How to Play Sky-jo:
Every player has 12 hidden cards(3×4).Two are turned face up.On your turn you can take the top card from the discard or draw pile. You can exchange one card(hidden or open) from your display. Round ends when one player has only open cards. All cards will be revealed. Add the number of the card for scoring. Game ends when one player has 100 or more points. Whoever has the lowest number wins.So beware, keep a close eye on the game and be cautious and wary of the other player’s actions!
Special Rule: Whenever one column of 3 cards all have the same value, they will be discarded and no longer scored

How to PlY:
The first player has a choice to either take the card everyone can see (the top of the discard pile) or take a blind card. If the player choose to pick up the top card from the discard pile that everyone can see they then have to replace that card with any card of their choosing from their deck (blind or open).
If the player chooses to take a blind card from the deck they then look at that card and choose whether or not to replace one of their cards out of their deck (blind or open), if they do they then replace that card and put it on top of the discard pile, if they decide that they do not want the card they picked up they can place that in the discard pile and reveal any one of their blind cards. Player’s turn is over.
Each player takes a turn moving in a clockwise order around the table until the round is over.
As soon as one of the players reveals all of their deck everyone except that player will have one more turn each and the round is then over. Everyone must reveal all their remaining cards, then calculate the amount they have and add it to their score board. If the first person who revealed their deck doesn’t have the lowest score, then their score is doubled (even if it is a tie).
There is one special rule and that is if a player manages to place 3 of the same number in a vertical line then that whole row is then discarded. The triplet is then placed onto the discard pile (after the card the player discarded) giving a big advantage.
After each round the players’ scores are added together and when a player reaches 100 the game is over, and the lowest score wins.

Never played such a smooth game with no interruptions. Plays awesome!
We bought the card game and loved it. So now we play on the app.
We love playing this game. Its a lot of fun and we recently learned to play it in real life with friends at a game night gathering. Our only complaint is that there is no way to just pay for the app (a reasonable price of course – like $7-$10) so we dont have to sit through ads unless we wants a bonus spin or more coins.

We love playing the card game version with friends and family on the weekend. We were so happy to find this digital version. Its a great way to pass the time when the family cant play.
We played this game with five different people and they all have went and purchased the actual card game. Now Im trying to send it to them from our phone.
We would like Skyjo better without the ads.
While playing in a private room with our friends and family it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get through a complete game! There are TONS of glitches and we have to get out of the game, quit it and restart a whole new game! Its maddening and makes us look for other games! We love sky-jo! We just need the technical glitches mis-cues to be ironed out and fixed so we can enjoy a full game together when we are apart!
We enjoy playing this game its addicting. BUT when our husband & we try to play together it is always lagging, or says its his turn & its ours, the points dont add up the same on our phones, so now we just play the computer.
This is a well thought out online version of the card game except for one thing. If you get 3 in a row in the actual card game you put that 3 on top on the discard, not under the drawn card. Its in the rule book.

Love the real card game. This one is fun but would be better if the colors correlated like the actual cards (low blue, high red, etc). Also, a paid version without ads would be greatly appreciated :)
Its not challenging enough. Even playing online you get bots and they dont challenge much. But its fun.
Need to set up opponents cards in rows and columns.
Theres a bug that need to be fixed. If you clear all 4 of your rows by matching 3 of the same number, the game freezes. Like it doesnt know what to do. You have to quit the game (and lose) for it to do anything. Please fix that! Otherwise, great game!
Fun game but freezes a bit especially when the pot has over 1k.
You want to start a game and it disconnects you a lot! Then you get into the game and it freezes or doesn’t let you play and it say it’s on auto play! We hope they fix these issues!
Really enjoy playing. Only one complaintit needs a pause button. Once you start a game it continues playing. Sometimes life gets in the way such as answering the phone, someone at the door, etc. Need to be able to pause for interruptions/etc.

