but we played reloaded more due to the ship perks. Our double star purchase went to reloaded which was dumb first off because the ads and the double time we played yet the one time we replied to support they changed the email and sent it back when we said thats fake,they tried to remove it from our account.
To the people complaining about the freemium model. Developers have to make a living, too. Yes, we missed the days where you paid one price and had access to the whole game. But, you make the choice. Enjoy it for what you want to, and drop it after. The developers will get the message. Nice graphics and a fun game. Have to have a lot of patience if you don’t want to pay. But it is want it is. We enjoyed it while it lasted.
This game is very fun. UNTIL you get to level 5. Level 5 is there in the chance that you progressed that far in the game without spending money. We dont know what you need to beat level 5. Im guessing maxed out everything. This level is so much harder than previous levels it isnt even funny. Its not even fun hard. Just frustrating. You should be able to slowly build up your ship as you go through the game. Not hit a brick wall at level 5.
Not good too much grinding from start.
Fun game. Stages get harder fast so you’ll be grinding the first few for a while till you can upgrade significantly.
This is the BEST video game we’ve ever played PERIOD!
One of the best phone games we’ve ever had. Im a U.S. Marine and when we were deployed, this game was a huge stress reliever during the worst of it. Yall rock!

Built like the classic shooters from the 1980s. Nice graphics, great controls, huge replay value. The addition of RPG-style elements the ability to upgrade your planes weapons and defenses really works well. We love it!
We were looking for a game similar to 1941 because we used to play that when we were little lad and was hoping to play something to just pass the time ! Boy was we blown away. This game has us thinking about it all day sometimes. We play whenever we have just a little bit of time during our busy schedule and its absolutely perfect! Fun, exciting, engaging, and intense!! 5 stars no problem! Looking forward to beating this and trying the new Reloaded version. Cheers!
The response is extremely accurate. For only a few dollars you can get it add free and unlimited lives. Great graphics and the goals are easily attainable with enough patience and skill.
If there were a rating of 10 stars this game would receive it. We’ve enjoyed hours and hours of play with only limited ads. If there were just more games like this. Highly recommended fun.
This game is awesome. The gameplay is immersive, the graphics are great, and its the first mobile game to make us get out of our seat to play it. We would absolutely recommend this game, but to any newcomers: BE PREPARED. This game is incredibly challenging and overwhelming hard at first. We’ve had the game for about two days now and we’ve only gotten through four levels because it is so hard. But dont get us wrong, its not hard in the way that its impossible to progress and you immediately uninstall it. It makes it hard to progress, and you often have to go to previous levels to grind so you can upgrade your ship. The grinding is quite enjoyable as the levels are very replayable and will always push you to get more and more achievements. There are no micro transactions, which is often a pet peeve of ours with games like this. Ads are rare and are often able to be skipped. Overall, we love this game and recommend to everybody. Devs, great job!

We add and delete 100s of games a year. This one always stays along with Risk. We dont play it daily, but we consistently come back trying to improve our ship so we can beat tougher levels.

We dont think it gets much better than this for a shoot em up ! Its not a bullet hell shooter but it is beautiful to look at,has a great soundtrack and the mechanics are simple (which is a plus to me). Also, it has high replay ability due to hardness levels and trying to get the achievements for each hardness.

Ansolutely Fantastic’! We’ve been playing this game the same way ever since 1978! It ain’t alway’s so dull and the graphic’s are alway’s a familiar sight for the video game theatre!
Have played this game for a few years now and compared to most games that we’ve played on the App Store this is one you should defiantly get, its a near flawless game and a solid pick for anybody looking for a nice game to help time pass :D.
We downloaded this game a few years ago and kinda just played it a bit. Got back into it a couple of weeks ago and wow its really a quality game through and through. From the graphics to the user interface is a much more intuitive experience than playing say a Raiden II port. It takes a while to level up but you really feel like its worth the effort to do it. The replay value is high especially with finding the hidden cards and hidden levels. Also the sound and graphics are some of the best we’ve seen on the iPhone. 10/10.

The attention to detail is pretty incredible. A very addictive game! Hope they come out with a new version or update this one. We think it would be worth it. We downloaded and completed this version after finding Sky Force Reloaded, which is equally amazing.
We’ve play the original on our old Sony P800 phone and it is one 9f the best shmups out there. The graphics are good, the rpg elements are also good, and the replayability is outstanding. We have game on most of our systems. We just wish the stars transfer to new devices though.
This is our favorite all time arcade shooter since app games began. So well thought through, designed and scored.

A heck of a lot of fun and enjoyable replay. Very few micro transactions, you can level up without them, but one makes for nice quality of life (for a small and reasonable amount). We absolutely recommend this game!
We grew up through the early video game era and we hunted forever for an arcade style fighter plane game! This game is perfect! NO NOTES lol, (have to watch bigmouth to get that).
We really enjoy this game, and heartily recommend it. But Devs, we have a question regarding shields. We purchase shields…. But we dont get shields in-game. So then at the beginning of each level, we spend more stars to power up shields…. But we still dont get shields in-game. What the heck is going on here? What do players have to do to get shields in-game???
