We tried off and on to log in to not go back to Day1 and couldnt we were up to 500 coins a day and it bumped us back to day one. So we give it a 3 for not considering the down time on ur app.
We watch every token to see if they are being added to our wins.. And sure enough, its not posting our wins at all. We had deleted the game and reinstalled it. It put nothing in our wins, we will never again pay money to play your games. Ill look for something else to play on another website going to miss the games! Get it fix yall!
For the last month or so Im always having to delete and reinstall to be able to play. Always freezing and wont do anything for the longest time. So FRUSTRATING! Also, has anyone ever gotten diamond bonus? Whats up with that?
This game has become one of the most annoying and frustrating that we play. For the past couple of weeks, our daily challenge only offers the least of 500 coins and mot of the time Im having to play 6 of one game and 2 of another!!! What gives!!. The payouts arent even worth it, IF we do win. You all rig these games to be fun in the beginning only to make it impossible to win, in hopes of the players making a purchase. If the game is designed to be free, it should be just that.
Played a tournament (still going) and we were in 1st place yesterday with over 1 million. Today we go back and leader is over 3 million. No problem as we should be in 2nd because 2nd only has abound 300,000. Ours is not even showing up. Tournament ends tomorrow. Crap!!

Havent played this game in over a year. Saw it today on our iPad and updated it. Played a couple of games and lost nothing new. We shouldnt have bought any coin packs, but we still had gold member status from long ago. Dropped 50 bucks in little transactions betting small and nothing has changed a few small wins then the machines get ice cold. You dont even win your bet back and bonus games become non existent. Shame on us for giving this so called fun game any Fricking support. Wont ever happen again. And shame on Slingo for tarnishing the name that our mother used to love playing long before she passed away.
Dont download this game. You literally never win and its set up to make you want to buy coins that you will lose instantly. They have really improved slingo arcade. All the tournaments are so fun. We won first place and got 50,000 credits!

We have been playing slingo in different versions from the desktop and now on an iPad for 10+ years. It is our one of our every day go to games that we play on our iPad. We’ve noticed in the last six months or so, this game has gotten extremely stingy. No matter how much you play whether it be every day, or once a month 9.9 times out of 10. You will deplete your coins on your next visit. Its almost as if the game wants you to spend money, we never shouldve gave them a purchase, now the game seems expect us to (JUST PURCHASE MORE COINS) we will cut back our play time, because its NOT FUN anymore, it just takes your coins and expects you to replenish them with dollars. Not anymore!!! You should appreciate your loyal players not prey on them.
Its bad enough that when you finally build up a bunch of points you lower the daily bonus point values and the bonus point value you can earn, then when Im low on points, Mothers Day comes Im thinking Ill actually get a decent amount of points. NONE just a discount on buying points. And daily spin. Forget it. Always the lowest point value. Makers of this version are greedy. Sad. Original Slingo was a lot more fun!
Been playing this game for a long time. Today- daily bonus. Lost it all on the same game. Got another timed bonus- lost it all on the same game. Spent $20 lost it all on that same game. Spent $20 more, lost it again on the same game. Played the exact game all day and never won A SINGLE TIME.
All we wanted was to find the game we used to play on AOL so many years ago. This had it so we were excited. But it doesnt let us actually click the numbers that come up. Why is that? Part of the fun is seeing you have the number and clicking it. Without that Im just sitting there staring at the screen as it plays itself most of the time weird. We tried to find a settings option but we couldnt find anything to change that.

Getting this quite often on both our phones from multiple sources of internet (4 routers, both cell networks). Due to this, we cant sign in and play, as Id need to throw myself through the tutorial, and we dont have our coins.
Rewards are not very exciting. Why. Could be a Great Game if prize rewards and daily rewards were better. Hopefully you understand and upgrade.
Cute, cute and more cute. How in the world can you even call this a game when you dont win anything. 500 coin bonus is eaten up in 10 spins with 0 points won. We won 15 free spins the other day, and got 0 points and then the game stalled because it could not believe that not one point was given. We took a screen shot. It was of your new game Diamond Heaven. Of course, we cannot post the screenshot, but we have it for future reference. And we mistakenly paid for points only to discover a new cost which was $10 cheaper. What a racket! Just won 3745 points to add to 24375 and got 0 points. As we said, a racket. Whew. Might as well play down to zero and find another arcade game that might be a little more fair! How disappointing.
Do not spend money as soon as you do they change the algorithm and you will only lose. We emailed them about the game malfunctioning and taking all coins and when we gave them evidence they will not return our emails.

Every time you play a game they dont always pay out you win and then the game freezes and doesnt pay out.

We have been playing this game for a year or two. Lately when we go to play the daily challenges, we get kicked out. Will click on game again, kicks us out. This happens about every other day. We close down the game, turn off our computer for 3-5 minutes and turn back on. Then we can go and play Slingo Arcade again. Really getting annoying. Thinking of deleting the game.

We have been playing the app since 2019 or so and we enjoy the games some new and many old. We played daily whereas the daily 500, we were over 600 consecutive plays. Afterwards, the streak ended because we could not play on our phone because of some random report which stated FB cancel us from playing. We started using our iPad at night playing the game until our daily streak our broken because we were on our iPad researching whatever we were looking at and forgotten to play the app before midnight. Smh. Its because we were not use to playing on our iPad. Before, we tried to play on our phone and could not connect on our iPhone via FB until our streak was broken. We found it highly suspect because after possibly three or four days, we were allowed to connect back into our FB and continued playing Slingo via phone. We were highly annoyed that we started playing the daily spin in hopes to conquer it again. We continued playing daily and noticed, our daily spin will start at the beginning again. Why we wrote this review, because last night we played the games along the daily Challenge to find today our daily spin has started over again. We believe we were two weeks in and possibly needed to play 10 more games towards the 500 coins. Our question, why are you all constantly rigging this game?

We played the bonus game for the 500 coins this morning and when we completed it you did not award our 500 coins. This is not the first time this has happened to us. We have sent in notices to support on this, but have given up because no one ever answers them. This is becoming common place that the coins do not get awarded.