The game is fun. However, the AI is a little too easy and doesnt replicate strategies that real life player would use so you develop a bit of a flawed strategy. Also, the main reason Im writing is because the special rule requires the 3 cards to be placed on top of the discard in the discard pile according to the official rules, but in this version they incorrectly just vanish.
Its a good game and plays well but it has glitches. The worst glitch being that if you clear all your cards in the game on 2 player, it freezes up and theres nothing to do except quit the game where you lose your initial bet. Other than that its pretty good.
We love this app, we also have the card game and being able to play it with cousins in different states is wonderful, just one problem. Androids and iPhones cant play together our boyfriend and one of our close friends have androids and we are unable to play together because our game versions are different. We’ve checked countless times to see if there are updates or a way for them to go to a previous version but have had no luck. Please update so both types of phone can play together!!
We like the practice, but multiple times the game just exposes our last card without our selecting to do so. This has led us to lose one online game and one offline game that we otherwise would have won. Not a crisis, but unfair, since games require a bet. Also, the robots algorithm is so unrealistic. Not even an 8-year-old would use their programmed strategy. Again, we do enjoy the practice, but the game could use improvements, especially the glitch involving ones last card.
We LOVE SKY-JO! We only wish we could play against real people we know online! Please add that feature & id give it 10 STARS!

Fun game. A few differences from the physical card game but fun nonetheless. One glitch is if you clear all 4 columns that the game will not finish; it just freezes.
We’ve been obsessed with playing Sky-Jo IRL so we were excited to find an online version. There are definitely some issues in terms of bugs or the app crashing in the middle of a game. We also dont fully see the point of the $ in the game. We honestly just wish more people played this game so we didnt have to play with the AI as much! Overall, it has helped with our strategy and for satisfying our Sky-Jo itch when we are alone.

Its not like the in hand Sky-jo and there are no difficulty levels here which would be fun.
We love the physical game and the app is passable. The computer players are insanely predictable and easy to beat.
Great game, absolutely obsessed! Only issue that it glitches sooo much and theres so much error especially when playing with friends.
We love this game. Its very addicting but when playing online or with a friend it always gets disconnected. Very frustrating.
After a game sometimes the app crashes or freezes. Sometimes the app will freeze in the game and we have to close it and reopen it. The game is over and we are forced to start a new game.
We enjoy playing the game except for the fact that it constantly disconnects .. Also if you want to keep playing a new game you have to go out and back in.
The actual game is really similar to the real game with a few differences. But when Im playing with our family it will randomly freeze and we have to stop playing, there are a few things we wish were different like If there was a tutorial and there are a few things we still dont understand all these things considered the game is fun and enjoyable to play for the most part.

We wish we could have an option where it was harder we can predict the cards that are going to be thrown so we build our deck that way we have played at least 50 times because its a good time killer and we have lost 1 time.
Love this game. We would like to play real people, and only play one-on-one. Every time we try to play online, we are playing with three AI figures.
We like the game but sometimes it freezes. When playing online you still play bots. When sharing code with others to play a private game, the game freezes for some people.
The game does follow the Sky-jo rules and format. Downfalls would be the computer players are easy to beat but Id recommend the private table and invite your friends/family.
Freezes and lags constantly during private tables AI players are predictable and only have basic skill we have been up to level 23 twice with 117k coins only to log on later and have only 94k coins and back down to level 19 again.
If you are like us and were recently introduced to the card game or generally love it and just want to be able to play more, this is obviously a good outlet. However, its pretty frustrating because it takes an insufferable amount of time for the other computer players to take their turns and they also dont seem especially smart making it too easy to win. Also some of the rules seem suspect compared to the actual card game. If there were a paid version with no ads and better gameplay, we would never play this game again. But as far as we know theres not, so excuse us while we dive in.

Only good if you play with your friends. Very glitchy though. You can’t scroll off the screen without it freezing. And if you happen to clear all cards then game freezes completely.
We LOVE this game. The game itself is fun. For anyone who doesnt know the game, we heard its allot like the card game golf. 1 game accuracy 2 change in deck color each game 3 the game runs great, no freezing, its free, and has different game modes However we give 2 floating stars On online mode Im almost positive Im playing with auto bots. It seems there is not enough people playing the game, we would like more/different opponents to help build our strategy as Im new at the game and also simply because the bots are predictable we would love customization with deck color, theme, font, and/or back of card. Last and least, an option to add friends on the game for better online experience. We hope our rating helps make the app even better,
